Many courses of excellent food, in a blind tasting menu. Each was served by the chefs that made them, paired with very nice wines.

Clean interior design. Good music at a nice volume.

When the bill came we found the tip was covered within the price, a nice surprise.

Lovely meal and our server Martin was wonderful, describing the wine pairing and answering all of our questions. Got a great tour of the kitchen after our meal - everyone was friendly and the food was fantastic!

This very special restaurant is a must-go. The architecture/decor is stunning, food creative, healthy and delicious. The staff clearly have a passion for food and good service. I can't fault a thing and look forward to going back asap. I have no doubt a Michelin star is on its way.

Exceptional service. Sophisticated, yet great tasting food. Portions are small but this is offset by the high quality of the ingredients and care taken in both the preparation and presentation of the dishes.

The Restaurant at Pearl Morissette is consistently careful, creative and very satisfying. The staff, including Chefs Daniel and Eric, are attentive and accommodating. The food is amongst the best we've had, including the fare at Michelin-starred restaurants.

It was a unique dining experience. Delicious food, imaginative presentation, good wine, great ambiance, and marvelous service. For my wife and I, it was on a less formal key, reminiscent of Chicago's Charlie Trotter's from days gone by.

There is farm-to-table and market cuisine, but this restaurant and the superb staff takes it to another level, associating a wine menu including but not exclusively superb Pearl Morissette wines, but gems from around the world that seem in harmony with the restaurant’s DNA to let the ingredients freshness and aromas communicate through minimal but deft culinary interventions. As I said to one of the chef’s upon leaving, « It was an education. ». We dined in late June, I look forward to coming back in Fall to experience another season.

An absolute incredible experience! My husband and I came for our 4 year wedding anniversary and you guys did not disappoint! Even with a dairy allergy, you guys had no problem accommodating. Staff was incredible, knowledgeable and down to earth. The food was amazing, local, fresh and creative. The wine pairing was perfect with each course. My husband and I are both in the hospitality industry so they were nice enough to give us a tour of the kitchen and speak with the chefs. Thank you for a memorable experience, we will be back and recommend to others!

Excellent food, wonderful presentations. The chefs came and met with us. Would be nice if a greater emphasis was put on the local wines of Pearl Morissette which are wonderful and a big reason to go to Pearl Morissette.

The space was lovely. Service exceptional. Martin, our server helped us with everything. The chefs/cooks brought out the artistic presentations and explained every delicious item. Glad the wines chosen for the wine pairings do not necessarily use the wines from their winery as the pairing was food driven. Delighted that there was no tip was needed. Thx also for accommodating our 4 year old too!

Gorgeous space with an abundance of natural light. We opted for the 5 course Lunch (which as per most tasting menus translates to about 9 dishes!) and every bite was executed beautifully. Each plate was both visually stunning and made with delicious, high quality ingredients, making it clear that the Chefs take the same pride and attention to detail in their food as François Morissette does with his award winning wines.
As it was lunch, we opted against the wine pairing and instead relied upon our server to choose individual glasses to compliment the meal (and our tastes) and we were thrilled with his choices.
Our only criticism was that the pace could have been sped up ever so slightly. The overall experience was phenomenal, but at over 3hrs, we found that we glanced at our watches a few too many times.
Still, highly recommended and the best meal we’ve had in the Niagara area by a long shot.

Everything was absolutely perfect! My husband and I went for my Birthday Dinner and were very impressed. The food and wine pairings were amazing. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. You can tell they are passionate in what they do both in terms of food and wine. They even quietly came out with a candle to wish me Happy Birthday which I appreciated. We are looking forward to returning in the near future!

Our recent visit indicated that the PM team is constantly improving. The food was excellent. Overall, a bit expensive for an everyday outing but very reasonable for 'special occasions' given the quality and effort evident in the food preparation/presentation.
