We had a lovely vegan meal with a nice bottle of wine. Waitress was very chatty and keen to make sure we were happy. Only downside was the temperature which was chilly but the had blankets which I used.

Delicious vegan Sunday lunch, thoroughly enjoyed by our whole table of six. The deserts were amazing and the cocktails (both non-alcoholic & with alcohol) were great too. Friendly & attentive service.

We had a lovely evening at the Round Hill pub, the food was delicious and I took four meat eaters, all of them loved the food. We also had two gluten intolerant people and the kitchen kindly made the dishes gluten-free for us. The staff were charming and the atmosphere was cosy and inviting. I look forward to returning.

The menu looks to have drastically changed from last year. Three of the savoury starters ordered were poor and almost un-edible. The sauces for the dishes were over-sweet and sickly with no subtlety. The quality and freshness of the food was questionable. The staff however were very nice.

We had an amazing meal on Friday night. We come every year to celebrate our loved one who has passed away and so it’s become a bit of a tradition. The staff are always amazing, knowledgeable and friendly and the food is delicious. We’ll definitely be back next year if not before!

Disappointed there were only 3 very small roast potatoes as part of the Sunday roast. And very crunchy broccoli. The woman behind the bar was not friendly, likewise one of the wait staff. Luckily, the other wait staff, with eyes eyes painted in Halloween cobwebs was far more friendly and accommodating, and managed to get me a gluten free desert, when the other women, said there was only icecream.

It was our second visit (previously day time last year) and we were not disappointed. We had the Buddha Bowl and the Classic R H Burger. Both were delicious and substantial. Desserts followed of Chocolate Ganache (very rich and sweet) and Sticky Toffee Pudding to die for (and which we were fighting over!). The drinks menu was very comprehensive. One of us was a bit chilly and needed an extra layer.

Had not been to this pub for over a year, this time i found the staff more helpful and friendly than i previously did, The Vegan roast was tasty but smaller so i kind of felt i would need to eat 2 portions.. 3 small roast potatoes is not enough for me and the thing that came with it was like a mini bit of nut roast, i think my friends was a bit more filling as he had the seitan steak but i can't eat gluten. I remember last time there was a huge portion with gluten free yorkies. It was still very good quality and staste but slightly on the cold side for me so would be better gravy heated a little more for when it first arrives. Actually had the same issue last time with it being luke warm.. I would come again as it is onr of the best vegan roasts in Brighton i know of but like a said would probably have to pay for 2eals to feel full... maybe a good bit of mash would help

We love the roundhill - the food/roasts are usually amazing. However, we were left a little disappointed this time round. The potatoes were really undercooked, rather than their usual yummy crispy selves, and the food/particularly the sides were not very hot. Service was also not as good as usual (we waited a while for a menu and someone to take our order - although appreciate Sundays are very busy). Very yummy food though and will be back, but just wanted to mention.

Fantastic menu and delicious offerings. We all enjoyed our lunch. The chocolate dessert was sublime. Waiting staff very friendly. One of the female staff was wearing a ridiculously short dress so that her buttocks were on display, but apart from that everything was great!

It’s always a pleasure to visit the roundhill pub, visiting Brighton it’s always on my places to go list. The food is out of this world. It’s hands down the best roast I’ve ever hand. Love that it’s also a 100% vegan menu, the pub its self has a lovely chilled out vibe with all the staff being really lovely and friendly. Food was delicious. Both my friend and I had the GF roast which was really tasty, great selection of veg and I had the chocolate ganache dessert. Vibe was great. A bit of a wait for food as they were so busy but really friendly helpful staff. We will definitely be going back.

The food was amazing, so were the staff. All I would say is that check when you book that it hasn’t defaulted to outside seating. We were asked to sit outside side next to the bins, because apparently that’s what we’d booked, but the nice people managed to relocate us inside. I don’t remember it asking if we wanted inside or outside at time of booking, and I have no way to check, unless I make another booking. But aside from this, the food and staff were superb. Best vegan Sunday roast we’ve ever had.

Delicious food, great service. The Sunday roast was not coma inducing, it was the perfect size and presented beautifully. I could finish without struggling to clean my plate and without feeling bloated afterwards. Great quality of ingredients and really nice staff.

Really lovely place, food and the service was amazing. Super friendly staff who go above and beyond for you. We were really happy with how we were treated, we were rushed at all and the food was out of this world. Would highly recommend to anyone regardless of whether you are plant based or not. Definitely coming back :)
