    We all thought the foods weren’t worth the money. The Ritz Carlton any other countries are gorgeous hotel but not the one in Toronto. I couldn’t understand why the hotel put the fake tree in the lobby, too.

    We went our anniversary day and server is nice but my wife didn’t order cocktail and he said I will bring one cocktail for your wife and don’t worry I will give free for your anniversary but end of night I saw 2 cocktails on the receipt and we went with our baby and people who wants to seat beside our table he went there and if you don’t like here because of baby you can sit another table it’s very annoying and unacceptable but the foods and drinks awesome

    We had a wonderful experience @ Toca on September 19, 2023 . Our waiter was Luis and the service, food, ambience everything was excellent. Luis was courteous, knowledgeable, responsive and considerate. He did not forget anything. His service was impeccable and seamless. We were very pleased to visit the kitchen witness the order and cleanliness. Overall the whole experience made our Toronto visit unforgetable. All the courses were wonderful. The ingredients were fresh the sorbet with the red pepper flavor was an experience to try and made a great conversation memory!! The cheese cave is a must see there Thank you 🌹

    Summer harvest buffet was amazing. Fresh seafood bar, action station , pasta bar and amazing dessert cave. The entire experience was a testament to the chef’s dedication to quality and creativity. Each dish was thoughtfully prepared and showcased the freshest ingredients.     The food was great, and the service was top-notch. I will definitely come back. The server and the entire staff were super nice and well-trained. I have been to many high-end restaurants in Toronto, and this is one of the top restaurants in terms of service. From the beginning to the end, you are fully attended to.

    It was a great experience and it was my wife's birthday. They gave us the dessert on the house. The lobster was the best I've ever had. The sweet bread was amazing. Pasta was perfection. Love it.

    The greeter and the staff were very engaging and referred to us by name throughout the evening. The food was very good and the greeter actually sent us a personal note thanking us for coming and included comments from our conversation. It was not a pre typed thanks for coming type of note.     There is a lovely quiet atmosphere to the restaurant and a great place for a romantic dinner. Dinner mains were brazino fish, pastas and osso bucco. Each was perfectly prepared and exceptionally tasty. I personally had a pasta stuffed with wild boar. It was perfect. Our server, Ali, provided impeccable service throughout the meal. Edo, the sommelier, has really deep knowledge of the wine list and provided outstanding recommendations. The food and service is always outstanding. You always feel so welcome and valued.

    The service was outstanding due mainly to this waiter. I forgot his name but I remember he is from Ethiopia. He really knows how to make a customer feel comfortable and welcomed. He’s the main reason I’m coming back to try the ravioli dish he insisted I should try next time.

    Going to the Ritz is always a treat. I was greeted at the front door and went upstairs to Toca. We had the arrancini (rice balls), branzini and tiramisu. We got a special treat and were gifted with the Ritz Carlton chocolate cake and cheesecake in addition to our dessert. They have a good wine list and they will help you pair the wine with your meal. I had such a good time, I will go and have afternoon tea at the Ritz Carlton in London!
