The White Rabbit is named after the first spirit house opened by Mr. Jack Daniels of Tennessee in 1892. The saloon was a favorite Lynchburg gathering place where his friends and family could spend time together and enjoy a glass of the finest Tennessee sipping whiskey. We felt the name fitting. We Love Spirits, Our Friends & Good Times!

Our Vision is Simple... to provide Great Food, Create Exciting Hand Crafted Cocktails, as well as offer an Amazing Selection of Spirits, Beer & Wine. We offer a comfortable environment that creates a fun atmosphere while you spend your time with us.

My date and I both enjoyed our Valentine dinner at the White Rabbit last week. it was our first time visiting the restaurant and we enjoyed the ambience. The lobster bisque was very good and the oysters were fantastic. I found the pasta dish tasty and my partner really enjoyed her duck. However, we both found the chocolate dessert a bit of a letdown.

Staff was very nice and accommodating. They offered my girlfriend a cake for her birthday without making a big scene which she usually doesn’t like so it was very nice. Thank you for the great evening!

The food at White Rabbit is delicious! So much flavour, I had the risotto and added shrimp, it was so good. My boyfriend hadn’t the Mac and cheese and it tasted like it was made from scratch. Very cool drink menu, thought it would be busier, but overall fun atmosphere.

Went on a Wednesday for their all you can eat PEI mussels for $20 with a girlfriend. It was both our first time dining there. We tried a couple appetizers of their spinach dip and cauliflower wings in honey sriracha and loved them both. The cauliflower wings were our favorite - the sauce was the perfect combination of sweet and spicy. The mussels were very tasty too. They offered two flavors - Thai red curry and white wine garlic. Both were wonderful! We were stuffed after two rounds of trying each flavor!! Service was great, our waitress was very friendly. The place is not very big, but there were still a lot of available tables the evening we went. We left completely satisfied and already planning when we can go back!!

Always love the White Rabbit. It is a bit loud but most fun restaurants seem to be. The musician was good but we were happy when it was 5pm because the sound was a bit pitchy (small space, very loud guitar). Love the new Chicken Sammy! And always the cauliflower wings.

Food was fine, the decor/style of the restaurant did not match the style of the menu. It was much more rustic and pub style than the menu design suggests.

The music is really loud. My husband want tea. No tea. My brother wanted a latte no lattes just expresso and only one option for dessert. A little lacking.

The food prices on the specials was okay. The places, especially where we sat towards the window was very dark..could not even read the menu...no overhead lights. Could not see the food and was extremely noisy. Could hardly hear each other. Should turn down the volume on the music so people are not screaming and increasing the noise level.

The service was excellent but the atmosphere and food was not what we expected. We went for Sunday brunch and both the Eggs Benedict and the Brisket Skillet were just lukewarm. The music was so loud you could barely talk. The waitress was great though....very pleasant and efficient. It may be a good place for an evening pub, but I would skip The White Rabbit for Sunday brunch, good meal or a get-together to chat.

Anniversary night out.
Great seating. Not a large space so it is loud once full. But a very nice ambiance. Had some great options on the menu and one not so good. They removed it from the bill.
Have a vegan menu option.
Overall a very nice experience.

The food was good - when the proper item came - i had ordered thai curry mussels and received wine and garlic but it was totally fine because it was unlimited mussel nite so i tried both!
The bread was outstanding as were the cauliflower wings.
Everyone loved the gin drinks and our service was good.
The music made it difficult to have conversation as everyone was trying to talk above it.
Overall, i would come back but request a table near window where it may be quieter.
