Manager Chris was great. Wife needed special plate and Chris made it happen. Great job and great food...
Fresh seafood was amazing. Oyster selection was great. Worth the trip from the tourist area of Niagara Falls. Highly suggest.
Always great service and food. Looking forward to the expanded space
Awesome food and service, just a touch too loud for conversation.
Outstanding food & service! Highly recommend
When had a lovely meal and the food was excellent changed last review as appreciated exchange rate better!
Great place. Best decision we made to get out of the NF area crowds and enjoy some great seafood at Tide & Vine. Excellent service from Lauren. Food was great. We had a fun time. If ever back here, we'll definitely go again.
What a great gem of a place Niagara has. Great oyster bar, loved the live shucking and learned how to do it properly! Great variety of oysters too!
All around fantastic experience. The food was excellent and fun. The team that served us genuinely seemed invested in our experience and to be proud of the food they are serving. Great knowledge and assistance to make our perfect meal and drinks. We will be back!
Very good sea food. Oysters not to my taste, but had a very good trout (catch of the day) as main course, however/unfortunatly it was a pretty smal portion of fish.
Service was great. Very busy and thereby loud. A bit pricy.
Terrific seafood and great service in an unassuming strip mall far from the Falls tourist area, and very much worth the effort to get there.
Great discovery. Really enjoyed the lobster Thermidor and the red snapper. Will definitely visit again if we are ever back in area. Highly recommend.
Best clam chowder ever followed by scallops and pork belly with potato vichyssoise. Wife had a superb tuna salad. The ice wine was delicious
If you love fresh oysters, this is the place to go! Fresh, excellently shucked by a pro and what a selection!
The food was awesome fresh and well prepared. the great staff was friendly and made us feel welcome. Everything you want what gem of a place to and enjoy a great evening. It's a little off the main fair of Niagara Falls; but, well worth the trip. It's only 15 minutes from the main strip.
We chose this restaurant because of reviews, but it was not at all what we expected. The location is in a strip mall, no where near the Niagara Falls, and we were given the impression it was a fine dining location. My husband had the fish special and I ha the lobster special. His fish was very dry. We had a variety of the oysters, but all were rather small. The bill came to about $300 dollars and I do not believe that the quality of the food was deserving of such a high price. We did like our server. He was very friendly, but again, the food was really not that great.
Loved everything!! Lauren was awesome and read us perfectly. The lobster risotto was phenomenal! Great place.
This is a bar restaurant with interesting menu. Vibrant atmosphere with unusual risotto. My tiny lobster tail was over cooked but the other three guests were happy wit theirs. Make sure you ha e the “bread pudding!! Yum😋
Food was very good. Had the salmon and the lobster risotto. Only "local" wines - would have like to see some California, Oregon or Washington State wines as options.
Very good service and food. A little tight inside with moderate noise, would definitely go back.
Great Seafood!! Great service!! The waitress was extremely helpful with her recommendations. Spot On!
We stumbled upon this place after spending the weekend in Niagara-on-the-lake before returning to Toronto. This came up on Open Table as a resto closeby and we decided to try it. The food was absolutely delicious and the staff were super friendly. We sat at the bar which I highly recommend. You can see oysters being shucked while having great conversation with the staff. Absolutely recommend.
We went for the seafood and we're blown away by then oysters! Julianna, our very capable server, kindly and expertly selected a dozen oysters of 6 varieties for us and they were excellent! Probably the best we've had! Then the wine sommelier, assisted us with selecting a nice bottle of wine to compliment our food selections. All the wait staff we're excellent. It's a little out of the way of the hustle and bustle of the tourist crowd, but oh so worth the experience. We will definitely be back!
Found the restaurant on trip advisor and was very pleased with the overall evening
Food was good and service very good our server was very friendly and had good knowledge
The only reason I’ve given a 4 star is because it’s miles away from Niagara town (which is great to be honest ) but too far if you are stayaong there and fancy a few beers afterwards -
Food choices are very interesting, with oysters being their specialty. We loved that all the wine choices are Canadian, local ones. The beers are too. Staff are very informative and knowledgeable, as well as welcoming and friendly. It was a great birthday celebration for us!
Tide & Vine is amazing..period!
The service is awesome & the food is super delicious! Definitely one of my favourite places to dine!
foody delicious, worth the drive out of tourist zone. Amazing cooked oysters! Lobster special yummm
Our group of eight was accomodated very well, the no fee corkage on niagara wines a nice touch, topping off a great seafood experience -- the scalops were fantastic, the chowder to die for, all round very well balanced. Don't leave without the homemade cheesecake in a jar - sublime, even if you only have room to share one between two !
In all, much more than the discrete location would imply, you will be very pleasantly surprised by this soon -to-be-discovered hidden gem ! If you love seafood.....you won't be disappointed.
Outstanding service and food. This was recommended to us by a friend and we were so glad we ate there. Our server was outstanding and even recommended some local wineries for us to try. Had a wonderful meal. Don’t miss this place. It’s worth the trip!
Third visit in the past year. Each as good as the last; not easy when the menu depends on seasonal ingredients. Food is inventive, service is prompt & a bit sassy (fun in this setting) & though there's truth in complaints I saw here about the noise level, I found myself in conversations with adjacent tables (and picking up local tips)
Nous recommandons les huîtres et la queue de homard grillée.
Oysters were amazing 😊
Our server at Tide and Vine was exceptional. Friendly, knowledgeable and super-efficient!! Food was amazing and my daughters can’t stop talking about the Caesars.
We went to Niagara Falls last weekend, and found this place with great reviews on TripAdvisor. The verdict...it was as good as those reviews said.
The waiter was very knowledgable about their oysters. We had a dozen, and they were Sweet! We had lobster and seabass for dinner, and they were delicious as well.
We highly recommend this place!
Good food but needs to clarify payments and money exchange for tourists.
This was my second visit and decided to bring some friends. We were on a day trip to niagara on the lake. Food was great and the staff is really pleasant and present.
The place is very casual -wine is local which I think is great But not a-lot of variety if you like a fine wine.
great food and meticulously prepared, not inexpensive but still excellent food.
Our first visit. Our server was the bright spot to he evening as she has a great personality, and took time to talk with me and my son (as we are traveling on vacation).
My son was very happy with his salmon and cream cheese with bagel. The salmon was done well and there was plenty for a smaller meal.
Overall, a pretty good location for dining in Niagara Falls.
Make reservations! We took a chance on a Tuesday and the only seating available was the bar.
We came back the following day (with reservation) and had a wonderful dinner. Great staff, great food. Can’t go wrong at Tide & Vine when in Niagara Falls!
We return every time we are near Niagara. Unbelievably well prepared seafood. Freshest and best shucked oysters on the peninsula. A very knowledgable staff that knows wine and seafood.
Great food- excellent service. Amazing spot just a few minutes away from the tourist traps of Niagara Falls.
