   The service was excellent. Our server, Jazdia, made sure everyone was happy with their food, and the Assistant Manager, Steven, also went over and beyond to make sure everything was perfect.

   Timbers is a great place to eat. The environment is relaxing and the view of the orchard is beautiful. The food as always is delicious and the service is wonderful!

   No potatoes, wedge salad really? Not all meat served was prime rib. Forget breakfast when it’s after 12. Ran out of food & didn’t replace. Server never filled my drink. Only saw her 2 times.by the way what do kids eat off the buffet. Too expensive for just desserts. Won’t be back. Been coming from St. Joe for years. Not any more.

    We have had the opportunity to visit a few times in the last few months. The new breakfast menu was good and we enjoyed the choices. The food was good. I think you should get an actual espresso machine. The coffee was just okay and a bit of a let down. The service is never great. It's just okay.

    We really enjoyed our dinner at Timbers! The food was amazing the service exceptional! We were celebrating our anniversary and even enjoyed an amazing dessert on the house. We are from Texas and it was a nice quiet romantic evening in Nebraska City! Thank you!

    Our meal was delicious and our server, Makala, was excellent. It might have been nice to have a few more menu items to choose from. That's a small thing, though. Our overall experience was great!

    I have traveled to the Lied Lodge to meet friends over the past 2 years. The food selection was greatly reduced and the sandwiches were "basic " and not tender. I had the grilled chicken which was not warm - rubbery and tastless. The food was presented in a visually pleasing manner but the actual taste was lacking. This was a disappointment . Our server was pleasant and attentive and the atmosphere was very nice.

    Beautiful space and a beautiful view. Attentive server. The food was tasty overall! Why a 4 instead of a 5 - the eggs for eggs benedict had solid yolks instead of runny and the breakfast potatoes seemed like they were from frozen rather than fresh. Still very tasty overall! Enjoyed our experience very much.

    Great atmosphere at the Lied Lodge. Our waiter was very good and attentive. My husband’s steak was very good. I chose the vegetarian arborio rice with salmon. Not a good choice, the dish was way too salty and the salmon was a bit overdone and a very small portion for eight dollar add on cost.

    Second time dining there. First time was amazing and we were very excited to go again for a birthday dinner. This time was disappointing. Slow service even though it was almost empty, poor food preparation. Chicken was bland and stew like. Salmon was overcooked. Burata tomato salad had too much sauce and almost no balsamic pearls. Blueberries on the dessert were old.

    Beautiful atmosphere and delicious food! We had drinks and apps at the lounge before our reservation and browsed the menu. By the time we were seated, we knew what to order and our food came out so fast!

    We dined there twice during our overnight stay at the Lied Lodge. Once for dinner and once for brunch. Both meals were excellent and the service was great as well. Great ambiance. We had the filet and the ribeye for dinner - generous portions and cooked well. Nice wine list topped it all off. We will definitely be making the trip back.

    Food and service was great! We loved that several staff asked if we were there to celebrate a special occasion. Loved the dessert on the house for our anniversary, we got the lemon blueberry cake and it was absolutely delicious.

    The food was excellent with ample sized servings. The ambiance will be especially awesome come spring and summer- such pretty views. Very casual with a number of families and children, so expect some noise. Recommend the filet and the pork rib-eye. Order salads. The bread is warm and delicious.     I took my husband here for his first visit and he was wowed! We recently moved from SoCal, my return after 21 years away and his first time living in Nebraska! I wanted to show off one of our most spectacular lodges and it didn't disappoint. We were seated by the windows and his first comment was that no one would guess by looking at that view what state we were in. Our server has been at the lodge for over 12 years and was as friendly and helpful as can be. We both enjoyed a glass of wine with dinner that were totally up to par for us California wine snobs! Dinner was delish and filling. The Brussel sprouts were a great mix of flavors and the perfect starter. I had the pork chops, tender & juicy. More BBQ than Chipotle, but a good flavor. Hubs enjoyed the pot roast with spaetzle for a fun & different entree. We finished up in the cozy bar where he had another fab glass of wine and I overindulged in both a chocolate martini and their speciality Espresso martini! Perfect date night!     Dinner was absolutely fantastic. It was a little slow but it did allow for us to take our time and enjoy a "mom and dad night out". I would much rather have it a little slower rather than being rushed out of the restaurant.
