   There was ten of us. Food was late coming out, some of the plates were cold. Ordered some beer and it took 20 minutes to arrive. Everything else was fine. Be nice to see the buffet come back.

   The evening was fun, and to see the races . I would have liked the service to have been better. The clearing of plates was slow. We even got our main meals, and our salad and soup wasn't even off our tables.

   A Great Night Out!! Excellent Value. Tasty Food Options!! Some Good Racing. Payout on 20 cent bet, Over $3,000! Unfortunately, we did nit have the winning ticket.

   Great fun betting on the horses while you eat. Nachos were good to start. Salmon was charred and broccoli was so over cooked it was brown mush. My husband said the burger was okay. The food used to be much better here when it was a buffet. Go for the experience, not the food.

    Food was good, helpful staff. Not a huge menu, but something for everyone. Our meals were very tasty and good portions for the price. I would recommend for the meal and the fun of the horse races.

    Window seat as requested but too cold. Had to eat with coats on. Food expensive for what you got. 15 minutes to get vinegar for my fries. Now cold! Apple blossom dessert was stated to come with ice cream. Really he said.Different server? 10 minutes later came with bowl of ice cream. WTF

    The food was mediocre at best. We were there for family day and they had a Fajita bar set up which half of my family chose and they were happy with. We also ordered the fish and chips (which were fine) and The Half Mile burger which was terrible. It was small, tasteless and the "soft" Brioche bun was hard. I believe it was waiting under a heating element to long. The final menu item was the Roast Chicken which I found dry and overcooked and the skin in spots was actually blackened. This was the only thing I could order due to my dietary restrictions. I found this funny since they say on their menu that they Cater to dietary restrictions yet when I asked about different options the waitress informed me that the selections were slim since they only served food three nights a week and she told me to just order a salad. We were also celebrating my son's birthday which was confirmed verbally. After we finished eating I asked about desserts or some cake we could order and was told they only had a Chocolate Mousse with fruit. So no birthday cake either... We had fun but I wouldn't go there for the food again.

    The Ambience was great (and always is at this venue) and fairly spacious /quiet environment to enjoy. Limited Valentines day menu, 3 mains only but i would have preferred regular A la Carte menu for the variety of options. Price was jacked up to 65 pp because it was valentine’s day which is a great day for restaurants to pack house and make a lot of money i guess. Open Table even sent us the regular menu which we could not order from , when they reminded us a day prior to our reservation to confirm we were still going. Oh Well i think my vegetarian partner enjoyed her 1 meal option .

    Terrible food overpriced really not impressed Valentine’s Day should be a reason to go above and beyond that’s why I was willing to spend 170$ for a supper. I will never come back again I should have read the reviews a head of time I would have seen that the service food was terrible

    Food was very good. Portions were quite generous. Value for your dining dollar depended on what you choose. Service was a bit slow. It was a Monday evening so not many patrons. What was missing was the excitment of fans encouraging their horses to finish better. The lack of diners considering the size of the clubhouse was glaring. Unfortunate!!

    Bad experience. Was charged for an adult meal but ordered a kids meal. Ordered an alcoholic beverage, got the wrong one. I was fine with it but it took another 20 minutes to get a new one. Waitress had no interest in serving us and seemed cold. When I asked her if they have milk or chocolate milk, she said they don’t have drinks for kids. When I ordered the kids cheeseburger meal she typed in a regular burger meal. My son ate most of the fries but because there was items on there that a kid wouldn’t eat, I ended up leaving to go to McDonald’s to get him something to eat. Pancetta on the risotto was burnt but I didn’t care as it’s not a big deal. The waitress had a hard time giving me a refund for the cheeseburger and went to a manager. There was an older gentleman turning off the TVs, told me that they were closing and I had to leave. I informed him I was waiting on a refund and he informed me that it wasn’t his problem and I had to leave. I refused as the waitress took my debit card to figure out how to do a refund. My son ended up with no dessert that is on the kids menu. In the end I was charged $22 for an adult meal, and all he ate was half the fries. The waitress gave me $12 cash in the end.

    Slow service especially getting our meal. We didn’t get asked for additional drinks. One of the bills, had to be redone 3x and my friend still thought it was incorrect but just paid it anyway. We will probably come for dinner again and hopefully the service will be better

    Was a very quiet night there. Excellent staff helping with betting and able to move tables for better views and temp. Only thing is anyone with a table next to the window it is chilly

    It has a nice, varied menu, and the food was delicious. All of the staff were polite and friendly, too. I was surprised that the waitress didn't know if both or only one or the other of the Chardonnay wines on offer were oaked or not. Sitting by the window was great and the view excellent, but it was rather chilly - it would be a good idea to have the windows triple glazed. It is a great idea to have the clear screens at each table showing the races, but it was rather noisy, and we couldn't hear the race commentators. A small speaker at each table would the trick. At the table, a beginner's guide to racing and betting would have been helpful too!

    We arrived having made a reservation 20 minutes earlier. When we arrived at front doors of first floor the security was kinda oblivious to giving directions and sent us to north east corner, but we eventually returned and found the elevator on our own. Other guests told us third floor for dining room. We sat down and the server seemed surprised asking us 10-15 minutes after sitting if we had a reservation to which I responded, KINDA, as it we had done so moments earlier. We were offered drinks and water but had to remind server to bring water. We really enjoyed the very youthful individual, Grace, who found us a seat and walked us to the table with friendly conversation. We were first time guests and did enjoy watching the races. We were present from 6:30-7:30pm. Had some wine with fish and chips, a tad oily. Eventually found server to pay our bill. May choose to retired in spring.

    The atmosphere and food was excellent. The races should start at 7:00, this was our staff Christmas party. We had to close the office early to make our 5:30 reservation and the races wrapped up around 8:30 which did not make for a full evening
