Not worth the money. First, we sat ourselves as there was no greeter. Then we had to go find someone to come to our table after 10 minutes of sitting there while workers were gathered around the bar talking. We finally got beverages, but I had to ask for a spoon for my coffee as there was no silver wear. Our food did come fairly quickly as there we only a few customers in the place. It was warm at best. I asked for a container to take home leftovers and after 10 minutes, I finally got up and got my own after seeing where they were located. We were there at 5:50 and left by 7:08 after waiting a long time to pay.

I go to the Town hall at least twice a month, service is always great. We always try to have Maccalla , she is great. Service is fast & friendly, We go for the service and atmosphere, the food is sometimes great, sometimes not, depends on the day.

Brunch is always good. We made reservation, but table was given away when we go there even though we were on time. There were other tables though. Food did not come out together. One order way before others. Food was good.

We sat for at least 15 min before a server came to out table to acknowledge us or get us drinks/menus. No apology, just didn't really seem to care. The food was mediocre for all four of us. Would not go back again.

While I understand it was a Saturday night, we didn't get our drinks for half hour (after happy hour ended). How convenient. The server didn't take our food order for over an hour. We continuously had to flag her down and when we finally did get her attention, she looked angry and inconvenienced. I doubt I'd ever come back to this location.

Hello, I visited townhall, Abbotsford with my husband on 2nd Sept'23. We ordered good and drinks. Went to the patio for 5 mins to see around. The staff cleaned out our food. I WAS STILL EATING. They cleaned out all the dishes leaving just the drinks. When I asked the server about it, she started yelling at me for leaving my food. She even accused the other guests that they could have stolen my food. The staff is very rude. The server name was Aaliyah. She needs to learn to talk to customers. This is the worst service. My food was stolen by your staff. I would never recommend anyone to go there. This was so humiliating. Our Saturday plans were ruined big time.

The hostess seemed confused as there wasn’t a table set for us. She was a bit rude and didn’t say much to us - we felt a bit forgotten about. We got sat upstairs which is okay, however it was really hard to hear the trivia questions over the noise in the restaurant. Our waitress was great and very attentive!

We were one of the first people seated when the restaurant opened yet we didn’t get served for 45 minutes. Had to ask for refills on coffee numerous times. My eggs were not done as requested. Disappointed!!

Our server Kelsie was great! Very attentive and checked on us often. The table was reserved and ready before we arrived (and we were a bit early). Would have preferred to sit upstairs, but that section was closed. Food and drinks were good. When the DJ started his music around 10pm it was too loud for us to visit, so we had to go outside.

I was celebrating my birthday and decided to make reservations for my husband and I ! My meal was free because of my birthday! We sat by the fire place in solitude! The server Keane was gracious and attentive! Answered our questions! The meal was delicious We are impressed and will visit again for a meal! We were also impressed with. The lay out of the ! W love thé layout of the building! W we will be back!
