Tony Roma's - Niagara Falls - Radisson
Radisson, join us for our World Famous Baby Back Ribs, steaks and more. Let’s get saucy!
Meghan our server was wonderful. The food was hot and fresh.
We ordered the half rAck of back ribs 28.00. Very small piece of ribs, only 1 side, no bread or anything else. Overall this dining experience fell far short of other dining experiences in other cities where we have visited tony Roma’s. Way over priced for what little we got. Will not be back, nor recommend to others!
Our server Christine was excellent and made the experience fun. she was very pleasant and answered all our dining questions. The restaurant was very quiet but requires new music as it made us sleepy.
This is always one of our Food choices when we visit Niagara. The potato soup is AMAZING. nice atmosphere.
First visit to your restaurant, service was good, hamburgers good but pricey,we all wanted sweet potatoes instead of regular fries, not available, might consider another side order with this dish for customer appeal.
Hamburgers were very tasty,we all agreed on that!
The ribs were okay. The onion loaf was good. Our server was great.
Our server was Ryan and he was very personable, we were up for a vacation and made great suggestions. The soups were a perfect ending to a cool night and the burgers were juicy.
Do not pay the DMF , absolutely ridiculous , complete cash grab .
Food was disappointing! Service was great! Wine was excellent!
Restaurant was warm inside. I expected it to be cooler but not sure if air conditioning was working. We moved to the bar area where it was a bit cooler. Food was okay.
Food was unremarkable.
Unable to live up to the expectation brought about by the extremely high prices.
You don't get what you pay (through the nose) for.
Quiet which is nice in this town
Nice people, good food , perfect advice
Service was slow. Would not recommend. Wait staff is indifferent to customers.
Ribs were nothing special. They were not tender and did not fall off the bone. Menu was limited.
I was SHOCKED at the service fee we had gotten on our Bill (I know some places do that but it was a surprise for me here cuz they haven't done that at other times). We had a group of 8 ppl n apparently then we have to pay a fee. Well it would have been understandable if the place was full (which it wasn't at all) and if we were roudy or made things complicating, but we all pretty much ordered the same thing n had a good meal after waiting for almost an hour. Had to pay about $35 - 40 extra for the fee. I don't really get it, we were all local ppl as well but I figure that wouldn't make a difference in asking for a local discount. But in the end we had a great server so it made up for it.
From start to finish, service was impeccable. Our server Gerald brought a level of attention to our table that was beyond expectations. Loved our experience.
Waiter was great.......friendly and helpful. The food was wonderful. You go to Tony Romas for one thing (maybe 2)......their baby back ribs (original) and the onion loaf. We have been eating at Tony Romas since the 1980's.......first we experienced was in South Florida. I would recommend a good ribs dinner at this restaurant. Their specialty is their ribs!
We were traveling on vacation and this was a great spot to stop and enjoy some delicious bbq.
Service was great but good was not savory and learned to a more salt heavy taste. During summer months, be careful to balance with water intake to avoid dehydration. Left feel full but unsatisfied.
Onion soup was really good. The entrees were unremarkable.
We had a great experience. The burgers are excellent!
It was our anniversary and they made us feel very special
I put details of a birthday celebration in my reservation request along with the birthday girls name. There was absolutely NO discretion or respect for surprise! When I arrived I double checked with the host, who blew me off and advised that I tell my waitress...WHY? It was written on my reservation? Then the moment the waitress came to the table the first thing she said was “so you have a birthday here, huh?”
We could have went to TGIF and they would have surprised her better. In my opinion it ruined my experience. The food is so-so for the price, the view of the Falls is amazing, but if someone clearly states on their reservation that they are celebrating an occasion please kindly implement elements of surprise.
Classic ribs, well prepared. Friendly service.
Nice and cozy place. Friendly stuff. Good food. Our waitress - Kerry was courteous, friendly and accommodating.
Good food and service however there was limited choice available for my friend who is on a diet. She was told carrots where the only vegetable available as a side
Gerald our server treated us like we were at a high end steakhouse. He was great and very friendly. Food was excellent and the manager was very pleasant and welcoming as well
Ordered steak with dbl vegetables as the side. Steak was good. Vegetables were microwaved baby carrots and warm lettuce sprinkled with cut up onion rings. Gross and very weird. We ordered one entree, one kids meal, French onion soup, and one side order of fries, one beer which was skunky and had to be returned and one coke. Bill was $108!!!!!!
Service and Food was fantastic! Our server was very knowledgeable and looked after us. I would definitely go back. Requested table was ready for us when we showed up.
Our server, Bill, was very personable and attentive. He made us feel very welcome and, as we were early and the restaurant was not yet too busy, he was able to chat with us for a while. The ribs were delicious. We had one rack with the original BBQ sauce and one with the Bourbon BBQ sauce. They were both very tasty and, with the sides, were very reasonably priced. We will definitely be back!
Limited menu, not what we are used to with Tony Roma's. Did not have any of our favourites including the bread. Server was outstanding.
Good food. Have had better ribs in Memphis but these were pretty darn good. BBQ chicken was on point.
Second time we ate this restaurant. In town for business you want phenomenal food, great service and a spotless restaurant, this is the place. Best bbq ribs and steak anywhere try it out you will love it. Be back soon
How’ is it that this place charges so much for little . Mediocre food with higher prices then the keg ,service is another issue it’s almost if they don’t need your business and are for be just walking around doing nothing.
Food in this particular Tony Romas is excellent. The place was full and service quite slow. Probably they did not expect all the people .
Our experience was terrific. The apps, spicy shrimp and the onion loaf were great. Miss this restaurant, used to be one in Toronto near the airport. We were in NOTL for the weekend and discovered Tony's was in NF. Love these ribs! Our server Christine was very friendly and attentive. Will be back next time we are in the area!
Tony Roma's has developed Romaritas a tasty and laaarge version of the Margaritas. I had the Special, very well cooked pork chop, one side and salad.👍
I went here with my partner on a date night in Niagara Falls. Tony's was not too crowded and we were able to have quiet conversation. Our server was great. He said he'd tried everything on the menu and he made recommendations to suit our taste. When he finally brought our food, I was WOW'ed!!! First of all, no one could finish that quarter BBQ chicken but who cares! It was well done, he'd done it just as saucy as I liked. The steak my partner had was also very good. We found them on OpenTable and was there in 10 minutes and got instant service. When we first got there, we were seated at a wide booth that did not feel intimate enough for our liking. We expressed our concern and was moved right away to the perfect corner booth which he cleaned and setup quite nicely for the two of us. Definitely recommend if you in Niagara Falls and you want a great meal for a great price!
Had the beef ribs - they were excellent. The sauce tastes amazing!
Went for lunch. The service was prompt and the food was great. I would recommend a visit to Tony Roma's if you are visiting Niagara.
