Since we were torn between choices, the recommendation to split our dishes was perfect as the portions were just right. The modern salad was delightfully different and light and the lobster roll flavors were not overpowering. The Seabass Porketta was delicious and the I Tortellini was exquisite with a perfectly balanced glass of wine. Thank you for excellent service and food.

We had high expectations given the world-class talent of Massimo Bottura and assumed his hand-picked executive chef would be able to execute at a very high level. We had read the somewhat negative reviews about the Miami location, but thought the restaurant may have been unfairly judged. Not so. The ambience was whimsical but not elegant. The service was good but not great. The food was very good but definitely not excellent save the parmasean sauce the tortellini swam in. The bill, however, was over $400 for two leaving us feeling we had just experienced a severly overvalued meal. Very disappointing.

This place is by far the best italian restaurant in Miami right now (sep 2024) everything was excellent! The staff, the ambiance, decoration and concept are amazing! Kuddos!

After 9 years living in Miami this is the best meal I have had. The staff is well trained, and were able to explain the dishes in detail and create accurate expectations. The decoration and music was fun, and followed the overall theme of the restaurant. Highly recommend the acquapazza and the seabass. This is a great place for foodies, and for a fun, intimate meal

Service was definitely not good, the AC was not working properly and we sent a very bad smell on our way from the elevator. Restaurant was very loud as well.

I had an amazing dinner at Torno Subito last night. The food was exceptional—flavorful and beautifully presented. The staff were knowledgeable, genuine, and hospitable, making the experience even more enjoyable. The vibrant ambiance added to the overall charm. Highly recommend for a memorable dining experience!

Had a reservation at 8:30pm and weren’t seated until 9:30pm. Once seated, service was slow to arrive. Appetizers were good but portions small and $$$. It went further down the hill from there. We ordered our main courses, which included 3 pastas and one beet root vegetarian dish the server highly recommended (I’m vegetarian). The 3 pastas arrived about 20 min later and no beet dish. The server brushed by quickly with a “bon appetite!” without ever looking to see we were short a main dish. I had to call him back and he said he’d bring it right out. 15 min later, I flagged him down and he stated “it’s a very special dish that takes more time”. Are you kidding me? It’s roasted beets! If it took more time, he should have explained that when recommending the dish. When the dish arrived, it was literally 4 -5 small beets artfully displayed on a plate with dotted sauces. At best, this is an appetizer. The server, seeing my displeasure (and that the rest of our party had already finished their dinner), offer me a glass of champagne. Reallly??! I’m drinking a bottle of red wine and you think a glass of house champagne is adequate? Then came the dessert where he recommended: their interpretation of a key lime pie for $18 which which tasted more like a soupy, melted key lime ice cream the size of cupcake. After all of this, the server had the gall to state that although 20% gratuity is already included, but feel free to leave more because tips are shared with the staff. What??! FOLLOW UP: After my review, the manager contacted me and was extremely apologetic and took full responsibility and said she would address the issues. I respect her professionalism and it deserves to be recognized.
