   It was a Sunday so very quiet. No excuse for the fact that some of the food came out cold. Disappointing since when that group gets together, we always choose the Tin Cup. Wasn’t up to the usual standards.

   We arrived on time for our 7:30pm reservation. We seated within 5 minutes and then nobody talked to us, came for our order or made contact with us for the next half hour. The restaurant had two large parties but wasn't full. As we were leaving the person at the door thanked us for coming - I informed her we were leaving after a half hour of being completely ignored. To that, she had no comment - just stared at us. We won't go back.

   Overall great experience at Tin Cup for a date night out. Though we felt it was very delayed for us to get initial service, our waiter arrived with two waters and an apology acknowledging the delay. She from that point on was fantastic!! Food was good and the portion of my “Harvest Bowl” was bigger than I anticipated. We will definitely be back in the future.

   Have not been at the Tin Cup in a few years. Very surprised that no change can be seen. Very unprofessional service with staff that has not been well trained. Would have been nice to be offered fresh ground pepper and parmigiana! Suggest management visit Jakes Oyster down the street to see how it is done. No daily specials is another item which needs to be addressed. There is potential here but still a long way to go!

   Hostess lacking manners/positive attitude. Poor, slow service. Wrong item delivered to table - server tried to tell us we didn't order what we asked for. Slow service all around. Staff sitting and dining with friends/family probably didn't help service speed.

   Our experience was very good. We were celebrating a birthday and were warmly welcomed. Our server was very friendly and attentive and all of our food food selections were delicious! We sat uninterrupted while we visited for over 3 hours - there were empty tables or we wouldn’t have stayed so long.

    Our server, Tina, was warm, friendly and took great care of us. The service was terrific as it always is. Although the restaurant was busy, we were seated, served and eating within 20 minutes. Lots of check ins, drink refills and delicious food. We will be back to Tin Cup Burlington!

    They burned my meal and didn't offer to take it off of the bill. No one checked in on us after receiving the food until everyone was almost finished, so there was no opportunity to communicate about the inedible meal and we could not wait for them to make a new one and eat alone by that time.

    Was there for a birthday. Ordered wings (as that was the special) was told there were no more dusted wings, one person was brought the wrong sandwich and they couldn’t eat it due to one of the ingredients. Would have told the server but she was nowhere to be found. By the time she came back everyone was finished eating so there was no point telling her about the incorrect sandwich. 5/6 people had empty drink glasses when the food got there but we were never offered refills during our entire time there. There was a spill beside our table that the waitress (when she finally come over) saw and just ignored. We were using the table next to Us to move our empty plates over to so we had room on the table. We waited for 20 minutes after we were finished eating and nobody came over. We had to walk around the restaurant to find our server ti get our bill. We made a reservation in advance as it was a birthday dinner-that was never mentioned and we were never offered a dessert menu to get the birthday person a birthday dessert. Overall-not good, so many other great restaurants in the area to go to, won’t be back to this one.

    We’ve been going to TC for years and we’ve never had a poor experience. We can appreciate that food prices have increased, bud the taste has stayed the same! Consistently delicious. Service is always great, but it was especially made better with Jessica as our server.

    Great place for a casual business meeting. The food and service are wonderful. It'll be great if eventually some of the seats in the booths get replaced as they are looking worn out :)

    Server spilled a bottle of red wine on one of us, 2 younger kids running around the restaurant screaming, one without a shirt then bill wasn’t adjusted for spilled wine as promised u til we asked about it.

    Went there for st patty’s…. Great food, Kayla was great. Even though they were busy, she didn’t forget us! Music was a bit too loud, it was a band and realize that it needs to be energetic but it could be a bit lower. Just so we can hear each other.

    Tin cup is absolutely amazing every single time we visit. This was our first date out in public in almost 2 years, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. She ordered the maple bourbon salmon and I ordered the fried chicken sammy. The salmon was simply incredible, cooked perfectly, incredible flavor, and a great value. The fried chicken sandwich was the best I’ve had in as long as I can remember. It is a hell of a lot of food for what you pay as well. The servers are the best in the industry, and were tripping over themselves to help us all night. They definitely deserve what they earn and more. The ambiance last night was simply the best we could’ve hoped for. It was vivacious and energetic, friendly, just the right amount of loud without interfering with conversation, and like something we haven’t seen in forever. Value for the dollar is simply incredible at tin cup as well. Like I said, we ended up taking food home last night, and for a farm boy who is 6‘4“ tall and 225 pounds, That says a lot. Tin cup, at all of their locations, are going to get our business.
