    The meal and servuce were outstanding. The server explained any item on the menu could be made gluten free, which was wonderful as I could be confident in my choices. We look forward to dining here again when we return to stay

    My mother and I used to frequent Peller Estates Winery Restaurant whenever we attended theatre productions at the Shaw Festival. I had the pleasure of introducing two of my friends to this wonderful dining establishment yesterday. All stages of our experience were wonderful, from the welcome by the hostess to the choosing of our meals, with friendly and professional service throughout. Highly recommend.

    The food is so delicious and thoughtfully constructed - it is tasty, filling but not heavy and a totally satisfying experience, As a vegan, I have had some of the best vegan options I've ad anywhere and my non-vegan dining companions equally satisfied. The staff are so thoughtful and happy to answer questions or make suggestions, and make it a very engaging evening. The space is calm and feels like a treat - the only downfall is the chairs could be more comfortable and not have the back lean away from the table as much. Love getting the chance to eat here and am thrilled ever time I get another chance.

    Lovely dining room and ambiance, with an unusually professional serving staff; attentive without being overbearing, knowledgeable and personable. The menu offered interesting choices for both meat lovers and vegetarians like myself, but the dessert offerings were, surprisingly, rather lacklustre. Given we are in soft fruit country here, I can think of a range of wonderful pies, crumbles & cakes that would top off a meal perfectly. All in all, however, I would highly recommend dining here.

    Amazing food! Our server was seated multiple tables at the same time and as a result, did their best BUT a dinner with salad and soup took 2.5 hrs!!! Far too long. A lot of sitting and waiting. We still love the restaurant and the severe was good….just slow but understand the challenges with tables being seated simultaneously.

    The venue and service was excellent. I found the pairings could have been better thought through. The meat of the main course, seemed overcooked and lacked flavour. The value was an issue with me, however, the service and staff were incredibly proficient, especially our assigned server. Overall, I would visit again in hopes of better food and pairings.

    We visited Peller for Lunch with a Group of 8 ppl & all of us enjoyed our Meals. Service was outstanding! The Meals were all beautifully prepared with attention to detail by both our servers as well as the Chef.

    It was a first time visit for my friend and I at the Winery restaurant, even though we are wine club members. As my friend said, "what a wonderful lunch experience. It felt like we had our own private chef." Having Celiac Disease, I was astonished that I could order anything on the menu (which was extensive), as everything was made fresh by the kitchen to accommodate any allergies. Our server was professional, friendly and provides us with superb service. The Winery restaurant will now be a regular visit for us.

    We had a fantastic experience at The Winery Restaurant at Peller Estates. We were there for my husband’s birthday and they made us feel so special! The ambience was romantic and festive for the holidays. The food and wine pairings on the 5 course tasting menu were delicious. Our wait staff (Lisa and Kevin) were kind, attentive, friendly and very knowledgeable. Thank you for making our birthday celebration so special and memorable!

    We have returned with our Austrian friends after a couple of years. On a Wednesday at 1:30 with 4-5 tables occupied only, we had to wait 45 minutes for our Bottle of wine to arrive and close to an Hour for the Appetizers. The main Course again came good 30 minutes after . The food was acceptable, not as good as last time ( perhaps change in Chefs or a bad day?) When you drive out from Toronto for the day, you simply cannot sit around and wait and wait without any polite notification as to the reason for the delay. Hopefully this would not be repeated for other guests!

    I tried the Chef's Tasting Menu and it was overall good. The corn soup was under seasoned and the dessert was a bit too sweet. The bread was fantastic !

    In future, please let us know if you serve lamb racks so that we can make our decision since not all of us like lambs. Everything else is fine.

    Service worked hard but grossly under staffed. We waited over 20 min for someone to come to the table after waiting a while to be seated (had reservation). Food was pedestrian. Chewy lobster, soup could have been sold at grocer and would have been good. 2/5 main course options being vegan was further puzzling. All in all, not an over 100/person experience.

    Good wasn’t as good as we had the previous year. Too salty. Not hot. Our waitress was really great. Jolene. The clam and sweet potatoe soup was overbearing with spices .

    A beautiful room. We had the chef’s tasting menu which was a lovely expression of the season. The food was delicious. The service was excellent and well paced. No complaints and would visit again!

    The chef has certainly improved since our last visit over a year ago. His use of local vegetables to accentuate each dish was spot on and added so much to the culinary experience. Thank you!

    Four of us went to Peller’s on Tuesday for a lunch at noon. The restaurant is elegant and the service was great. But it must have been a bad day because the food was disappointing. I am guessing that they were short staffed and overwhelmed with the restaurant being full. Our main courses for all four of us were luke warm. Tasty but not delicious. We informed our server and he gladly offered to replace the meals. The bacon in my lobster dish was undercooked. I asked the server how the bacon should be cooked? He replied crispy and no mine was not. Twenty minutes later the four meals arrived. Again delicious looking but not hot. When you moved the pasta around there usually is some steam that rises but not today. The manager came over and apologized for not being able to satisfy us. She removed the dishes from the bill. We will go back. Obviously there was an issue today beyond their control.
