   The River view was amazing and the food was also great. Come with your bellies full because the portions are huge! Easily able to be shared. Will definitely go here again and celebrate special occasions.

   The food is terrible. I got the chicken and i should’ve just went to walmart for better quality. this place is definitely made for the ambiance so don’t expect to eat well!

    Made reservations online. Website asked if we were celebrating a special occasion, so I said yes. Our anniversary. There was a place to add info. So I wrote it is our 40th wedding anniversary and could they please bring us a champagne toast when we arrive to surprise my husband. No toast.. No Happy Anniversary. Kind of disappointing. Our waiter was very nice, and did a great job, but obviously no one had relayed my message. 40 years is kind of a big deal.

    All appetizers were very tasty!! The entrees not so much, the chicken lacked seasoning as well as the mushrooms. My food also didn't come out with the rest of the table, seems the kitchen forgot my order. The staff is amazing and great drinks.

    The place looked very high class, but overall we were not impressed. I didn’t get a lime with my drink as ordered and a friend’s martini hardly filled half of the glass. Another friend never got his salad. Menu could use more descriptions; tomato bisque had goat cheese in it which had I known wouldn’t have ordered. The brussel sprouts while excellent had what we thought might be figs mixed in? Pasta and sushi were good, but Margarita pizza only so-so. Service was pretty good but could use some improvement with little things like giving sushi to one person but giving the accompanying soy sauce to another person on opposite end of table.

    Overall great experience! My son treated me for a Mothers Day surprise. Our server was Liberty and she was great! We started with cocktails that were both satisfying. I chose the Ahi Tuna for my entree w/ a Caesar salad. It was very tasty and dipping sauce was “spot on”. Salad was fresh and dressing was not too overpowering. My son had the Salmon w/ Brussel Sprouts! Again a great choice! We only had a take out dessert and I was not pleased with apple firmness and tartness in the Apple Cobbler once we arrive home. However, I will definitely return for the ambiance and delicious entrees!

    We have dined at the Franklin location for some time, this was our second trip to the Rutledge at the Four Seasons. The vibe is contemporary and trendy. The atmosphere is inviting and fresh with an upscale feel. Service was on point and attentive. The waiter slowed her pace realizing we were dining with colleagues and needed to catch up a bit. Cocktails were made as ordered and starters came out promptly. The entrees were prepared and cooked as ordered. My prime rib was perfectly cooked and a generous proportion. Food, drinks and service were all spot on. The apple cobbler with ice cream dessert was huge and delicious. The dessert choices could be improved as they seemed a bit routine. Cocktails, two appetizers, four entrees and two desserts came to $350, in line with similar venues. Valet parking would improve the experience. Otherwise, a great dinner experience.

    With over 1,300 OpenTable reservation I would think my option matters. Everything about this place was horrible. Looked at the menu online and loved it. Was asked to guarantee my reservation with a credit card - no problem.  If my memory serves me correctly, there were three other tables that had people. We were presented with a brunch menu - different than what I read online.  Asked if we could modify a small menu item and was told the chef would not make any special changes. Asked if the fries were heavily season and the waitress said no just some salt and pepper. Basically, there was an entire box of salt, pepper, and some type of red seasoning.  I think in the history of me being an open table member I have never left the poor review.  There is absolutely no complaints on the price for food. I come from New York City  so I’m used to paying high prices but at least the food is good.

    Rutledge was a disappointment in most ways. The service was very spotty with long waits for wine and cocktails and for plates to be cleared after each course. Food faired better with my guests enjoying the ribeye steak, Tuscan pasta, fries and lobster bites. However, my ahi tuna came cooked medium the first time. They did replace it with more properly rare tuna but it still did not taste fresh or flavorful. The music was too loud to talk over and more apropos for a late night bar than fine restaurant.

    We ate here before Taylor Swift and it was so nice of the staff to let us sit as long as we did. We kept ordering food but it was storming so bad and we didn’t want to go into the stadium yet. Amazing location and great staff. They even played TaySwift over the speakers because we all were getting sad worried the concert would be canceled. It wasn’t but they helped pep us up!

    Food, ambience, & service was great! They seemed to be somewhat backed up as we still had to wait over 30 minutes even with a reservation that were on time for- but the food made up for it. The service was great as well. I had the Mahi mahi, broccolini, and the sushi roll with the baked salmon on top. Everything was so yummy! Along with the Riesling. The lobster Mac was also good!

    Everything was great about this restaurant. Made reservations here for me and a group of friends and we had the best time. The decor was really cool on the inside. There was a dj playing great music, but the music wasn’t loud at all. The food was exceptional. Everyone enjoyed everything and steaks were cooked perfectly. Will definitely be back here again next time I’m in Nashville.
