The service was 5-star rating. It began when we first walked in the door and was greeted so graciously by Ricky with an awesome smile! and warmth of hospitality and professional demeanor and eagerness to help. We were then escorted to our table to begin a truly "Magical Dinning" experience with an awesome server by the name of Sarah. We started with a Fish Taco appetizer and chose the Grouper entree and top off with the best "cheesecake" we've ever experience and for drinks we enjoyed a delicious basil Lemonade. I want to thank everyone for their service and Thanks for Chef Shawn! who also came out to greet us and to make sure we enjoyed our our Magical Dinning experience! Dee and Janice (Lakeland, Fl)

Very disappointing first experience. First, we made the reservation through OpenTable and they couldn’t find it. We had requested outside seating but it wasn’t available so they gave us a nice booth. Unfortunately, anything that we asked for and were interested in, from drinks to food, they were out of. Needless to say we got a glass of wine and left within 30 minutes of being there.

Wonderful food and service through Magical Dining and wanted to come back with different friends on a Saturday evening and totally opposite. Ran out of fingerling potatoes the fish special and my pork chop was so overcook couldn’t be cut with a steak knife. Then ran out the cookie skillet. Noise level was was too loud to talk

Everything about our meal was fantastic. Our server was fast and asked all the right questions, and several employees checked on our food and how we were doing during our meal. The food was also fresh and very tasty.

We made last minute arrangements to have dinner here, but as we arrived they told us the kitchen is closed at 10 although we were able to make 945pm reservation. I can’t speak about the food.

Horrible. Went for Magical Dining. 15 minutes for a server to greet us and after 35 minutes with no sign of a starter or communication from the staff, we walked out. Music is too loud. Non Magical Dining menu appeared to be overpriced. Far better choices.

Food is not of quality. No fresh ingredients, prepared with low quality ingredients and plating is not that great. Price to the quality is not justified. Ambience is alright. Cocktail drinks needs ton of work.

very good experience the food was delicious and the drinks excellent. the only negative point was that the waitress did not inform us before the kitchen closed and when we went to order dessert, as it was one of our friends birthday and we wanted to celebrate it with a small cake or something like that, the kitchen was already closed. Too bad, she was very sad.

Good not great. Pictures make the place look much better than in person. Would not classify it as an upscale restaurant. Good choice for those visiting the area as it’s conveniently located in a hotel but for locals, much better options in area

Nice ambiance inside with view of pool. Plenty of photo spots outside. We went for brunch which had an extensive menu. Staff was very nice and helpful and had multiple check in on us and get us whatever we needed

So little that I can say positively about the Wilson. A lovely location on the pool but the upstairs seating was closed and we were seated on the lower level. The menu did not match the menu on OpenTable, and was lacking many dishes. Service was good, but the prices of the food were way out of relation to the menu and the quality, which really coloured the experience. All in all very disappointing.

Too loud, odd lighting, clumsy service. The food is good but not exceptional. Some poor design choices and pool access lead to a less than upscale environment. Staff needs additional training.
