there was a large party that was being tended to that was close to us......they received all the attention.....our waiter was essentially missing in action and he even told us that he was focused on the larger party....my meal of ribs was over cooked, the rice was cold and under cooked, the coleslaw was watery.....they forgot to bring us a bread basket till later in the meal.......they forgot to ask me for a drink refill.....at the end of the meal we were not offered towelettes for sticky fingers, it's a rib place for goodness sake !.....we had to ask for doggie bags......they were just too busy with the larger party......don't think i'll return

Even though we had a 7:30 p.m. appointment and got there around 7 we were seated almost immediately. Our server was fast to ask us if we would like anything to drink while we looked over the menu. Drinks were brought to our table very quickly considering it was mother's day and very busy. We all placed our orders and waited almost no time at all for all of our food to arrive at the same time. Everything was hot and cooked exactly how we had asked. We we're not pressured on hurrying up to leave but able to take our time on eating and finishing our drinks. Our server was very prompt and courteous as well which made our time there more enjoyable.

It had been a while since our last visit, so not surprised to see some changes to the menu. However, I was very disappointed to see the quality of the side dishes, particularly the steamed broccoli and the mashed potatoes, has gone down. It may be strange to look forward to steamed broccoli but it was always bright green and perfectly cooked and seasoned. What they have now is soupy grey looking broccoli that is overly salty. Thankfully the ribs and the crunchy Shrimp are still top notch.

The service was excellent. The servers were very proactive and attentive, suggesting things that would be good, and bringing extra things needed like napkins, water, butter, etc, checking in that everything was ok. And despite that it was quite busy in the restaurant, service was quite fast. And that our server, and another one helping, both spoke French and had the opportunity to do that with us, I think that felt nice for them also. We particularly found it nice that he indicated he practiced each night. That's really nice for him. :)

Made for a very bad impression for our out of country friend’s visit. Do not recommend.

The serve was attentive to notice food not consumed and asked the appropriate questions. Management was notified and immediately inquired as to our concerns. Overall a great experience. Sizzling Shrimp appetizer was excellent and not too spicy. Ribs were tender and tasty. Should have asked for a bit more sauce. Our waitress and all staff were very kind and attentive. It was easy to visit during the meal as noise level accommodated that very well. Found it interesting that the reservation asked if this was a special event and yet that event was not mentioned in our visit. Not a complaint; just an observation. We shall return.

It was an overall great experience. However, our appetizer arrived before our drinks which even our server commented on and my friend and I each ordered the 3 filet medallions - medium for me and medium rare for her. My first 2 cuts were medium but the 3rd cut was medium rare and her 1st cut was medium and the 2nd 2 cuts were medium rare so we switched but again, our server was VERY quick to make it right and offered take it back to the kitchen but we assured her that us switching was totally OK (friends for 40 years!). Other than those minor things, again it was a very nice evening out with great food. Paige was our awesome server.

We had a wonderful experience again! The food as usual was delicious. Carly was a very tentative waitress. She was friendly and upbeat. Having her serve us again was a great pleasure. Our server was terrific!!!! She was prompt to attend to our needs. We really like the fact that she spoke slow and clear so that my husband who is hearing impaired had no trouble understanding her and never once had to ask her to repeat her questions. She was respectful in her interactions with us. We think she was a terrific server!!!! The food was good. Although, we felt the onion loaf could have used more breading. Our ribs and sides were very tasty. We love coming to Tony Roma’s. It is our favourite “date” night place over the last 23 yrs together :) Thank you for years of wonderful service and delicious food.

Had an absolutely fabulous time at Tony Roma’s. It was my birthday as well and our delightful server Annie surprised me with a card and a treat for our next visit. From the minute we walked in the service was pleasant and very inviting. Looking forward to returning soon. We both enjoyed the Rib sampler with ceasar salad and it was delicious. Oh yes but we started with the onion appetizer which was so wonderful. Bought an extra one to surprise our daughter today! Thank you all from the cooks to our server!
