    After being a regular for the past 2.5 years, after last nights experience, I unfortunately have to join all the recent talks about the insanely bad service quality that is continuously ruining one of our previously favorite places in Berlin. As a summary: Waiter already started the night with quite an arrogant attitude, no smile nothing. Had to wait for 2 hours for our main course after finishing the starter (!!!) and only got it after the same waiter that took our order asked if we didn’t order anything else (yes, with his no-smile attitude). Literally minutes after finishing the main, they’ve called last round (which was funny because they forgot to bring us drinks twice) and after finally getting them, they started moving away the tables around us while us (and some other guests) were having our drinks which unfortunately supported the horrible experience. As a grand finale, we seemed to be drinking to slow for them so were asked to get up and finish our drinks STANDING while they were getting away our table. Very very said how such a previously cool place turned into such a bad one. Really seemed like their success of past years got into their head. Not again!

    Disappointing Experience. Prices are a bit on the higher level, food quality is medium at best (had the duck, it was swimming in fat). Service though was the worst. Our waitress was NOT interested in us, our food or anything else. She also forgot to put the wine on the receipt, which we made her aware of. No sorry or even thank you from her side - just the same expressionless face she had all evening. Will not come back!

    Das Essen war wie immer sehr gut, leider scheint aber das Personal unterbesetzt zu sein, somit gestaltet sich ein Abend auch mal stressig mit viel Warterei bis man mal eine Kellnerin oder einen Kellner erwischt...

    Worst service (waited almost 1hr for some apps like radishes and a prawn cocktail). The fish took a long time too and was trenched in butter (ordered w butter on the side) and had the texture of rubber. Wouldn't wish it on my worst enemies to eat there. Ambiente is pretty nice as you sit by the street, so if you go for drinks that's fine just avoid the food at all cost.

    Gute Austern und Schnecken. Viel zu wenig Servicemitarbeiter, alles sehr sehr langsam, bestimmt auch in der Küche. Haben auf die Austern ca 1H gewartet. Bis die überteuerten Hauptgerichte kamen vergingen knapp 2H. Eine Servicemitarbeiterin meinte: Dass dauert, das ist normal so ! Für mich nicht! Ebenso nicht 2 x 30 min auf ein Glas Champagner zu warten… Sorry ein No Go Platz ! Bon Appetit aber gerne wo anders

    Ggf sollte man nicht alle Tische belegen, wenns am Personal mangelt. Alle waren extrem nett aber man hat den Stress voll abbekommen. Essen gehen soll ein Erlebnis sein aber vermutlich stört das die Rich Kids Gäste nicht, weils nur ums Gesehen werden geht. Gute Küche, nette Atmo aber schreit nicht nach Wiederholung

    Really full terrace, the place has big potential but because of the overloading, you don’t enjoy the nice outside seating. Personal not rude but also not friendly. Food is very tasty. Portions are in general small.

    It’s refreshing to find a place that has a lovely elegance about it and not be pretentious!! The food is quality and the mixologists are competent. The floor staff are attentive and friendly, even some with great humour. Nice gem overall.

    We were sitting outside and the heating dish blew out. So the food got cold really fast. But other than that, this place is amazing. The vibe is fantastic, the drinks are wonderful. The people watching my spectacular and the best service I’ve had in Berlin!

    Sitting outdoors is always great, but smokers ruin it for me, especially when you are eating mussels and sipping wine. I'd ask smokers to sit on the outside edges and not central, smoking while eating. Smoking should be outlawed by now. -su

    Essen sehr lecker, Service ausgesprochen nett und kompetent, Interieur stylish. Einziger downsize: eine sehr laute Geräuschkulisse macht eine Unterhaltung wenn man nicht direkt nebeneinander sitzt schwierig.

    Wir waren bereits letztes Jahr schon an unserem Jahrestag dort. Deshalb sind wir dieses Jahr wiedergekommen. Essen war sehr lecker. Wir haben Café de Paris gegessen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

    Jaaaa die Torbar...schön war es dort, und der Service war auch sehr nett...auch wenn man in Mitte offensichtlich keine Berliner mehr einstellen mag...und günstig war es auch nicht....dazu kamen die Hauptgerichte ungefähr 1 h 15 min nach den Vorspeisen, wir waren inzwischen wieder sehr sehr hungrig, der Service war achtsam und hat sich bereits nach einer Stunde für die Wartezeit entschuldigt..... die Vorspeisen waren dafür sehr lecker, die Hauptgerichte, zweimal Muscheln mit Pommes und ein Veggie Burger, gerade so ok... Fazit: es gibt seitens der Küche keinen besonderen Grund dort hinzugehen, wenn man/frau aber eine tolle Location mit echten Mitteschnöseln (ich darf das schreiben, ich wohne dort) und freundlichen durchgängig (scheinbar ausschließlich) englisch sprechendem Personal mag, dann ist man dort genau richtig. Ah, nicht zu vergessen der Riesling war wirklich erstklassig.
