First, we were placed on a corner next to the service door. We were glad that we were moved to a middle window table. There was only one table with 2 people in the entire restaurant at that time. Just because we were doing a Magical dining menu doesn't justify the placement. Beautiful dining set up!

If you by any chance already have a reservation for this place, go for the drinks, appetizers, and dessert. The lobster bisque was the highlight of our meal, and the limoncello cheesecake was absolutely delectable. Our waiter Philipe from Ocho Rios Jamaica was also one of the silver linings of this establishment. Now that I have been able to specify the good, it is time to highlight the ugly. There was not a single entree that was worth anyone’s time. In fact, I’d go as far as to say that it was some of the worst entrees I have EVER had at an establishment at this price range. Let’s start with the “Carbonara”. I put carbonara in quotations because the pasta we received was far from it. It was closer to an Alfredo than a carbonara. Any place that respects itself knows Carbonaras require egg and pancetta or guanchale. The sauce was pale white and no signs of egg and if there was pancetta it was untraceable. We also ordered the sea bass and had to return it to the kitchen as it was FISHY. Not like frozen and thawed fishy, like Bikini Bottom fishy… Philipe was polite enough to offer us a substitution and they ordered the salmon. WE ALSO HAD TO SEND THE SALMON BACK BECAUSE IT WAS FISHY. Luckily Philipe was able to arrange replacement lobster bisques that was enough to satisfy these already disappointed patrons. But I know what you’re thinking. Of course you guys had a bad experience, you ordered fish and pasta at a steak house. Well now lets go to the start of the night. The tomahawk for two. This was the driest, least marbled ribeye steak I have had in the entirety of my life. Not worth the trip. If you haven’t reserved already and are reading this beforehand, don’t walk, RUN to any of the more worthy steakhouses in the Orlando area.

Give Joao a Raise! He was amazing, and really took this experience to the next level. We went here for my nieces birthday, it was part of magical dining. He provided such amazing service under some crazy situations. They got slammed with a convention and basically had 3x the number of guests planned for that night, I watched this guy work his butt off to ensure everyone had an amazing experience and did not feel the impacts of the busy and short staffing. And he sung happy birthday in 4 languages 😳. Thank you Joao for making a very special little girl feel very special on her day!

Outstanding just simply isn't a good enough word to describe my anniversary dinner with my wife at The Venetian Chop House. This was our first visit to this local gem, and it will certainly be only the first of many. I simply cannot say enough about the exemplary service provided to us from the moment we sat down at our table. Everyone was smiling and friendly, and made my wife and I feel like they genuinely were grateful we were dining there. I specifically call this out because I dine in many of the 'fine' dining restaurants of Disney and their service pales in comparison. Disney needs to learn from the Venetian about service. Brennah our server was incredible, so energetic and friendly, also very attentive as my wife has a few allergies that we needed to work around. I called weeks ahead and spoke to Scott the General Manager, who promised me that they would be able to accommodate my wife's dairy allergy with no issues. He surely was not kidding. We were provided with specially made sourdough bread for her allergy, specially made potatoes and brussels sprouts sauteed specially with no butter, and the BEST filet that either of us had in a long time (possibly ever). The assistant GM Kim came to our table a few times to let us know they would take special care of my wife to make sure her dining experience was A+. It was. After a perfect dinner, Kim brought out a fabulous fruit plate for our anniversary that we were both able to enjoy! The organic fruit was so fresh and tasty. We appreciate the efforts of Brennah, and Kim, and Scott, and especially the chef that prepared our food, SO much! We have a birthday dinner planned in a couple weeks that we instantly cancelled our other reservation and made one for the Venetian! I would recommend this place to anyone. With so many bigger name chain steakhouses in the area, I had to do research to uncover this local gem and I am so thankful I found it! Thanks to Scott, Kim, Brennah and every for a great night!

Lovely decor and good service, but……in a party of four, every steak we ordered was cooked incorrectly in terms of how we requested it to be done, as well as being rather fatty cuts, so a fair amount inedible. Food relatively expensive and Wine menu all priced highly, with relatively humble bottles (including domestic) all having a high price tag. Positives were that servers were attentive and recognised issues, subsequently applying a modest discount to the bill, but unfortunately not enough to entice us back for another revisit. Whilst service tip is included in the bill you are also advised separately that this is shared across the restaurant workers and that anything you give on top will go to your server !! Not really a great tactic to ask for more on top of what is already a substantial pre applied tip and does lack class.

We went for magical dining and the experience was amazing. Good food and service. No complaints outside of the parking which is not the restaurants fault. Make sure to arrive extra early in order to park in a timely manner. Ask for Diesel as your server, he’s awesome!!

I had high hopes since my daughter enjoyed her meal there recently. However, we were extremely disappointed. Since it is a chophouse, I expected a great steak. All steaks were undercooked. In fact, my daughter’s was raw and had to be sent back. Even upon it’s return, it still was not cooked properly. The steaks had zero flavor or seasoning. Texas Roadhouse has better steaks and they know how to cook them. Had difficulty cutting the broccolini with a steak knife. It was undercooked as well. Service was very slow. Aside from limoncello cheesecake , which was excellent, the desserts were mediocre. They ended up giving us 20% off bill for steak mishap and slow service as our server realized after a half hour we never received our desserts. This was nice, but honestly the raw steak entree should have been removed from the bill completely since she ate once we had finished. We did magical dining , and will not return.

It was my husband and my 20th anniversary date night which always falls during magical dining which we love. As locals it gives us the opportunity to try new restaurants' Venetian Chop House did not disappoint. Right when we walked up, we were greeted with smiles and seated right away. Neil our server was very attentive, and we had great conversations. The risotto was delicious, the shrimp gigantic. Oh, and the salmon just pure yumminess, the strip was a nice size and cooked to a perfect temp. The desserts were exceptional especially the cheesecake. We were given a card from the staff as well as a glass of champagne for our anniversary, which was so thoughtful and sweet. Miguel was also right on point as well as another gentleman that I didn't get his name. We were checked on a few times by a manager she was super friendly. It was a great experience, and we will definitely be back. Thanks so much.

Great service and food. First time there, but certainly not the last. Went for Orlando's Magical dining; offerings were full size just like regular menu. Staff very attentive, professional and friendly. Food taste excellent- seasoned just right. Highly recommend!

We had a party of 10 and everyone of them enjoyed the entirety of the evening. The Magical Dining Experience was a huge hit with the table and the value was outstanding. I did not feel like I was in a hotel restaurant at any time as the atmosphere was considerably better than I expected. The Magical Dining Experience was a limited menu, but there were plenty of options available. And somehow, the cheesecake dessert outshined every other dish on the menu. The first 2 courses could have been garbage (it definitely wasn't), and that cheesecake would make you forget all about what came before. The only negative at the table happened to be my dish... I ordered a medium rare NY Strip and I'm pretty sure they walked the cow to my plate. Luckily, the steak was huge and the portion that actually saw the flame was more than enough to fill me. I could have sent it back, but didn't want that to interfere with the overall excellent experience.

We decided to try out Venetian Chop House out during Magical Dining and we discovered a new restaurant for future celebrations. As full time residents, we are always looking for good restaurants and the Venetian Chop House definitely fits the bill. Their portions were generous and the staff and service were great!

I came in with a friend for the Magical Dining experience. Overall it was great and we both were happy with our dishes. First course I had the truffle risotto, it was rich and delicious, it was a great one to start and I’m glad I didn’t pick the salad as originally planned. My friend’s first course was the shrimp cocktail, she enjoyed it. For the entree we both did the NY Strip Steak, quite a generous piece and the truffle butter add-on was perfect. Along with the steak I ordered the Brussels sprouts and my friend did the potatoes. Finally we both chose the vanilla crème brûlée for dessert. Quite a generous dessert as well. We couldn’t finish the steak or the dessert but we’re very happy with our dinner overall. I will be back because this is a lovely location, service from Sara was great and ballet parking was validated at the restaurant. We also enjoyed some cocktails but unforgivably I do not remember the names of any.

We had a party of 10 for a professional business dinner. We all ordered the 3 course meal which was $60/person. 5 of us got the steak. Each one of us, the steak was so tough we could barely cut it let alone chew it. The one person almost choked twice just trying to swallow the meat. The steak didn't have much flavor at all and several of the steaks were half fat that could not be eaten. One woman got the chicken parm. The chicken was fatty and burnt. We attempted to get the attention of the waiter to let him know they quality of the food but we're unable to get his attention. He appeared to be spread very thin and we were only checked on when the dinners were first placed on the table and non of the dinners had even been tried yet. When we did address it, about 45mins after the meal was given and we finally got his attention we were told that he wished he had known sooner so her could gave done something about it. A manager did come eventually and we were ask if we wanted something else. We had already been at dinner about 3 hours so we declined. We were told that we could get a dessert but we had already got a meal that included dessert. Then we were told the lady could have her drinks for free. I don't even know if that happend. Very disappointing for a "fine dining" restaurant where the dinner and tip was about $1000.00 spent.

Our server Diesel was great he took very good care of us. The desserts were amazing and the best part of the meal. The shrimp cocktail was frozen then microwaved then semi microwaved. Maybe it was just because we were there for magical dining that the food wasn’t as good as I would’ve expected.

We went there for our 33rd Anniversary and had a wonderful experience all around! We were greeted warmly and wished a Happy Anniversary multiple times. The service was excellent, and Sarah, our server, went above and beyond with some extra-special touches to help make our evening memorable. The food was on-point and, honestly, the best we have had in any restaurant. The preparation, flavor, and presentation were all perfect. We are so happy we chose The Venetian Chop House to celebrate our anniversary, yet will return there again "just because" since it was so good.

We came ro celebrate our 10 year anniversary. The ambiance we quiet and romantic. Our waiter, Iban, was attentive, knowledgeable and welcoming. He made the experience enjoyable. The food was top of the line and reasonably priced for the quality and portion size. We will definitely be going back.

This was a lovely experience overall. The only thing that stopped me from giving this 5 stars was that the steak was not Prime. It was tasty, but texture was not appealing as someone who only eats prime beef at restaurants and at home. If you are happy with black angus - then, you will really enjoy it. Again - the flavor was great.

Anouar was our server. He gas great. The Shrimp Coctail is a fantastic appetizer. The 14 oz New York Strip with the Gnocchi was delicious. To finish off I had the crème brûlée which was tasty. Overall the entire experience was great. I recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a nice place to eat!

Tasty food, we came for the dessert and it did not disappoint. Risotto was delicious too! But, it was loud for the place-setting for the restaurant. Steak and potatoes were salty, but steak was cooked nicely temperature-wise. We both left with our dust allergens heightened due to the mustiness and dust of the restaurant that we smelled immediately upon walking in.

We went here for my birthday and the food and experience was amazing. The wait staff was incredible, fun and energetic. I had the veal chop which had a awesome crust but was tender and juicy inside. My wife had the bison short ribs and they were fall off the bone delicious. 5 star experience. Definitely go there.
