Wonderful dinner- excellent menu choice and cocktails were well prepared. I could not resist trying a few. Staff were attentive and friendly. Definitely will be returning for the afternoon tea which seems to be a big hit!

We were in the neighbourhood and visited Sanderson after a while. The bar had a nice atmosphere and decided to have dinner in The Restaurant. The starters are reasonably priced and serve a generous portion. Main course was the star with the fillet steak super tender! Wine list good and you can still order cocktails from the bar at the table. Next time I am coming back for the heated courtyard! Definitely recommend!

I had previous been to the Sanderson for dinner before covid and stopped by to have a great experience. Walking through the door, it was noticeable that the management had changed. There was a lot of staff around but lack the customer service to acknowledge customers. I walked in and had to stand around waiting to be acknowledged by any staff. After being taken to a table, we ordered food and drinks. The food was ok but the experience afterwards soured the whole experience. After finishing our food, we waited close to 15 minutes for someone to clear our table. I finally got the attention of the waiting staff, asked for the plates to be cleared, and asked for water and the bill. I repeated this request three times, and the staff walked away without removing the plates. Then someone returned with the bill. I then pointed out I asked for the plates to be removed, asked for water and then the bill. Took another member of staff to action this. This honesty felt like faulty towers. Due to this experience, I asked for the service charge to be removed from the bill. First time I had ever done this. This restaurant has all the trappings to be brilliant but the staff need more training on etiquette and customer service.

Nightmare, bad food, expensive, bad ambiance. Overcooked meat in the burger. They made us pay at the middle of our meal, and then a security guy came to us while eating and told us that we will have to go in 30-40 min. ( we are talking about a 140€ dinner: two bad coktail, 1 incipide risotto and a really bad burger). And before that the waitress already told us that we had few time left. We had a reservation at 21h30 and it was possible to take a reservation until 23h at least, so i don’t know why at 22h15 they already want us to go.

We had the Vegan Tasting Menu at NYE and it was outstanding, especially or waiter Flavio made our experience special, because he was professional through the whole evening. I would recommend going there! They also have excellent cocktails :)
