   We placed our order and our drinks nor food ever came. The server and the manager really didn’t seem to care about the lack of service. When we were telling the manager about our experience he just stared at us. Highly do NOT recommend, which is a shame because the ambiance and food looked great.

   Great place to eat, the location is inside a casino so a little confusing to find. I’m not a huge fan of carpet in restaurants, just for cleanliness reasons they should redo the flooring. As far as the food goes, it was pretty good. Do I think the price was high for steak? YES! I don’t mind paying the right price for steak but the price did not add up to the taste of the steak. In other words, I think it is a bit overpriced. Overall, the food was good, Mac n cheese is amazing, and the brussel sprouts was yummy! Will I go back? Probably not, only because I like to experience different restaurants. However, I do recommend this restaurant and will to others that I know is visiting New Orleans!

    We love The Steakhouse! Took mom and dad for Mother’s Day. It was their first time at the restaurant. My dad can be a real critic at times and kind of hard to please. He praised the food and our server. They loved it. Our server, Eric is great! Very attentive. Just booked again for Father’s Day. Great experience!

    I ordered a lobster tail and a steak. When the lobster tail was brought to the table, it was cold and raw. I took the meat out of the tail and it looked like raw shrimp. It was horrible and it ruined my whole meal.

    Really pricey dinner for poor service. At the time I made the reservation I’d entered it was a birthday. My moms 70th. Not one word was mentioned. Our server seemed bothered she was at work. With a filet priced at $57, I’d expect a little happier environment. They’re doing construction on the property, it was very loud and took away from our evening. My steak was cooked perfectly. The seasoning was too heavy although it was good. My lemon drop martini was really food also.

    Lively crowd at the bar but surprisingly very few patrons at the restaurant considering on a Friday evening. Had better strip at other steakhouses. No bread was served. This establishment had transformed a lot over the past several years. Used to be a very vibrant place & difficult to secure a weekend reservation. In contrast, Ruth Chris nearby is always busy.

    This will be our last time coming here! We used to come to this restaurant twice a year, every year we visited NOLA and the food quality has changed dramatically, in a bad way. The pork chop had no flavor and it’s usually the star of our meal - we asked our waitress if they had changed they way they prepare it and she said yes - “they cook it in the oven and grill it before serving”, but it tasted like eating cardboard. My caesar salad had no flavor, the bread service had changed in a negative way too. I’m usually a good critic, but this was such a bad experience - people need to know!

    This was our first trip to The Steakhouse at Harrah's. We had a 6pm reservation and it was not very busy. The restaurant was quiet and had a very nice ambience to it. We ordered the chargrilled oysters and a wedge salad both of which were very good. For entrees we both had the 8oz filet medium rare. They were cooked perfectly and seasoned very well. The only issue with our entrees were that the carrots were cold. We also shared the crab risotto which was delicious but in our opinion needed more crab. No dessert as we were too stuffed for it...maybe next time. Overall a great dining experience and the price was what I expected to pay.

    We ordered 8 oz filet mignon, which was done to perfection. A lot of salt and pepper on it though, so if you aren't a fan then ask them to withhold the spices. Ordered a side of mushrooms which were also delicious and a stuffed baked potato. The only disappointment was the fact that they don't serve rolls anymore. What??? A steakhouse that doesn't offer bread and butter? We were told that they stopped serving it when COVID hit. What does serving bread have to do with COVID?? I think it's a way to save money. Shame on you Caesars for shortchanging your guests. Oh, you can order bread for $4.99, but our waitress described it as very small pieces, almost like croutons I guess.

    Harrah’s is remodeling and is trying to keep things normal at the Steakhouse. Service was great, very good staff. Last year I told my wife I was served one of the best steaks I’d ever had. This year the NY Strip was only 1/2 inch thick. Although the cook tried to prepare it medium rare, that’s a tough thing to do. Well-seasoned, but very disappointing for a Steakhouse. Loaded potato was good! Cauliflower was chargrilled, but served cold. My wife’s crab cake was one of the best she’d had in NOLA. All in all, not the best food experience for a $150.00 meal.

    My steak was warm, not hot or sizzling, served on a cold plate. The meat a cheap fatty cut. The cauliflower was cold. The ceasar salad was made with iceberg lettuce, not romaine and the cheese on top was suppossed to be shaved romano but it was powdered parmesan.

    The service was slow and mediocre at best. All components of our meal except one item, were excessively salted. One of our items also had both shell remnants and a huge piece of cartilage. The best part of the whole meal was the after dinner coffee. Even after mentioning our issues with our server no apology, attempt to rectify or discount was offered. Three other table around us also had complaints and one sent food back. Whole experience was highly disappointing. With all the amazing food choices in town, this is one no worth your time or money.

    I ordered the 16 oz New York strip steak and 80% of it was fat I told it to my waitress she said she was going to tell somebody but the bill was the same also had asparagus that was good I think they could have gave me a free dessert at least

    For the ridiculously overpriced menu, you would at least expect a restroom on the premises. We had to leave the restaurant. Return to the casino to find a bathroom, then trek back to restaurant to meal. I’m not being petty talking about a few feet- it is a significant trek. The food & service was good, just stupidly overpriced.

    The service was slow and a $80 is a little expensive for a half a rotisserie chicken, a 1/2 dozen or charbroiled oysters, an a glass of vine. The ambience was ok but the restaurant does not have to be that dark.

    I think it was quiet and service was very attentive because the hotel is being worked on so the Steakhouse is hiding around corners and down hallways that you wouldn’t normally just walk down. Hard to find (had to ask 3 people for directions). But very good food and quiet was nice.

    Have dined here on several occasions; however, this is the first time since the major construction in this area of the casino as they prepare for the transition to Caesar's next year in 2024. You must walk through a construction area walled with plywood even to get to The Steakhouse. Had the ribeye. Flavorful. On par with previous visits. Asparagus slightly soggy and not much above room temperature. Almond glaze was a nice touch. I would not return prior to the completion of the construction. I suspect the vast majority of customers are using complimentary dining credits so their standards may not need to be as stringent.

    Quite Elegant eating establishment. Restaurant was difficult to find and the Menu abbreviated because of construction in the casino. All in all service was good, food was delicious and prepared as requested. Portions were good as well.
