   Service was extremely slow and a bit lacking (warm water), the food was decent...definitely a better place for appetizers and drinks than sit down meals. We were the only table seated towards the end and it took forever to get the food or check. Very loud.

   Drinks and food took forever. The chicken was dry and really tough mean. The salad and veggies were soggy and didn’t have a good presentation. The wings were tough meat.

   We loved the restaurant. Everyone was very friendly, the food was outstanding and our server was great! We had 2 minor issue, which were not a big deal only small. We had requested the Atrium, but when we arrived we were led to a table in the bar. We were immediately led to our requested area in the Atrium, so was not a big deal. The only other issue was that our Special Occasion was not a big deal, but it was a shared Anniversary with the friends with whom we dined. I do not know if anything is done for special occasions and we were quite full from the delicious and wonderful meal. I have still rated the restaurant as great. We started with chips, with guacamole and salsa. Our meals were the grilled Mahi Mahi, Shrimp tacos and pork tacos. Everything was amazing! Delicious Food and an evening shared with good friends!

   We enjoyed our first time to The Vig at Filmore but there was a few things I would have changed. Our waitress came for our order and I said “we have a few questions “ and then she walked away…… it took awhile for her to come back. The questions were for her about the menu. That was Rude ….. Anyways. They had no black ice tea just some non caffeine type. We ordered the pretzel which was really good! My husband ordered the burger and he really liked that. The Vig uses Soy oil in their fryer so we didn’t eat any fries or onion rings since that oil is not great. I ordered the shrimp and crab enchiladas. It was highly recommended to me. It looked great. However it was more like a taquito- hard and crispy. It was not A soft enchilada like I was expecting. I did tell the manager about that and she noted it , but I ate it the best o could and wasn’t satisfied. The ambience was great and we sat on the enclosed patio area which used to be the garage. Nice views of outside but not as hot. Will we try it again? I think we will go back at least one more time.

   Food is good, service was slow and noise from radio too loud! Overcharged for champagne. Table was good and people were friendly so I was happy. Mom on Mother’s Day was happy that was most important. So turn down the radio, train up your staff I’ll be back.

   Outdoor patio was beautiful and our server Able was very attentive. I didn't like the chile con queso that I ordered, but that is my personal taste. All of the other food that was ordered, tacos, pasta, beef sandwich and bread pudding was very tasty.

    Have never been here before, the restaurant was such a cute vibe. We came with a large party for Mother’s Day brunch. The server was so kind and very prompt with her service. Want to come back and try dinner.

    Went with a friend before an event. Had Serrano chilis and they were delicious. For dinner- we both had Mahi Mahi- I had the tacos and she had the sandwich as a lettuce wrap. Soooo good. Drinks- had cheeky devil and it was good. Nice wine list. Our server was great. Oh- and the margarita cheesecake is amazing.

    Fun place on a Friday night! Service was great, food was good, drinks were yummy! Inside noise level was really loud , so it was difficult to have a conversation without yelling. Next time, I will choose to sit outside. Otherwise, great experience and would definitely return.

    This was a crappy experience, and we will not be going back. We waited more than an hour for food, and other tables were served before us. Our server was a nice guy but only apologized once we had complained. Seems that it would be a good idea to let customers know when there are problems in the kitchen and offer some small token. Also received a very dismissive response from the host/manager, which was not appreciated.

    Costed the Vig with a group of 6 friend. We had reservations, the experience was going well, we were ordering drinks, apps, entrees, enjoying ourselves. The tan was continuing to grow which we didn’t mind. In the middle of eating the hostess and server came to tell us we needed to close out and finish because the next reservation was waiting. We had only been there an hour and a half AND there were four empty tables next us which had been empty for over an hour. After speaking to the manager she was upset her staff did that and reiterated there was no time limit to our reservations. She was great and ended up taking over our table but out a bad taste in our mouth and turned the experience around for us. Our bill was over $500 and would have continue to grow if that experience didn’t happen. Wouldn’t recommend bringing a large party or special event here if you’re looking for great service.

    Great patio area, one of the nicer in Phoenix. The happy hour menu is good, the general menu is limited, but very good. My party and I were very happy with the service and the entire experience. We'll be back. Nice place for a casual get-together or casual business dinner.

    We made reservations for 5pm on a Saturday and didn’t even have a chance to eat because the kitchen was understaffed and backed up. We had 6:30 show reservations and didn’t have time to wait. Never ever ever will we go back.

    What an enchanting spot. The patio is shaded and shielded from the street with tables well spaced. The service was perfect. All 4 of us really enjoyed each dish. It is well served and plated do attractively. Delicious food served in a beautiful charming place at a fair price. Perfect!

    It is a beautiful setting and hostess was friendly and kind. We got seated fairly promptly and we were served tasty flavored tea and refills were given to us. Then we ordered chicken chopped salad and Pazole soup. It took 50 minutes to get our food. When food was served we didn't have silverware and had to grab some off another table. We were eating food for over half an hour and no one checked back in with us. The salad was flavorless and it didn't have beans on salad as it said on the menu. I think more dressing would have helped. The soup was spicy and very flavorful. I added some lime that was served with soup which made salad better. The server also was not friendly. The other food served around us looked good but I still would not recommend this restaurant.

    This was the worst restaurant experience my party and I have ever had. The staff was so rude, unprofessional and unaccomodating! There was no customer service and they even dropped the check on us! I will never eat at a Vig restaurant again and would suggest you don’t either.

    SHISHITO PEPPERS were nicely presented in a delicious sauce. SALMON was enough for my wife, but probably not a large enough fillet for big eaters. CRAB AND SHRMP ENCHALADAS were tasty and plenty for me. The cocktail choices were fun. Overall, a solid choice, but the menu seems a bit limited in selections.

    The food was just ok. The worst part is that our food for a party of 6 came out at very different times. One of us got food at least 10 minutes before the rest of the table. Then it gradually came out but not all at once so we were eating without some in our party. They didn’t have the dessert we wanted. We did order the cookie skillet as a replacement but the cookie was so overcooked it was nearly as dark as the pan it was served in. Desserts came out at different times too. It was Birthday celebration for 2 people in our party but it wasn’t acknowledged even though I listed it on the reservation. The parking is difficult in that area. First time here and we don’t see a need to return.
