   We had the steak dinner .The steak was cooked just right and very tender and juicy.We were not rushed by the waiter.

   The ambience is lovely with the view of the vineyards from the terrace. But, I was not impressed with the food presentation. The chucuterie was good, but should have been served with bread and a tong. I also ordered a caprese salad with grilled salmon. The salmon portion should be placed on top of the caprese salad for better presentation. The salmon was delicious.

   Our server Devon was great! He let us take our time. Terrace Wine Bar offers a spectacular view!!!! We would definitely refer our friends and family. Thank you again for making our visit memorable.

   Visiting Niagara on the Lake. We had lunch and enjoyed a delicious charcuterie plate and peach salad along with some wonderful wine while overlooking the vineyards and the beautiful yard at Pellar Estates. Highly recommend!

   Beautiful experience! Lovely view and Lauren, our waitress, was the sweetest!! It was a sunny day, but breezy and cool for us Texans. The patio was well heated so we were able to enjoy our time there without our jackets on. We had a charcuterie board that was delicious and so pretty!! There were several items on the board that were new to us, but we tried it all and enjoyed it all. We had a couple of drinks and of course I had to try the ice wine- so yummy!! My only disappointment was that we could not visit the igloo area in the winery for more ice wine. That is only experienced by participating in one of the tours. We would have stayed longer, but had to go for our Niagara Falls tour. Highly recommend visiting Peller Estates if you are in the area.

   Service was poor. From the beginning. It took 15 minutes to be seated for our 3pm reservation. The hostess was seating someone who’s full party wasn’t there. Then she was helping others trying to get a table while we were waiting to be seated. We had a reservation for 3 and we checked in but still stood there while people who came after us tried to get a table. Once seated it took the server 20 minutes to offer us a drink. He was seen standing at the bar. He offered water but again took a long time to come back with water. We eventually just paid and left instead of waiting for the water. I don’t think we will return.

    The food here is absolutely fine, but would not go back for it. We had burgers and a couple of salads. The portion of salmon that came with the salad was quite decent and the cheese was nice, but otherwise pretty average. It was a nice quiet afternoon with a lovely view. Our server was nice. If you want a fancier experience, you'll need the restaurant. The terrace is much more casual. Go there for a quiet aft and nice drink.

    Came here on our 18 year anniversary it was a beautiful place to get away from the city. The peach salad was great and the charcuterie was delicious. Wasn't too impressed with the 8oz sirloin steak thought it would be better like flame broiled. The worst part was they cut i it in half to check how well it was cooked which I was very surprised and flavors were just alright. Nothing to write home about.

    The terrace wine bar is a casual dining experience at Peller Estates winery. The staff was very accommodating and actually called to see if we could come in earlier as they were closing earlier. The food was good, and the service was great. I will be back to try the dining room next time

    Food/Drinks were good as we both had the peller burger and gretzky pilsner. Service was below par, and waitresses were talking with customers excessively causing them to he very slow/unorganized. We had to ask another server who was going to be taking care of us after 15 min of waiting with the menu. Overall first impression/service wasn't good. Our server made a good recommendation on the beer, and the food came out quickly and as expected except for a small request of no tomatoe in one of the burgers. Better servers would make a world of s difference. Overall atmosphere at the terrace was average at best even though it was a beautiful Saturday afternoon.

    Lovely ambience. Menu is OK for lunch, just portions were small. The burger was ok. Service good. Everything is fine for an enjoyable afternoon with a glass of their wine. I would recommend on your visit to NOTL.

    We selected this restaurant purely for the ambience and previous experience from dining in the restaurant. Although at first glance, the menu seemed limited, the quality food was absolutely fantastic the charcuterie board with cheese was tasty. The main entrees we ordered salad with a protein and worked out were we were full but not overly stuff. Our server was attentive as well as courteous. A great experience overall.

    Wrong charcuterie board brought to the table first. Asked for hot tea … no tea … asked for hot water … no hot water even though dining room was 50’ away. Waitress was frustrated with debit machine/music wasn’t working, etc. had to pay in another room.

    This was our first time dining at the outside Wine Patio as we normally dine inside at the restaurant or at least on that attached patio. My husband had the burger and fries with a beer which was priced I felt comparably with other establishments. Where this venue lost points for me was with the panini I chose which was pear and Bree. It wasn’t the quality I’d expect from this type of establishment and at best just a tasteless form of grilled cheese sandwich which was very overpriced for what it was. The lobster fries were pretty good as was my sangria but again $16 for a sangria and $19 for a grilled cheese sandwich given a fancy name seems a bit much to me. Our bill with tax and tip came to $92 As always though the setting was perfect and our waiter Dale was outstanding. If I return I think we’ll stick to the inside restaurant or at least just order a shared appetizer on this wine terrace. We had one drink each and no dessert or coffee.

    My friend and I were enjoying a lovely lunch on the patio. We had just commented on how wonderfully quiet it was (we both live in high density areas) when a staff member decided to start cutting the grass right near the patio on one of those big lawnmowers that a person sits on. Seriously? Perhaps do that job early in the morning before customers show up. We couldn't get out of there fast enough as it kept up. Where was management? Food was good, server was excellent but the ambiance, which started out amazing, ended up being very unpleasant.

    The location is stunning and very relaxing. We were greeted and taken to our seats right away. The server was fine. I ordered an IPA and she brought another beer because they were "out" and she said it was the closest they had. She agreed to replace it if i didn't like which was the case - no fuss. The cheese and charcuterie plate was very good but only big enough for two. The mains were ok but nothing too memorable. The place could be much better with a revamped menu. Prices were reasonable.
