Nestled in the rolling hills and lush landscape of Okanagan Falls at the south end of Skaha Lake, a twenty-minute drive south of Penticton, the Restaurant at Liquidity Wines reflects sustainable destination dining in the heart of our vineyards. Our connection to rugged terrain, mineral-rich glacial bench land, and the lake effect is tangible through the wines, dishes and ambiance. Each course is carefully curated by Chef Joshua Mueller, a culinary leader who trained in the kitchens of some of British Columbia's most inspired restaurants.

Allow us to take you on a multi-sensory exploration of estate-grown wines paired with in-season fare in this wine-paired experience created in concert with the land.

                I believe this is the best value anywhere in the Osoyoos to Penticton area for a wine pairing lunch. 3 times i have been back while spending a month in Osoyoos. Exceptional food wine and the service provided from Daniel. Highly recommend.

                Food was creative but also super tasty. One of the top 5 meals I've ever had - and that says a lot. This chef is a star and the servers are always attentive, enthusiastic and knowledgeable about the food and wine. That was our third visit and we will be back. Only thing that could make it better would be for the chef to introduce himself ...

                The menu is exquisite 👌 I honestly thought I was at a Michelin Star restaurant. The wine is so perfectly paired with each dish that I wanted to get each bottle. What a treat for the senses! I also loved you get a welcoming Rosé when you enter the front doors. Give yourself a few hours to enjoy the surrounding nature (deer, birds of prey, blue birds, stunning valley, and skies 💙), incredible food, and wine. Highly recommended!
