   Great service, didn’t have to wait too long for anything from being seated to taking our drink orders etc all the way thru to paying the bill at the end! Very friendly and attentive staff and fabulous food!

   One of my best experience trying a different style burger, I can said without any remorse ( breaking diet) that the hamburgers are excellent and really good, I do recommend this place for any burger lover or someone else that had bad experience with burger, you will love this burgers

   First time and last time. Service was horrible, Food was less than desirable. Totally being understaffed was super patient but still bad service. I said I see Happy Hour daily on menu server said oh old Menu we have no happy hour. Super over priced by far. 3 wedge salad, kids sliders and Fries. Blistered peppers and cheese sticks, ice tea, and a sprite. Came to 100$. Service gave me a military discount and then basically told me the tip wasn't based off the old total, don't give me a discount then ask for a tip off the old total so RUDE! So with Veteran Discount and tip still came to 106.00. figure it out Then Burger. Not a place for kids as they had no kids menu. My wife my Daughter-in-law, and I were all disappointed. I asked for a manager and never saw one. Paid and left and told everyone at the Concert we went to how bad it was. And it was Mothers Day pretty sad could of went anywhere and dropped a Bill.    Run, don’t walk! These burgers and cocktails are so good! We’ve been here twice in the last two weeks because their burgers are the best we’ve ever had. If you like burgers, you don’t want to miss this place. Looking forward to going back again soon.

    The ambiance was different and very cool . Our meals were excellent. Queso birria and chicken were good. Penó….definitely different and good. The sauces are amazing. Blueberry wheat beer…great and cucumber mojito excellent. Our waitress was never missed. She checked on us often. It was pricey. We will definitely return and check out happy hour.

    Food was not good. They were out of the top food items like the Elote or QuesoBirria Burger. Refills were slow and mostly ice. Tasted plain unfortunately. Burger was supposed to be medium but definitely well cooked.

    The food was delicious and the drinks were amazing! Both the presentation of the food and drinks were great! The taste of the burgers were juicy and very tasty! The menu has a decent amount of burgers to choose from and a variety of drinks to choose from as well. I would like to see a bigger amount from the appetizers. I wish I could of shared more of the appetizers with those at my table. The decor is nice! There is natural sunlight from the windows but as the night comes it’s a pleasant ambience with beautiful red chandeliers. Setting is a variety of booths, high top tables or dining chair tables. The staff was friendly and quick to bring food out and drinks. This place is worth the money and a great place to have a nice dinner with friends and family. Music was a plus! They had a great playlist and it was not too loud.

    This was our very first visit and our initial experience was not pleasant. The hostess didn’t greet us when we walked in, but proceeded to complain about how everyone is sick and calling out due to strep throat that’s going around in the restaurant. After being seated and saying a very passionate and detailed prayer, our server came to the table and was very nice and pleasant. We definitely considered turning around and walking out due to the hostess complaining about the sickness going around there, but decided to take a chance anyway. The food was good and so was the drink and our server was amazing! Love the ambiance of the place too!

    I so wanted to love this place.. the atmosphere was great, the drinks were great even though there was a very limited drink menu. The food was horrible, I was expecting a fresh hearty patty instead it looked like a frozen Walmart box of Pattie’s you’d buy for a children’s party. The sauces served weren’t any better other than the house ranch. We had a great waitress and great service overall. I definitely won’t return to eat dinner especially with the quality and the prices but I would definitely meet up for a drink or two.

    cute place. long wait for my order to be put in and to receive the food. waiter was not busy and was not very attentive to us. Other waiter took our bill and it was one of those devices where you pay on the phone and everything. while adding a tip and rating the experience the other waiter stood directly over my partner and watched him the whole time.     Just got home from my Valentine’s Day reservation with the wife and the restaurant was utterly and completely unprepared for tonight’s dinner service. It took 15 min to get water and 30 min to get the appetizer and about 45 min to get our cocktails. When we were finally served our food my bone marrow burger was missing the fries and was no longer hot, and my wife’s chicken sandwich had hair on it. We have been to Then Burger on a few other occasions and have always had positive experiences. I don’t blame the staff for tonight’s bad experience, this seems like something that management did not plan for at all. According to our server they were severely understaffed and there was only one bartender servicing the entire restaurant. Dinner and drinks ended up costing $140 and we ended up taking our entrees to go because my food was getting cold waiting for my wife’s new chicken sandwich. We love supporting new local concepts but paying $140 for this experience was a real bummer especially on a “special date night”. Not sure how soon we’ll be returning to another expensive dinner here.

    Cool vibe with the open air atmosphere reminiscent of a San Diego coastal spot. The burgers were not cooked medium as hoped. Overall food was pretty good and we’d return. The Moscow Mule I ordered was mostly ice which was a disappointment but the Sneaky Coyote was yummy. Our server was very attentive and helpful.

    The atmosphere was amazing, the food was to die for, the decor pulled you in and made you want to stay and the food presentation was great! The service was a little slow, but they were packed. So it was understandable. 9/10, and I would highly recommend for a fun date night with your partner or the girls.

    Then Burger will only be a now and then place for us. The staff were very nice and fun and I really like the decor and vibe, classy/fun. The food is always my main reason for a restaurant though and about half the dishes just didn't work for me. I feel like roasted bone marrow is just an overpriced gimmick at any restaurant but we tried it anyway. The flavor of the marrow with the mushrooms was good, but serving it with toasted bread doesn't work, all the greasiness just dribbles through instead of soaking in. The burgers were enjoyable. The patties themselves have a really good texture and are perfect size although a bit salty and the toppings were generous. The fries were good, nothing special, and the dipping sauces were forgettable. I was very excited to see bengiets on the dessert menu. Without a thorough description I made a guess that these would be comparable to cafe du monde in New Orleans and dressed up with a fine mince apple in caramel for topping or dipping. Instead the pastry was not light and fluffy but filled with bland apple chunks and a caramel sauce on the side. I was very disappointed, my own fault for not checking how they were served first. The bread pudding was delicious however, not too sweet and a perfect consistency. Last were the drinks, beer is beer and each one depends on the brewery, so other than appreciation for the variety available my only other comment is that the 2 we tried were on the small pour side. The chamomile gin fizz was terrific, not only pretty but well balanced although also a bit small. Although not 100% impressed and definitelylighter in the wallet, we will eventually make another trip to try out some of the other menu items. Then Burger does do a good burger.

    Amazing food ! Elevated creative flavors that leave you wanting more, even though your stuffed to the brim from the large portions . The hamburgers were so flavorful. I had the chicken sandwich, so good !!!!! I can’t wait I go back and try the desserts . Staff is kind,professional, and efficient. We had a big party of 7 including kiddos . We were there celebrating my birthday. Our waitress was sweet and patient with our kiddos . The loved the hidden hamburgers and wildlife statues.
