   The food is good here, somewhat pricey, but noise level is very loud, especially on weekends. You will need reservations. We had reservations & still were seated apx. 15 minutes later the reservation.

   The Waverly Local was fantastic! We had a wonderful time. Good food, great service. They went above and beyond helping us with a birthday cake and candles. No one was disappointed. Can't wait to return.

   As always, The Waverly Local never disappoints! My grandkids are already asking to go back. Just a tad too much live music but everything else was great! Brunch was awesome.

   I was disappointed in the menu last night. It was uninspiring. We took friends from out of town and 2 of us ended up with soup and a salad because the main courses were boring or not our taste. It usually is really good so we were disappointed.

    It was delicious as usual and the service fantastic. Also SK Senn was great entertainment. We live on the lake now and would like to see more variety in the menu as we frequent quite a bit. The food is always delicious just lacking in variety.

    Food was very good! Waitress was very pleasant, but lacked some training on the little things, like plates for the appetizers before dropping them at the table, wine ordered before the meal arrived, etc. Again, really awesome place, will definitely be back many times.

    The food at waverly local never disappoints! This was our first time for Sunday brunch and the breakfast buffet was fabulous! We will definitely be back!!

    We were a table of 8 sitting at a table for 6. Had a reservation but had to wait. While we were eating multiple employees behind us drying dishes silverware and laughing and talking. Not what you want to hear when your spending 300+ dollars for a 7:45pm reservation! Will not bring back for another group dinner!

    Service was amazing and just the overall experience was great. Even though there was a good Amount of people there, it was really easy to hear the people at my table. It’s such a great spot and can’t wait for the next time we get to eat there.

    The food, waitress and ambiance were outstanding. Easy to find and we will definitely be returning. Do not pass on the fried pork skins or the cheesecake. Both GF and delicious!

    My wife and I love this restaurant. Had a date night and picked the Waverly Local. Gluten free (gf) options didn’t disappoint. Ribeye for me and grouper for my love. Both beyond delicious. She also did the coconut cake (not gf) while I had the gf cheesecake. It was an amazing meal and the venue doesn’t disappoint.

    Food is excellent. Had the Sunday buffet and everything was very good. I found the Bloody Mary to be kind of bland. Garnishments are nice, but I'd recommend kicking it up a notch.

    My husband and I try to enjoy a dinner here several times a year. It is always delicious and the service is excellent. This time I chose the Gulf Offering which was redfish. It was prepared perfectly. My husband enjoyed the chicken w white sauce…also grilled perfectly! Our waitress was friendly and very attentive … she was great! As always, we totally enjoyed our time at The Waverly Local.

    The Waverly Local is a quaint, eclectic restaurant that provides a wonderful atmosphere and amazing food. Everything was delicious, even the simple Cesar salad was over the top incredible! The service was amazing. The drinks were as delicious as the food was, too.

    We went on a Sunday. The live music was nice but it was so loud we couldn’t talk to one another. The food took a really long time to come out too but everyone enjoyed their meal.

    Meatloaf special was excellent, especially the collards. They are the best I have ever tasted. Service was also excellent. What is impressive about the Waverly Local staff is that each person on the wait staff takes care of what needs to be done even if the table belongs to a fellow employee. Obviously, they are trained well.

    This was our first time at the Waverly Local and we came for brunch. It was amazing! My boyfriend got the buffet and I ordered off the menu (steak and eggs) and everything was fantastic. Get a biscuit too, you won’t regret it!

    The lamb shank and collards are to die for. The collards had a bit too much salt in my opinion. It is very noisy inside. Other than that, it was exceptional.
