The Sportsbar LIVE! At Rogers Arena
Bringing the sports bar experience to another level this venue offers an exciting, high-energy space to get in on the action. Immersed in the electric atmosphere of Rogers Arena, fans watch the game surrounded by heart-pounding audio-visuals. Executive Chef Robert Bartley’s menu – sports bar favourites re-imagined using fresh, local ingredients – is perfect for sharing and is complimented by signature cocktails, craft beers, wines, and spirits.
First, I got horrifically lost on the way to Rogers Arena and the staff (and my sister who was already there) helped direct me to parking. The kitchen made a meal for my sister who wasn't able to eat any of the regular menu due to allergies, and the beef dip I split with my mother was the best I've ever eaten. The bun was soft and the beef tender enough that when you dipped it you could bite the sandwich nicely without trying to wrestle with it. The jus was good enough that I was inclined to take some sips now and then. It felt a little loud, but it is a bar, so I won't complain too much. I would definitely go again for a pre-event dinner at Rogers Arena.
The food was absolutely delicious! We ordered the rigatoni dish, the burger and chocolate sundae dessert. Service was very prompt and pleasant. We liked the comfort and privacy of the semicircular booth.
We were well treated right from the start. Brought directly up by security and our reservation was confirmed. We were directed to our table and immediately were greeted by our server who was more than pleasant. Our refreshment came almost immediately after ordered. Our meal arrived shortly after and was great value for the price. The server checked at least 3 times to see if our meal was satisfactory and if we needed anything else.
We really enjoyed our stay and glad we made the decision to eat there and then we were escorted down to the main floor so we could enjoy our skating show.
A great evening. Thank you.
Great vibe but our steak was over cooked, and the sushi roll didn’t seem fresh. The service was good at first but then our server disappeared and we had to finally flag down another server so that we could pay and get to our event on time (which was at the arena). It wasn’t busy at all so we were kind of surprised at the inconsistent service.
From the moment we got in the doors the service was great, the hostess sat us at a pub style table and we asked her for a shorter table and she accommodated right away. Then there was our waitresss....,AMAZING!!! she was wonderful, I haven't had that great of service in a really long time. you have a keeper there so treat her well :-)
Food was cold and we were suppose to
Receive a 15% discount as per our instructions when making our reservation. The server informed us that we did not qualify.
Grt venue pre show at Rodgers, food and service was grt. But as many have commented before, the music is very loud and makes conversation a challenge! Tune it down a bit & it would be a 5 star venue.
My first time at the Sportsbar LIVE, I was very happy with it, good prompt service, food was very good, drinks were great and a cozy happy atmosphere! What more can you ask for when going to an event to have the convenience of a sportsbar right on the premises. Made me happy!
We always enjoy using the Sports Bar when we are attending an event at Rogers Arena. It is a fun atmosphere!
Awesome experience. Now our “go to” place when we visit Vancouver!
Absolutely the perfect location to eat before a concert. Food and staff were excellent. Thank you.
Music is WAY TOO LOUD. They really need to turn down. You have to yell at the waitress and your table
Wonderful experience! Great service, food and staff. Thx!
Everything was great. Service and food. Only down side was that the tables are so close together. Hard to get in and out if you need to go to washroom or anything
Went to see PINK in concert, did not appreciate that they were playing her music right before we were about to attend the real thing. Music in restaurant is way too loud, could not here my husband just across the table. Food was too expensive for the quality.
Super loud and crowded venue so if you're looking for an energetic vibe this is the place for you. White wine was cold and Caesar salad was tasty. Menu had a decent amount of variety and the server seemed to be friendly when we could hear her.
Super fun atmosphere before an event! Easy reservation system. Accommodating to my husbands bad ear. Haha! Thanks
the music is a bit loud. Could dial it down a bit. The cookie and ice cream was good but the cookie was too sweet.
From Vancouver island. Great place to meet friends before an event. Great food and service. Will be back
We had a great time at there. Our server was fabulous.. best we have experienced in a very long time!!! Food and drinks rocked too. We will definitely be back!
Love this place...!!! Great place to eat before a concert.
Surprised me nobody was there, Mom had ankle injury so staff all handled well as we had parking in the basement.
Very loud music causing many guests to shout at the table to be heard. Food was great and service was great too.
Last game I wrote a review that the music was too loud and thankfully you listened and the music was lowered but still a bit too loud.
I would also recommend that the music genres are mixed up. Listening to today’s music is fine but your demographics of people are closer to the 50 years of age.
Always good. Service is great. Food is great. Love coming here before and after games.
Fast friendly service
Always have a great time here. Service has always been great every time we go and so convenient when going to a game or concert at Rogers.
Yes I definitely recommend the sports bar especially if you are going to Rogers Arena it’s very convenient for being as busy as it is the service is pretty darn good the value however is so ridiculous it isn’t funny four glasses of wine $78
Our waitress Jordyn made sure we were taken care of. The food could’ve been a little better but the drinks made up for it. I do recommend this place for watching sports. Thanks for having us.
Very impressed with the service! I called a few days before to check in regarding peanut/tree nut allergy for my daughter. The hostess said she would check with the executive chef and call me right back. She called back long distance in a few minutes and had a plan with a note on our reservation for a pre-planned menu item that the chef would ensure was prepared as safely as possible. When we arrived and ordered our meal it was delivered by the manager. The service was excellent and very professional. My second time here in 2 weeks and both times were excellent.
When you are shouting across the table because the music is soooooo
Once the game is on it’s at a respectable level. I took a survey amongst the people around us and they felt the same.
So PLEASE turn the music off or very low. Thank you
I came with my 11 year old grandson. He loved the food, the noise, the variety of sports being broadcasted. Overall we had a good time and will come again!
Chef Robert and his team have created the best sports bar in Vancouver (or most any where) Inside Rogers, the ambiance (sports!) is excellent. The entire bar is contemporary, clean (and kept that way), our service was excellent, fun and timing was perfect, never rushed. Food was excellent - hot and good portions and reasonably priced for the quality of the venue/service.
All in all, a great experience - the folks sitting beside us felt the same way, loved it.
We always love coming here and do as often as possible.
Fun spot to go to before a Canucks game. The all dressed chicken wings were fantastic.
I've never seen so many TVs in one restaurant - great for watching many events at once. The dry cajun wings were great as was the beef dip. The service was excellent too - very attentive.
Great atmosphere. Service was fantastic. Our server Payge was great.
We come here often before Canucks games and it's usually ok.... This time though! No.....
It was so loud nobody could hear any type of conversation and our meals came before our appetizer did. We even ordered our entrees 20 mins after our appetizers.
Hard to recommend this place to anyone but the young and drunk as it seems like this is who they are catering to now.
Save your money and enjoy pre game somewhere else
Most of value deals that were offered for Warriors game have been taken away except $5 cans of bud. They should offer some deals as draw is so much less than Canucks..I am disappointed but not at all surprised.
Everything was good, but I just thought it was a little expensive. I don’t get out much so was a little surprised that for me, my wife and 14 year old son the bill (including tip and tax) was $160.
