    This was a disappointing return to the holiday brunch buffet at The Ritz. The service was terrible - we spent the entire time searching for our waiter. Empty coffee cups, empty water cups, empty mimosas, plates nor cleared, napkins not folded- it was really unfortunate. The food was good but when the service is that bad it really ruins the experience. I did reach out to the Toca staff and they apologized for the experience but I do regret going. I would avoid their brunch buffet if you’ve booked it.

    Elegantly casual dining room, great alignment with the Ritz brand. Service was personal and attentive. The showcased cheese "Cave" is a rich visual feast, however underleveraged in the menu (and no specialist to consult on the selection). In general, the food was very competently executed, but uninspired. Had a decent risotto, but the shrimp/scallops were significantly undersized and generic. Wonderful stage for a showcase experience, time to feature the kitchen as the star!

    ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! Right from the moment we got there the Hostess made us feel special. Our Server was AWESOME, ATTENTIVE, ACCOMODATING, just AMAZING all round . The drinks and food were melt in your mouth awesome! I put TOCA #1 on my list for restaurants I've been to in the last 10 years. James James

    We had the Squid-ink pasta and Lobster, and it was terrific. The service was outstanding, and they constantly watched for the time so we didn't miss the TSO at Roy Thompson Hall. I would go back again and again; I highly recommend this restaurant.

    We went to Toca for a birthday dinner before a theatre show. The entire experience was lovely from start to finish. Our server, Grace, was super pleasant and attentive, and the food was excellent - we had antipasto for the table, as well as the tenderloin, spaghetti bolognese and risotto. Would definitely go again!

    Food was tasty; however my swordfish was not hot. Felt like it was simply warmed up. Fish was also a bit tough. Overall experience was good but my swordfish was a bit disappointing given the price point.

    Had a delicious meal at Toca. We were greeted in a welcoming manner by the hostess (Milagros) and shown to our table immediately. The arugula salad was tasty but a little overpriced for its small size and basic nature. We enjoyed the branzino and agnolotti which were beautifully prepared. Amy provided attentive service as did everyone who delivered food to the table.

    This was definitely a great experience dining at Toca. They really went above and beyond to make our anniversary special. Our table was decorated with real rose petals, not to mention the service and food was excellent. Can’t say enough about their rissoto and lamb shack it was an treat. In the end they got us beautifully decorated anniversary dessert. I would go this place again and again. Thank you for making our special day even more special. ❤️

    The location and restaurant were lovely. The food was honestly not that great. The food was severed luke warm and the service was a bit slow (maybe staffing related).

    The staff at TOCA treated us like family. Their menu knowledge, and genuine interest in making sure our dining experience was enjoyable was unparalleled. Luis especially went all out and the culinary team surprised us with a celebratory dessert platter not once, but twice when they later sent more treats up to our room. The food was delicious and loved the attention to local and imported high quality ingredients. We will definitely be back.

    We all thought the foods weren’t worth the money. The Ritz Carlton any other countries are gorgeous hotel but not the one in Toronto. I couldn’t understand why the hotel put the fake tree in the lobby, too.

    We went our anniversary day and server is nice but my wife didn’t order cocktail and he said I will bring one cocktail for your wife and don’t worry I will give free for your anniversary but end of night I saw 2 cocktails on the receipt and we went with our baby and people who wants to seat beside our table he went there and if you don’t like here because of baby you can sit another table it’s very annoying and unacceptable but the foods and drinks awesome

    We had a wonderful experience @ Toca on September 19, 2023 . Our waiter was Luis and the service, food, ambience everything was excellent. Luis was courteous, knowledgeable, responsive and considerate. He did not forget anything. His service was impeccable and seamless. We were very pleased to visit the kitchen witness the order and cleanliness. Overall the whole experience made our Toronto visit unforgetable. All the courses were wonderful. The ingredients were fresh the sorbet with the red pepper flavor was an experience to try and made a great conversation memory!! The cheese cave is a must see there Thank you 🌹
