Dinner was excellent. We tried your breakfast as well. Was very disappointed. You charge $22 a person for breakfast and wasn't even made fresh, was fast food plus you charging for coffee/ juice. I don't mind paying but not this price for fast food. Bacon, sausages, eggs should be cook when you order.

I made a reservation for the patio and drove 2 hours to enjoy the patio and river and was told once I got there that the patio was closed and the restaurant didn’t open until 5 even though there was a couple eating on the patio when we walked in. The lady was extremely rude as well. Like we were disturbing her

I’m rating food and service based on our last visit. We we’re looking forward to the food and surroundings. As we walk out on to the patio the band was so loud!!!! It was heavy rock metal genre. Ugh! The only people that enjoyed it, and was 90% of the patrons, were the band members families. So if you make reservations, ask about the bands. It may not be you cup of tea. We were a mix of boomers and millennials. Everyone hated it.

Service was awful! Slow and didn't get seated for 10 minutes. Waitress did not check on us or come back after we were finished our meal. We had to track down another employee just to pay so we could leave.

The food was all cooked outside and brought in luke warm to cold. Not sure why because even if u were doing the brisket on smoker, you cook it and then bring in to plate with extras in kitchen. This kept your staff running to accommodate us but also were having problems with carrying plates of food and trying to get door open to bring in. It was also raining a little. First pot coffee we had was cold and had to be replaced. My friends Margarita was not mixed properly and was sent back. Overall we spent over 300.00 that night as a group and were not happy. I hope that this response gets to proper people so hopefully other guests do not experience what we had.

I made the reservation for 11 am for an early lunch, but they were unable to serve us until 11:30, as they were taking down the breakfast buffet. The food was good, although a little over-priced. There was no dessert menu.

Servers were really great here but the management is seriously lacking. Not enough kitchen staff and food took way too long to come out. Patrons were leaving without eating cause they didn’t want to wait any longer. Too bad cause the location is fabulous.

My wife has already sent an email about our experience. Such a disappointment as the setting has so much potential. Having worked in marketing for a restaurant chain in Europe I was noticing many things that were just done so wrong. Don’t think we will be going back any time soon.

It’s all-new wait staff and only a couple really seem to know what they’re doing. Service is typically poor, this was my fourth visit this summer. I go for the views and the music. I don’t know why they bring in dance bands and then don’t clear a space for dancing as they used to do. The food is delicious but pricey.

Unfortunately we had a very poor experience at this restaurant. Waited over an hour and half for food and ended up having to cancel the order. We had kids with us and they were starving. We won’t be going back.

Upon arrival there was no clear indication of who to speak to about our reservation and where we should sit. The restaurant was understaffed and management did not seem to have a plan for how to cope with their customers. Our waiter was very pleasant and apologetic and offered us free soft drinks, which we appreciated. There was an hour wait for our food and although the food tasted fine, it was way too expensive for the small quantity of it. This used to be a pleasant place to eat but we will not be back.

Definitely going back. The only thing stopping a 5star review was that the wait staff seemed be new and inexperienced. This is not to say they weren't friendly and as helpful as they could be.

Very helpful, and busy staff. Due to weather, we asked to change to indoor dining and had arrived at 11:30am earlier than our reservation time. The request was accepted graciously. Only one waitress on for indoor and outdoor dining who was polite and took time to answer some questions we had. Waited quite a while to get food, I gather due to limited kitchen staff, but the meals were good when received.

We went Sunday afternoon for a Father's Day late lunch, the service was slow had to keep looking for a waitress. They were out of the brisket we ordered but the smoked food was excellent, very tasty wings and ribs. They had a group playing, was to loud for a restaurant, a few notches down would have been better, we could talk while they were playing. Had to wait a while to find our waitress again to get the bill but we will go back, nice setup on the water.

Everything was great It seems under staffed, or waitresses were new and need more guidance and help. I was always taught if your a server you cater to your table and pay attention to others. As happy customers are returning customers. Overall we had a great time, and the band was fabulous! We'd come again just for the music

It was very busy with the servers and kitchen not being able to keep up. We were staying at the hotel and so we were fine with waiting, drinking and talking among the of us. Emily was amazing, the food was great. We sat inside and had the whole restaurant to ourselves for about 2.5 hours before other arrived. We felt bad for the staff trying to keep. If we had somewhere to be the. It would have been an issue. We had a lovely evening. Not any vegan options that were substantial so that needs to be an improvement.

Portion sizes are very small in comparison in price. Staff is friendly but not experienced. This place is only good for the patio and drinks. Definitely do not get the $20 caprese salad, the description does not match what was plated in front of me.

We choose the Holiday Inn dining because we had guests from out of town and we wanted a nice, quiet place with ambiance so we could talk and had a lovely view. Thank you and our server was excellent, very charming and smiled the whole tome. Thank you

I couldn’t believe how much money we paid for dirty dishes and luke warm food. The staff at the waffle station and egg station were pleasant but that was the only positive. It took 45 minutes for us to get drinks. The buffet is was odd and the menu didn’t make sense. We went for brunch at 10am and they had pasta with tomato sauce and potato salad. Will never be back, and would not recommend.
