Treadwell offers indoor dining and outdoor dining on our enclosed and heated patio. We are open 7 days a week for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

During the Fall and Winter months, dinner reservations are available on Monday thru Thursday from 5pm to 730pm. On Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays, we offer two seatings - between 5pm and 6pm; as well as between 745pm and 8:45pm (with each table allocated 2hr 30min). Please note that our menu for dinner is a multi-course, prix fixe menu ($115 per guest).

Lunch reservations are available between 11:30am and 2pm, with our lunch a la carte menu being offered. Breakfast is served between 8am and 10am

    My husband and I always try to go to Treadwell when we are in Ontario--which we might do once a year. As usual the food this year was superb. I had halibut with crusted cherry tomatoes, garlic and crispy basil, which was a wonderful mixture of tastes and textures. My husband loved his gnocchi with mushrooms. And we both drooled over the milk chocolate creme brûlée. Add that the wine pairings were perfect and the server delightful. Wonderful dinner!!

    The food delivery was very slow! Waited almost 20 minutes between courses. The zucchini blossoms were less than tasty, my fish was room temperature and the lamb was end cuts that were almost too hard to cut. The manager intervened and assisted with a credit for one dish. Wine prices were very pricey.

    I don’t particularly recommend the restaurant. I went for dinner. The hostess disappeared for a good 10 minutes from the stand and her approach was very nonchalant. The food quality was well below average. I was seated in the patio area, and found the server was barely available. Better options is the area for the cost.

    Our High expectations were disappointed. Scallops and pork belly were undercooked. The lobster brioche was not identifiable as chunks of lobster but shredded and brioche burnt. Tagliatelle was to come with asparagus but instead contained peas and three undercooked yellow wax beans. The pasta was clumped and hard in places. Our server was most attentive and the wine steward as well. When I asked for some bread to go with my salad, I was informed that there would be a delay, but the table next to us was served bread with their course. Perhaps it was an off day in the kitchen .

    The food and wine were exceptional. Our sommelier Mathieu was one of the best guides to the food and wines. One of the best restaurants in Niagara-on-the- Lake. 10|10

    Our luxurious anniversary dinner. We had eaten here a few years ago and were impressed with the food, service and ambiance. Trying it again, we were not disappointed. They serve a three course prim fixe meal. Plenty of food. We actually had a wine we had had several years ago. We remembered it well. Even though it was quite arm out, we still were comfortable sitting outside. Very nice experience.
