Modern European
The Wellington Club restaurant is an artistic, eclectic and modern experience. The menu offering combines both classic and modern European cuisine as a reflection of the historic yet modern spirit of the Wellington. With live DJ and original artwork by Damien Hirst and Jonathan Wylder, the restaurant at The Wellington Club merges delectable dining with a vibrant party.

Exquisite steak. Shame about the 3 hen parties with bright white lights from their dining areas killing the atmosphere for many of the other groups. Great food. Service was ok could’ve improved a bit on the attentive side though. Certainly has potential to be on the luxury end of dining but due to the clientele and trashy lighting it needs a bit of refining!

Went here for my boyfriend’s birthday (which is on Valentine’s Day). Overall the food was really nice but service was quite slow and impersonal. I had to repeatedly ask for our drinks and spent a lot of time trying to get staff attention to order things. I’d also called in advance to flag a food allergy and the fact it was a birthday and was told the waiting staff would be briefed and kitchen would decorate my boyfriend’s dessert - neither happened. It was quite a strange/distracting atmosphere as despite the restaurant being big with a lot of space, all the tables were crammed in together - unlike the layout photos online. There was an event going on downstairs which was quite noisy, and people were standing around next to us for a lot of the meal. When we were being seated I tried to ask if we could move somewhere with more space but was told no so we ended up crammed in between two other tables where you could all hear each other’s conversations. All in all, if you want tasty food and aren’t bothered about service or atmosphere, this would be fine, but you could get better for the same price elsewhere. It felt like the place had potential to be really good but they were trying to run too many deals on Valentine’s Day - hopefully it’s a different experience if you go at another time of year.

Expert level food and service. Every item was crafted at premium levels. The experience and the decor was stunning, just a little too modern for my style. The staff and service were absolutely some of the best ever. This was a premium boutique experience, expect to pay consistent with the experience.

Hidden restaurant in part of a members club. Lovely food, good deal for 3 courses & prosecco. Only bad point we found is they're still using plastic straws even though the waiter informed us that they receive quite a few complaints about this.

Birthday celebration with partner. Slow Service, had to wait over 10 mins for menus and drinks. A pleasant surprise dessert served with lit candle when ordered from menu. Overall, food was good value only from O.T. set menu.

An amazing meal in an art infused restaurant. It was amazing to be able to enjoy the incredible food sat next to an original Damien Hirst spray painted wall. I went for the scallops to start which were one of the best I have tasted. Then a ribeye steak cooked perfectly. The triple cooked chips where incredible . Staff were great and very attentive. Highly recommend!

What an amazing new place!!! We were sit at the bar, where the guys recommended us to try Sour Noir, a brandy based cocktail with edible charcoal - delicious! Then, we were escorted to our table and our server guided us through the menu. Ox cheeks are to die for and the Chef knows his meats, excellent rib eye on the bone, cooked to perfection. We left a bit of room for the dessert (and thanks we did that), we shared the chocolate ganache accompanied with The Wellington Express cocktail, the best way to finish our night, so good!! All of this, overseen by Damien Hirst shark! The experience was excellent and we can’t wait to go back soon!
