   I wouldn’t have said the sound was energetic rather just very loud. We couldn’t talk at the table without yelling. We finished dinner and went into the stands so we could converse comfortably.

   Two of the meals came. But apparently they were the wrong ones we started eating our meals The other server came and took my meal even though I was eating it and took it and gave it to another customer that was totally inappropriate gross. I told the server that I was eating french fries and he said that doesn’t matter. I’m still going to give it to the other customer that is so gross if I ever got food like that I don’t know what I would do.

   We made a reservation and arrived right on time at 6:00 pm. Upon arrival the staff appeared disorganized. We received drinks right away but were told we had to wait to order. We order and when food arrived half the order was there. The server would not own it and kept explaining it is because the kitchen is upstairs and the runner got confused. We had to ask 4 times for our complete dinner! When the server came once she saw food had arrived she said ok is everything good now and we had to explain we were still missing a plate! She went on and on about the kitchen being upstairs. As a customer I don’t care where the kitchen is, I expect the food we ordered in a timely manner and ideally all together. We had charges for the kids drinks on the bill though they are not be included as part of the kids meal. There were other mishaps; overall it was a poor experience and we will not be returning.

   The hostess was super accommodating, (sooty I forgot her name but she was a very polite, accommodating young lady),our waiter Blair was great as well. Robert went way above and beyond with his service. We were with our friends, from the states with us, one of which has cancer, and Robert gave us a great tour of the paddock and made them feel Like VIPs. We were very appreciative.

    Overall the experience was good. However we could only book 645 as a reservation a few days before. From 5-630 no one was on the patio and inside was VERY quiet. I was told they stagger tables to not overwhelm the kitchen but by the time we sat, the restaurant was full and service wasn't the best. The manager was amazing. Running his butt off and checking in with us. We had to ask for cutlery, napkins, ketchup and mustard (even though we got a burger). My chicken sandwich was delish! The kids had fun.     When we got there we asked for a seat by window they said they were all reserved which was not the case. Spinach dip was terrible. I would never eat there again expensive for what you get.

    We went last night and the service was a mess, both our orders were incoreect and my girlfriends order had to be sent back due to it having cheese. It took over an hour for them to remake a burger. Our dessert actually came before the burger showed up.

    We had a reservation for 7pm. We had to go get someone in order to have even our drinks ordered at 7:45! Since we had a horse racing in the sixth race we were anxious to eat and get down to the track. To be fair to the waiter it appears the hostess/seater did not let him know we were there. I wanted the fried chicken burger on brioche however it can’t be fried in the same oil as fish is cooked in (I can’t eat the fries etc either) since I have a severe food allergy to fish. The kitchen would not do it in a separate frying pan and they didn’t offer to substitute a grilled chicken instead which I ended up having in my cob salad. I would have preferred that chicken to have been hot but it was very cold. By the time the food came the fries on at least one plate were cold. One member of our party had the ribs. They were not “fall off the bone” and a sharp knife was not provided. By that time we were so frustrated we gave up. When the supervisor came to our table to apologize we asked for dessert to be free which thankfully she agreed. It appeared the staff was perhaps new and unorganized. The waiter apologized profusely but we know it was not the server’s fault. However they were not that busy so it should not have been such an ordeal. I hope management makes some improvements.     The service was terrible . Kids running around without supervision and screaming. I come to watch my horses race and don't want to listen to screaming children. The servers need to step it up nobody should have to wait 20 mins to get a drink and one table waited 2 hours for food just horrible. You want the horsemen to come and support this restaurant you might want to get it together

    There were families with little children who ran around and screamed the entire night. This behaviour would not be acceptable at McDonald’s or anywhere else. The manager did nothing to stop this unruly behaviour. It took 2 hours to get our food. The food was good. The manager comped our food but it was the worst night ever.

    Made reservations as always though Open Table for a booth. Arrived on time and was told by the greeter that their tablet with the reservations arrived late and they did not know of my reservation. I sat at the bar with my friend and had drinks. Unfortunately, the bartender messed up my friends drink. Bad customer experience.

    Ordered buffalo chicken wrap, terrible, stuffed with too much kale when menu says romaine and very little chicken. Does anyone realize the romaine shortage is over? The price of the wrap is ridiculous with the tiny amount of chicken and the massive amount of kale in the wrap. They should call it a kale wrap with chicken instead. VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED!

    Dee the server very attentitive to our needs. Food is good and fairly prices. On the otherhand, liquor way over priced, especially pints of beer. Also, beer tastes soapy as glasses not rinsed well enough. for $11. a pint .
