Unfortunately did not enjoy our experience at Toni’s this time. Service was incredibly slow, nearly 2 hours for a small starter of Garlic bread, main and kids ice cream!!! Food was only moderate to say the least and the seating was so crammed it felt like we had been squeezed in. Was also very cold in the restaurant. Shame as normally it’s much better.

Awful! Ordered risotto. Under cooked rice, could barely eat it. Ordered dessert. Waitress brought a spoon. Waited 40 minutes. No dessert brought to table. Waitress avoiding us. Eventually called her over, response was I ordered it don’t know why it’s not here. I gave up, paid bill and left. Won’t eat there again!!

One of the lady staff attitude are very rude! I don’t know her name but she is slim and had blond hair, and She was very rude to the customer, pushing the plate down on the table very hard and venting her frustration at the customer. I invited my parents to come to the restaurant for dinner, and my parents were intimidated by this waitress. I felt racist and offended！

Good service ad the food was delicious. Cannot fault this place except it was cold. Never experienced this before. Asked to be moved away from the door but it was still chilly. It was very busy and the staff were excellent working well under pressure and the food came quickly

Efficient , friendly service. Went early evening, prior to going to a concert. Ordered two pizzas, two glasses of wine and a side of chips. Bill came to £29 which we thought must be a mistake. Didn’t realise pizzas were half price before 6.30 - unbeatable value! Pizzas were top notch.

Slightly chilly with a table near the door although it was a lovely quiet table. Food was good although one dish was spicier than expected. Very good service for food and drinks. Hate the trip upstairs to the toilets. Too far and a bit creepy!

Easy to book via app, Greeted very well, and explained reason for some seats not being available due to weather damage. Service was quick friendly and efficient, Menu had pretty good range, and price as standard at current prices. Starters were large portions, but good quality . Mains Pizza was tasty although maybe a tad light on Meat, Burger was a bit dry/overcooked. Rissotto was tasty and filling. Drinks were all.good, nae time for dessert..Service at end was again friendly and efficient.

As ever, great selection on offer - although I'd love to see some soya protein/quorn/seitan options being introduced for the veggies! Spaghetti arrabbiata to die for. Top service also despite a lot of covers on the go. Great space, hopefully the ceiling issues are sorted soon following Storm Babet,
