    I selected the premium course (around ¥7,000) but it’s not that good as I expected. Among all dishes, the rice with the egg yolk is the best.

    The waiter with very bad service! Dirty enviorment! dirty toilet. The dinner set cost us 7000yen. but there is nothing worth this price. the beef provided is very less. not as much as expected. but provide so many cheap food, like salad, kimchee, soup, vegetables, cold noodle, and cheap desserts to make people feel they do have lots of dishes. but if you actually want beef yakiniku, definitely don't go this restaurant, as no much good beef you can get to eat. I asked for refill free of charge water, but they never refill after we finished whole meal and desserts. I tried to asked those waiters for 3 times, but they never did it. they only cares to complete all food for the customers, and clean the tables, so that they can finished their work and closed shop as soon as possible!! Also, we've been waiting for over 30 mins for just a simple desserts which is not a fresh make desserts. no one prepare our desserts, because all waiters and cheif doing cleaning job. Very disappointed meal for 7000 yen valued.

    友人との久しぶりの食事で伺いました。予約時に特に席の指定はしませんでしたが、3階の個室に通して頂きました。店内も掃除が行き届いており、個室もとても綺麗です。掘りごたつになっているのでリラックスして食事できます。今回は5,000円のコースを頂きましたが、肉も野菜もどれも美味。店員の対応も気が利いていて良いです。是非また伺います。

    このサイトで予約時にコース料理を予約していました。当日、席についてもいつまでたっても料理が運ばれてこず20分経過したので伺ってみると『あれ？』との反応。そこでもう一度コースのお願いをしました。予約時に備考欄があるのに、それはお店にとどいていないのでしょうか。無駄な時間を過ごしました。またコース料理が運ばれてくるタイミングも一気に来たり、また10分以上なにも来なかったり。料理は美味しいのに、美味しく食べられませんでした。サービス料を10%も取るなら、もっと客を見て客の求めている最低限のサービスをするべき。

    肉の日かと思いお伺いしたところ、こちらの店舗では実施しておらずと聞いてガッカリ。 普段頼まないコースにしました。量や質は十分満足でした。 お食事の提供がかなりゆっくりで持て余しました。 しかし、お皿を下げるのは早く、まだ食べている途中で下げられそうになり慌てて止めました。 個室なのでゆっくりのんびりできました。

    オーダーするためにお店の人を呼んでもお店の人が来るまでかなり時間がかかりましたし、接客も雑でした。 がっかりです。 他の店舗に行った時は、こんなことがなかったためなおさらでした。 しかし、席は個室でゆったりできました。 料理も美味しかったです。

    とてもおいしかったです^^ 息子がユッケを絶賛していました　トラジ牛タンも美味しかったのですが、薄い牛タン好きな家族だったので、今後薄い牛タンがあればなと話しました

    They gave us a private room and the service is so amazing that they won’t bother you too much. Wagyu beef sirloin is so juicy and just melt into your mouth. Love this restaurant!

    味も雰囲気も良いが、時間制といって追い出されたのは自分達だけであった。時間制である旨は当日いきなり告げられた。一時間経った段階で店員がまだ食べていない料理を下げるなど接客に関して大いに疑問がある。特に女性店員はあからさまに男女の客に対して態度が悪い。もう2度と行かないと思う。

    普段はタカシマヤタイムズスクエアのお店を利用させていただいてますが、満席とのことで初めてこちらを利用しました。 割と奥の席なのに寒かったり、接客が無愛想だったりと、タイムズスクエアとは全てで温度差を感じました。 唯一、トイレの場所が近かったのが良かったですね。

    トラジ自体は３度目の利用です。 安定の肉の美味しさで値段も肉の質を考えれば妥当かなと思います。店の雰囲気も落ち着いてる為、今回は友人との食事でしたがゆったり喋ることができました。 遠方から来てる為なかなか来ることはできませんがまた利用機会があれば利用させてもらいます。

    最近、流行っているせいか、愛想やサービスの低下がひどい。店員がなかなか注文に来ない、態度が横柄である。店員教育がなっていない。基本から教えるべきだ。以前は気の利くリーダー格がいて気持ち良かったです。

    トラジは好きですが、ここの店には二度と行く事は無いですね。 『混雑時には2時間制で』との記載ありましたが、店内は混んでる訳でも無いのに1時間半でラストオーダー聞きにくるし。会計時に確認したら『うちは全て2時間制です』と。 最初に言う訳でも無いし、サービス料10％は当たり前の様に会計時に支払わされるがこのレベルでと呆れます。 焦って食べるなら他の店に行きますね。

    トラジの他店と比べて格段にダメです。 女子トイレ2つあるうち、1つは吐瀉物で汚れていました。 もう１つは床がびしょ濡れでトイレットペーパーが詰まっていて使用できませんてした。 お店は混んでいなかったので、スタッフもリラックスしているように見受けられました。 またBGMも洋楽の大音量で落ち着きません。 お料理が美味しかっただけに残念です。 新宿店には二度と行きません。

    とても美味しかったです。 石焼ビビンパが焦げ目が強く、味が濃く感じました。 コースの最後の方に出てくるので、もう少し薄味でも良いのではと思います。 最後のデザートは、サッパリしてて美味しかったです。 刻んだネギの山盛りがとても評判良かったです。

    初めてトラジを利用しました。お肉ですが正直、普通です。牛角をはじめ数ある焼肉チェーン店の一つという味で、美味しくも不味くもない普通の品質です。あまり期待しないほうが良いです。 ただ、個室は良かったです。今回はデートで利用したので、二人で普通の焼肉を食べたい方にはオススメです！ でも混んでもいない日曜日の20時の予約なのに2時間で帰らされる気遣いのなさは頂けません。従業員の怠慢以外何もなく、お客様の事は全く考えていません。 結果、2時間で食事を終わらせたい関係の異性と普通の焼肉を個室で食べ、一人5000円以上の代金を払いたい人にはオススメ出来るお店です！

    料理、雰囲気は問題ないが、従業員のレベルが牛角以下。 来店時に挨拶もなく、ダレこのひと？みたいな感じでがっかり。いらっしゃいませも言えないバイトなら使わない方がマシ。 肉の部位についてもちょっと聞いただけでしどろもどろ。お前は何屋で働いてんだ？と怒鳴りたくなるほどにバイトのレベルが低すぎる。 それなりの金額がする焼き肉屋なので客もそれなりの接客を期待するものです。

    予約し、個室で家族でゆっくり。サービス料か10%必要。コースにせずに盛り合わせ他、色々とオーダーし、お酒を二杯。一人当たり5千円を少し上回りましたが、満腹、満喫。金曜日の夜というので前日での予約は9時以降となり、数日前には空いていたのでやはり1週間前には予約必要。9時過ぎても混雑のよあで、数回呼んでも直ぐに来てくれなかったのが残念でした。

    Toraji provided a fun experience in dining, yakiniku ( grilling with charcoal). The flavor is intense and unforgettable. Good quality of Japanese beef with many choices. With the Korean style side dishes that make this place worth 5 star.

    お肉は美味しかったですが… 呼びベルを押しても5分以上来なかった (早い時間だったから従業員不足？) カード決済暗証番号認証後サインを求めてきた (レジ係教育不足？) お客様からそれなりの金額を頂戴出来るレベルの店にしてくださいね。

    土曜日の夜九時にいきました。満席でしたが予約していたため（予約時間は九時15分）ちょっと待ってすぐにはいれました。予約がお勧めです。食事もおいしく掘りごたつの雰囲気もよかったです。半個室みたいなところでした。最後にアイスクリームがついてきました。 まずまずのお店でした。

    何度かご利用させていただいております。上タン、上ハラミ、上ロースなどとても満足しておりました。今回は期待して行きましたがお肉の質が悪くお肉も小さくなってとても残念です。多分もう行きません。

    この度初めてトラジ新宿店を利用させていただきました。 トラジ系列店で初めて利用したのが町田店だったのですが、そこの雰囲気と比べると土地柄なのか人がセカセカしていて、スタッフさんの気遣いが足りないのではと思いました。 下げ物もそうですが、追加で塩とワサビを頼んだものの、十分たっても一向に来ずお肉が冷めてしまいました。 たまたま忙しい日に、日の浅いスタッフさんばかりだったのかもしれませんが二度と使わないと思います。

    入口近くの通路沿いのシートでしたが、送風機近くだったので、炭の燃えカスが舞い上がり不快でした。風の向きを変えるなりの対応は必須ですよね。それと、入口の扉は締めても良いのでは？家族３名利用で、全員高身長なので、3階の個室が良かったなぁーと思います。希望の書き込みがあったら丁寧だし、是非とも利用したいですが。これまで何度もリピしていますが、料理は美味しくて満足です。
