Dine out dinner was great, delicious. Our server was lovely, friendly and always attentive without being intrusive. Loved her.

We were seated on sofa with a small table for 3 people. Service is great but food is so sour on almost whole dine out menu including dessert. Fruits was too sour. Cooking material is fresh. Overall we felt weird having a 3 courses meal on sofa. If they don’t plan to have people have a proper table for dine out, they should not be participating. I would save my time for another better organized restaurant. Over 300 participating restaurants and we have other option.
The washroom is pretty basic it is a fancy place to go but the experience is so so.
I certainly don’t want to go again, and not recommending to any friend.

My partner and I went in for dinner during dineout ( a 3 course meal ) and not once did the server quality check any of our food. After we finished our appetizers, we put our cutlery neatly on the plates to be replaced, however the server asked us to take back our dirty cutlery and put it on a little napkin instead of replacing them. This was quite surprising considering my set of cutlery had goat cheese from my salad all over them. Overall, we left the restaurant hungry as the portions were quite small ( or perhaps we were hungry) but more importantly there were a lot of areas that our server could have improved on. As such we will would not recommend this place for dinner.

If you want a $20 dollar delicious cocktail this is a place to go! But perhaps think of a different place to go for dinner!

There service was very slow, we had to call the server several times even she was passing by right beside us. There's big gaps between each DO courses, we had to wait for the card machine for 20min or longer. Food was great, but you gotta wait till the server comes for the explanation (your dish won't stay warm).

Relatively boring interior and experience overall. There is nothing grand or interesting about the lounge and you sit directly in front of the door and get all the cold air coming towards you. The table is not appropriate for eating food and the staff is clearly beverage servers and not food. The venison tartare was very good and small proportioned as to be expected. The sablefish, although a decent portion for dine out, was flavorless. The Korean short ribs were as they were but certainly nothing special. Desert was rather uninteresting as well. I had not been to The Trump before and I see no reason to come back. Nothing about the space, the ambiance or the food is alluring. There are so many places in Vancouver that truly know how to put out a great meal. Perhaps the restaurant has more to offer but I am moving on.

Five star for the cocktails - amazing, unique, great presentation, on point. The service was hit or miss. We had to wait long periods of time for our server to come back with water, or to ask if we needed more, or anything, while she was folding napkins and silverware. We did track them down 2-3 times, but had to make an effort. The tea that was presented was lovely - Beauty and the Beast - but we'd been expecting to be offered the $88 one mentioned online, too, which was more substantial. The savories on our tray were stone cold - stone cold stew is not so good. The sweets were lovely.

Food was really good, really enjoyed the venison tartare, sablefish was cooked perfectly, it wasnt seasoned enough but im glad it wasnt the typical sweet sauce that a lot of places do, though I didnt care for the tomato puree either. The smoked albacore tuna was nice and flavorful. Korean beef shortrib was typical. Dessert: "Hazelnuts, Vhalrona Dark Chocolate Fondant Bar, Raspberry Sorbet" - this item was really good, the raspberry sorbet was perfect.
I also liked the vegan raspberry cheesecake.

Service was decent, but apparently chef had to do a banquet so food came out really slow. The servers tried their best to make things better though, so that is much appreciated.

Overall good experience and I would go back to try more food.

We all had such a good time here, the food was great but there should be more options for substituting other items. The tea tasted amazing and the service was outstanding. I will be for sure coming back to have another get together.

The sitting area are spacious and each table has a good privacy. Very comfortable lounge chair and tables are spread out spaciously. The high tea tower has too much sweet items and they are sweet. I would personally prefer 2/3 savory and 1/3 sweets. This one is 1/3 savory and 2/3 sweets. We ended up had to order another 3 dishes from the happy hour menu in additional. I also had to wait for 50 minutes for my high tea tower to arrive at our table. Servers’ attitude were all friendly and approachable, always with smile and polite, however not very efficient. We stayed from 2-6pm for an afternoon tea...

Friends night out, took forever with our drinks/ order. Had multiple diff hosts but when asked for another drink the lady said let me get your host. Ordered a cheese platter took forever to come out that we had to cancel it. Ordered a Moscow mule it was way to sweet wanted to get another but waitress took forever and when she did come they took forever to bring it back . Not sure it wasn’t even that busy some hosts were wiping glasses behind bars and djd not look busy at all to not be able to speed up service.

My son wanted to celebrate his birthday with family and friends downtown. Crudo was ideal and provided a comfortable and relaxed bar setting with excellent small plates as well as hearty mains during the early evening. Service is very courteous and the location is easy to find. One of the party told me the latte was the 'best ever' and the chicken karaage sliders were delicious. I highly recommend Crudo.

My friend and I came to try out the School of Magic Afternoon Tea (Harry Potter-themed). I was disappointed by the experience as it was lackluster and full of hype.

We made a reservation for afternoon tea on a weekday, midday, and the lounge was almost completely empty.

The staff were friendly but they often went missing. Considering that we were some of the only guests, it was strange that it was difficult to get a servers attention.

The afternoon tea itself was cute but the taste was not there. The afternoon tea is higher priced than most but the food left us really disappointed. There was 1 tier of savory and 2 tiers of sweets. The savory items were cold when they should have at least been warm. It seemed like the food had been left out for some time before they brought it to us. The sweets were okay but they weren't anything special.

I don't recommend this afternoon tea. There are far better options in the area like the Urban Tea Merchant which is a few blocks down the street.

Service was fantastic, did not realize we needed to inform them of dietary restrictions prior to our reservation but they were very accommodating. The Harry Potter themed high tea was presented really nicely, very impressed with the detail that went into each item. The items were pretty sweet so if you aren't into sweet things, that high tea set may not be suitable for you.

This place is not going to last. It's expensive, WAY over-rated and the food is not fresh. However it does attract a lot of instagrammers and perhaps food bloggers because of the decor and high tea displays. For high tea, i would expect a high quality loose leaf tea. I asked about the earl grey teas that they had and whether or not they had a sample to smell before choosing. The answer was "no". I quickly discovered that my tea was a TWG teabag and I guess they were unwilling to open up a tea bag for me. While the tower looks perfect on instagram, the pastries fall short of expectations as they are stale and not appetizing close up. For $85 high tea meal, i expect a lot better than this.

Asked for window seats during reservation and during the phone confirmation but was still brought to the inside table while all the window tables were empty. The whole time we were there only one other table showed up. Server missed our scones and took forever to refill our tea. Not to mention they use tea bags not tea leaves. Not worth it IMO.
