   Front of house staff very good . Service efficient. Disappointed with small portions of squid, overcooked ( and small )portion of plaice and no basket of bread offered unless part of a starter dish . Overall ,rather overpriced. Had mentioned we were celebrating the birthday of one of our group and had hoped for a surprise cupcake or sparkler, or similar, but none materialised ,so it seemed more like an ordinary Sunday lunch than a celebration. Bottles of coke at 33cl only much too small and no option for larger. . Roast beef was very good.

   A lovely quirky, delightful hotel/restaurant. We went for Sunday lunch. 3 of us had roast beef but sadly the beef was very tough. We mentioned it to the person who collected our plates and we expected to maybe have a free pudding but instead we didn't pay the service charge as we were disappointed. My lamb dish was good.

   Wow! My husband and I went here for Sunday Roast. It was fantastic. The food was amazing and quite abundant! The service was very warm and friendly and the seating comfortable with a very nice ambience. The big surprise is that it wasn’t busy at all. We were the only ones there until just before we left when one other couple arrived. This made for a very peaceful experience. Our lunch reservation was for 12:30 so we may have arrived too early for a crowd. I tried asking the waitress what the customary time was for Sunday lunch as we are from the US, but they were far too polite to tell us whether we came too early! LOL. Hopefully, the customary time is later because this restaurant should be quite busy based on the quality of the food and the service. I highly recommend!

   We had the most wonderful host and loved the ambience of this place. The drinks too were fabulous. We weren't as wowed by the food but that may be because it really does hew quite close to traditional English fare. It was a bit bland for us.

   A lovely surprise! It was very cosy and super friendly staff. They are happy to recommend dishes and wine pairings. Fresh produce and very tasty. A place for a special occasion it was. We had a great time.

    Amazing dinner! We love this hotel group so much! The food is brilliant, the staff are wonderful and the decor is WOW! Would 100% recommend everyone to give the restaurant (and bar) a visit! If you are a bath resident (who has a discovery card) you get 15% off!

    Enjoyed a lovely afternoon tea - the food was beautifully prepared and tasted as good as it looked. The staff, from the ladies on Reception to the waitresses and waiters, were very friendly, extremely professional and attended to our every need. An oasis of calm in a city that was buzzing on the day, fantastic place to visit!

    The Afternoon tea at no 15 was to celebrate our Daughter's Birthday. The ambience of the hotel is excellent with amazing quirky decor. The service was personal and very friendly.Considering we were the only guests having afternoon tea it was freshly made and every detail of the menu delivered exquisitely. We would recommend and would stay at the Htel in the Future.

    Having eaten here a few times, I was disappointed with the change in pricing which in effect has doubled the cost. The menu was not any larger than the previous month.

    We had a lovely evening at No 15. The food was delicious and beautifully cooked with interesting blends of flavours. The restaurant is comfortable and has a relaxed atmosphere with friendly staff. The only disappointment was that two of the mains were unavailable meaning that there were only a few choices left. It was a Sunday night though so perhaps that was excusable. The meal we had was the best of the weekend and we will definitely go again next time we visit Bath. It's a very pleasant walk there too, over the Pultney Bridge enjoying views of the river and it's gardens.

    This was my first visit and I really enjoyed the ambience and the food. The fixed lunch menu wasn't extensive but had sufficient choice for me to have to think about what I'd like and I felt it was good value. My only ,very minor, criticism was that we were told the window tables weren't available because of work outside but shortly after we sat down two other couples came in & were allowed to sit at those actual tables!

    I went for a 3 course lunch. I prepared myself for miniscule servings as this was £19 pounds. However no shrinking of portion and most importantly beautiful ingredients used and served with impeccable presentation. I had lunch in the restaurant and coffee in the bar which for myself had more design flair and vibrancy with bold art works. Service was excellent whilst remaining warm and friendly.

    Went to number 15 for a late valentines dinner the the food was incredible and great value for the money. A massive thanks to all the staff especially to our waiters I forget her name but she was tall with dark hair and provided amazing service the whole night. Highly recommend if you are looking for great food and great atmosphere.
