   Host/Waitress was very helpful and positive. No pressure to purchase food or drink. Overall was as expected. Clean, nice set up.

   Perfect place for a date. My boyfriend and I have a Salted Caramel Coffee on the patio and went skating on the outdoor rink. It was a nice setup with fun music. Staff was friendly. Would definitely recommend.

   We loved the atmosphere and the venue which was great for kids and grandparents alike. The outdoor patio was equipped with heaters which made it pleasant in spite of cold temperatures. The skating patio-side was great. The food was not value for money though. It was quite overpriced for both drinks and meals. The family complained a bit about everything being overly spicy. Serving staff were pleasant.

    Server had to ask about our order 3 times. All we ordered was poutine and fries. Not sure why that was hard for them to get straight. Reviews are correct, patio heaters do not give off heat.

    Just a quick jaunt to NOTL to visit one of the finest wineries around. Had our sites set on the whisky sours but had to try the new vodka and opted for Caesars instead. Add in the hot chocolate with Gretzky's cream and we were in heaven. Just a couple of drinks and we went! A great place to unwind.

    I knew it was outside but there was a serious lack of outdoor heating compared to other restaurants. It just felt like we paid over $100 just to sit in a cold field. Also, my girlfriends Ramen was served in a cheap take out coffee cup which appeared to be from the dollar store. Tim Hortons has far superior coffee cups.

    If it is a sunny warm day a great casual place to dine for families with kids, but was unaware it is outdoors only. The chili was excellent. Shrimp po boy and onion rings had too much breading and although the portions were huge would rather smaller with better quality.

    Our waiter was a bald man with hand tattoos, working in the customer service industry you should practice being friendly and kind, he was neither. He was very abrupt, short tempered and rude to our party of 8. We were all confused what was up with that. It was an extremely cold day and the “hot drinks” we were served were not hot unfortunately :( We asked if he could add some additional hot water and he said that it was out of his control? He also didn’t seem to have much knowledge of the drinks menu when we were asking specific questions. Not impressed by the attitude we received and his overall demeanour while assisting us. Seemed he was having a bad day. Other than our dining experience, the skating rink was beautiful and the other employees were very sweet. Front of staff lady helped us get the reservation. Thank you!

    Annual skating with family of four. Always weather dependant but we find a day that works. When buying food and drinks, I wish the skating wasn’t $10 per person. It ends up adding up to quite a lot. Drinks are amazing here, poutine and onion rings just ok. Service was great. It was COLD out and so some heaters that actually do more than look pretty would be great.

    Had a reservation, the host seemed less than interested to seat us. We requested to be near a heated and even though he said they are normally held for reservations you don't necessarily get one. That is understandable, but was quite rude in the delivery of that response as if he was annoyed we even asked. We were sat near a "heater" , but there was literally no heat coming from the flame, turns out they were just decorative flame lamps...or if they did have heat it was not on. We could touch the heater fully with our hand and there was no heat whatsoever. The service was horrible...our food came out before our first drink...and that took a while. Do not order the Hot Toddy as it tastes nothing like what a Hot toddy should taste like...warm water with a chemical taste...not whisky. Food was sub par...pulled pork sandwich was "okay" with fries that were like McCain frozen fries. I will say the mulled wine was delicious...but pricy. When we received our bill they charged us an extra $20 per person for skating even though we brought our own skates...they adjusted the price to $10 a person...but really? I think if you are paying that much money for food and drink the skating should be included. I did not see anything posted about an extra charge for skating. We wanted to try it...we did. Won't do it again. The music was good and the skating and atmosphere are fun...but do not expect much from food and service.

    Nice experience. Food and drinks were good. Staff were great. I feel the price to skate is over priced, especially if someone needs to rent skates. I understand charging people who aren't eating/drinking, but it's a fair option to not charge the skating fee for people staying for food and drinks. I recommend going for food and drinks, but don't waste your money renting skates and skating when there are much more reasonably priced places to go to.

    The place is awsome. Food was not good and they really need some heaters. Yah I know it’s Canada but make it at least comfortable. The set up was really nice and staff friendly. Bought some wine and had a good time. Fix the heaters and get more of them. Simplify the food because for me it was just to powerful.

    The environment is great, but the food and drink is very average. You also have to pay $10 a person to use the ice rink which was a big surprise to us. However, the service was excellent.

    Very dirty - should not be preparing or serving food there. We were told there was nothing they could do about the birds and yet we visited 2 other outdoor venues on the same day and they did not have bird issues so clearly something could be done. Servers were excellent.

    It was a very rainy day in November. We were seated under the covered patio. Service and food was great! Unfortunately, they don't serve soft drinks but understandable as we are at a winery. Just thought Gretzky's bar would have a selection.

    The vibe was nice. It was a beautiful day to be sitting outside and the service was great. But the food was awful and incredibly bland. Next time i would just go for drinks.

    I had the chicken salad with lime dressing which was just incredible. Best salad I ever had. The Monster Mash cocktail was also one of the best. And the ambiance was great as well as the service. Cant wait to go back. Just an overall wonderful experience. Next time I'll wear warmer clothes. The nights are definitely getting chillier

    We found the ambiance very nice yet basic. It's a patio so the seating was comfortable but not luxurious. The limited menus was good in that everyone could eat without sacrificing your choice to eat with a group. We had a couple appetizers such were very good, plenty of food for for people. Or mains were tasty but cold. The only complaint. Cold steak. I can't be more disappointed. The sides were very good! Overall it wasn't what I was expecting but maybe I was looking for too much considering Wayne's name was played all over the place. The wine was excellent as was the whiskey. Our server was simply good not great. The food took a long time to get to us and we could have had cocktails or something while we waited. We did all for a heater as it started to chill a bit by the pond but it never came and even if it did, calling it a heated patio is just not correct. The patio heaters were crappy at best. To be honest since we are members it would have been better to go to Trius or Peller for a high end dining experience since they are under the Peller umbrella. I would recommend this experience to my daughter - the 20 something's would have liked this more than we did.

    It was swamped. The host ad a little snippy. Maybe rattled a bit . Although the fellow who was helping him a bit Brad was very nice. We had a great waitress. Wine was a tad overpriced. Salad was terrific!! Could use more options ie. Salads , Charcuterie or Soup choices.

    Food was okay…chicken sandwich was dry and the waffles were tasteless and not crispy. It was a windy day and I saw a server spray a table vigorously with cleaning fluid to see most of it land on the diners next door…they weren’t impressed and he was oblivious. Great location, store and experiences on offer today just wasn’t one of the good ones.

    Nous sommes allés à la mi-octobre. J’étais surprise que nous mangions dehors mais la température était quand même confortable avec un manteau. J’ai mangé une salade au poulet avec vinaigrette à l’avocatier. C’était délicieux.! L’aménagement de la terrasse est magnifique et mon mari était surtout bien content de souper chez Wayne Gretzky : )
