   Went in for a wonderful Sunday brunch. The food was very good with a. Great selection of hot and cold plates. The employees were so nice and helpful. Vladimir, Rhonda, penny and Sarah were such a great team!

   The brunch buffet had way more lunch items than breakfast. Only one type of dish with eggs - it was the benny. Fruit platter was great. Pancakes weren't that great.

   Their two or three course menu is very reasonably priced. I tried the beet salad which had great portion of beets. The mirin glazed salmon was cooked to perfection. Their brownies were the best I’ve ever had. Highly recommended!

   Food was terrible. Price did not reflect quality at all. Very expensive for below average food. Also, was forced to change my reservation 2 days before (blamed opentable) but I was offered a discount for the inconvenience. Guess what??? Was charged full price plus an AUTOMATIC 20% gratuity! Seems a little high for buffet (self) service. Won't go back, wouldn't recommend. There are so many better options you should just skip over this one. Not worth your time or money

   We had a lovely time last Sunday. The food and service was great. The decor was very nice for a Mother's Day brunch. Our daughters enjoyed their time too with their Mother. Thank you once again for everything. I will recommend the Wild Fig . It was fantastic ! David

    Mothers day event. Food was awful. steak was tough. Salmon was dry and fishy smell and after taste. Waited long for the food to arrive. Waitress took our order wrong. Live band was not great, boring. Not good song/ music choice.

    Words that come to mind: strange, confusing, underwhelming, low end cruise ship. Our server was great, but she had WAY too many tables to herself and you could tell she was frantically trying to keep guests happy. All the whole she was getting berated by the man who appeared to be the general manager, but he was doing nothing to help her or speak with guests - he was just on her the whole time and giving her crap! The poor girl!! There was a 3 piece band that set up and was doing their sound check while we were eating - after the screeching of the speakers and clanging of their instruments during set up there were alright, but the band definitely made it feel like we were at a lounge at a casino or a cruise ship. Very strange. Then…the food. Very limited menu. You essentially have to get the 2 or 3 course dinner to make any of the entrees worth your money - 1 starter, drink, and an entree would bring you to close to 100 bucks??? The food was absolutely not worth that kind of money. The side salads were 15 dollars and were no larger than a handful of mixed greens from a box at the grocery store…I can make more intricate salads with my eyes closed. None of the menu was jumping out at me, so I asked for the starter Caesar salad to be turned in to a main, and opted to add chicken as per the menu. It showed up and was a side salad with chicken that looked it it came from the precooked chicken bin at subway - and it cost 23 DOLLARS. Cocktails were alright, but again wildly overpriced - 15 bucks for 3 sips of an old fashioned and a giant ice cube. Diners should legitimately go to the liquor store next door, and order take out rather than waste your money eating here. I would absolutely NOT recommend this place. If you are staying at the executive inn, do yourself a favour and look up some of the other local restaurants nearby; White Spot is honestly a step up from this and has a more diverse and better priced menu! Skip the wild fig. YIKES.

    We were pleasantly surprised as this was our first visit. We will definitely return and bring our family. Thank you for a delightful brunch. Special thanks to the cooks and chefs who prepare the items for the buffet. All was delicious and cooked to perfection.

    We have dined here many times before Covid. The first few times were excellent then we noticed the food wasn’t quite as good. So thought we’d try again. The delicious bread and fig jam were not offered and we didn’t see it on the menu and 3 diners had the salmon and all dishes were really overdone. The service although a little slow to start was fine and there was a large function in the dining room and bar so that was to be expected. Not sure if we will return.

    Attended the Easter Buffet Brunch! All you can eat with quality food! Was delicious and the service was great. Very friendly and accommodating. The cuts of Lamb with mint jelly and make your own omelettes were a definite highlight. The kids loved the desserts - chocolate covered strawberries. Yum. Highly recommend. They serve buffet brunch every Sunday. One of the few places remaining after Covid restrictions that still offer all-you-can-eat buffets. Will be back!

    Great service by Jennifer! Very interactive with group of 4. Was there for Pacific Contact Conference. Was there during happy hour so enjoyed their Dusted Calamari-crispy/crunchy with a touch of spice-paired well with their house white Chardonnay. Jennifer even sang Shania Twain as a send off for us. Isham, the bartender was very charming and definitely knew how to make great drinks. French 75 and martinis were define. All the staff were very friendly! Great place to dine and stop in for a cocktail and snacks.

    We went for a brunch buffet for a family birthday. The food was decent - the waffles kept running out. They brought a birthday treat surprise which was lovely but they didn't ask about allergies and the birthday guest was allergic to pistachios which were on the dessert, so didn't get to eat any.

    Hard to hear the comedians waitress was ok not reply on the ball she was annoyed by any of our requests Dj called in sick so no dancing was disappointed manager did give us a discount that was nice and he was friendly

    Booked on open table, upon arrival they did not have my name or purpose (Birthday) of my visit. So I do believe we would have had a better table ie by the fire place. They said my reservation was not transferred to their book. Food was just okay lived up to the stereo type of hotel food. Salmon was over done, then they did not cook it enough it was frozen salmon not fresh. The cocktail was not tasty just tasted like pure alcohol. Lamb was over done and definitely not worth the price as it came w hardly any sides. The service was excellent! Very friendly and attentive. The dining area very clean and upscale.

    The food was great, but they were struggling to get it to us in a timely manner. over 30 minutes to get our appetizers then another 40 after we finished those to get our meals (an important change was missed for a meal) and after waiting over 30 min to get our desserts after the dinner was finished and cleared, we ended up having to take them to go to get home in time. The server was trying. It seemed that the kitchen may have been overwhelmed. Overall we enjoyed our evening because we had the chance to catch up and the food was tasty. Really the only key issue was the timing.

    Beautiful ambiance & loved the live music. Unfortunately the service was slow and the quality of food was not worth the price whatsoever. Nothing was seasoned, it's like the chef had an aversion to salt. We had to wait about 30 minutes after the plates of our mains were taken away from the table before the tableside cart for desserts showed up. You need more than 1 cart if you're going to do tableside service on a busy night. Overall I'd say it might be a nice place for some drinks, but don't bother with the food.

    Slow service from start to finish. At one point server had sat at another table and talked to the patrons on the table for 20minutes. I'm sure this worked well to build the rapport with that table but they had neglected the other 4 tables she appeared to be working at. Everything else was good. Just slow service

    We had a great time and especially with the comedy show! Very lovely place and everything tasted great. Also had a great value special for valentines Day! My only thing I would say was an issue and I’m sure there was a reasonable cause for it was not enough staff. I’m pretty sure someone bailed that night. It felt like there were only two servers and they were stressed beyond belief. Took a minute to get our orders and a drink was forgotten. Again wasn’t mad because they seemed understaffed that day.

    We booked based on the initial $25 per person for the yuk yuks traveling comedy show. Once we got there we were advised that it was $100 per table. The way it was advertised was very misleading, almost slimy. Almost every table in the place complained to the manager and felt the same way. The restaurant website listed $70 per table but OpenTable listed $100 per table when you scrolled down. Just put a bad taste. The food was not that great. Salmon and ribs were very small and way over cooked. The wine was good. The comedy was amazing and completely made up for wild gigs and OpenTable’s poor service.
