Food was good and meal was cheap due to the 25% off. I noticed the prices had gone up a bit the prices have stayed the same for years so cant complain. My icecream sundae was a bit on the small side for £9 but it was still good.

A fairly poor dining experience this time round. Got the food order mixed up, was asked if i wanted a drink while the food is re-prepared.. was charged for said drink. Booked through website and should have had 25% off bill which didnt happen. Auto 6.5% gratuity added which personally i would have taken off as the servers dancing around and laughing in the restaurant was fairly unprofessional. I was fairly fed up by this point and had other activities booked so just paid and left.

Wasn't a great experience, general standard of service pretty poor. We had issues with a certain dish, this was resolved and taken off the bill but a variety of other issues made it a disappointing meal including toilets being dirty and unstocked, a side order forgotten about then arriving when we had finished eating, bar staff lifting glasses by the rim onto the table etc Pity, because any other time we have been there hasn't been any problems.

I always try to give this place the benefit of the doubt but this will be the last time. We asked if we could get a burger bun for the chicken breast option of the kids menu, apparently not but we could order the exact same chicken breast burger from the adult menu. We asked for the starters to come out with the main food as we had two young children we didn’t want to hang about. Said it wasn’t a problem, but of course they came out before the mains. Cleared the ‘starters’ and the mains came. My sons burger that we asked for to come plain came with cheese on it so had to send it back which meant my son was waiting while our food was on the table. Had to ask twice for garlic Mayo. The bill came and they still had the service charge on it despite having had to send food back. The food itself wasn’t great, the macaroni cheese was spirali pasta instead of macaroni and the sauce was watery. Me and my husbands pizzas were just okay. The middle of the pizza was thin and under cooked. And my husbands potato’s on the pizza was undercooked. The slices of chicken on the pizza was clearly pre packaged sliced chicken which made it hard and chewy. Overall just very disappointed. Won’t be returning

Visited with Granddaughter the service was good. In particular the young lady who took our order was lovely. The food was as expected and served very quickly. Would return again.

We booked our table on line and was given a 25% which is always good. We were met as we walked in and welcomed then shown to our seats. The meals were lovely I couldn't eat all mine so I was given a box and was able to bring the food home to have later. Overall it was a pleasant time with my Husband and Granddaughter.

Service was quick and staff were friendly Food was good value for money although on the pollo burger I didn’t want tomatoes and asked for fresh onion, this cost an extra £1 think that’s a bit much for just swapping a product but over all food was nice and my toddler enjoyed his meal also.

My experience at Tony Macaronis was one of the best! Such a wide selection of food on the menu and so many options for my family! As soon as I entered I instantly got seated and we’re so welcoming! Waitresses were so quick and knew what they were doing, clearly a lovely environment in the restaurant. The chefs cooked such delicious food that made my mouth water. Managers (Pedro and Gabi) were so friendly and I was constantly checked up on to make sure everything was to my taste. I am so so so so so pleased with my experience. Will be visiting again soon!

Restaurant looking a bit tired and worn. Compared to how this restaurant used to be, food and service is poor. Macaroni cheese was pasta (not macaroni) with cheese sauce which had sunk to bottom of plate. Tasted like it was out of a packet. Edible but not enjoyable. Good chips though. Service was good, although staff dressed very casually, not a professional look. Wouldn’t rush back.

Only one waiting staff working. And my word how he dealt with everything marvellously. Nothing was an issue for him as he ran around the place doing anything and everything. He was an absolute gem. Food was fabulous too.

Good atmosphere and food was nice. Took a long time for food to arrive then when we were done took a long time for anyone to come near us to take our dessert order. Ended up not having to for dessert as we had bowling booked.

Wrong order brought, was rectified a wee bit longer than we would have liked. Friend asked fir a glass ofvwater, had to ask again 20mins later.Asked for dessert menu's, waited ages then 2 staff arrived with them. Waited so long for someone to take our order who informed us if we ordered their would be a significant wait. We were attending a show a few miles down the road so weren't able to have our dessert 😪 we ended up getting a mcflurry on the way home. What food we did have was fab and the man who took our payment, after a wait, appeared to completely understand why we asked for the service charge to be taken off.
