I enjoyed my lobster omelette very much with a side of properly cooked potatoes – yummy. Service was excellent. The view was superb sat outside under an umbrella. The only thing that was a mess was my watermelon mimosa it was fine, but my friend had been breathing about one she had at a different restaurant, so maybe she oversold me on it. I still managed to drink it all and the waitress was very kind after wasp landed in it she brought me half a fresh one.

View on the bay is outstanding and the servers are awesome. A real local gem. Skip the toast with brunch though-dry and not worth it. Great potatoes make up for it.

Maybe it just wasn't our type of dinner date spot, but $52 for a quesadilla with chicken as an appetizer and a bowl of chili with 10 nachos is way over priced. We didn't even make it to dinner we just ate the appetizers and left.

This is a nice restaurant, located at the docks in Babylon. Water views from most of the tables; good food, well presented. Parking can be an issue, so leave enough time. This is a residential neighborhood.

Too noisy. Hard to hear the people at your table, as the noise level is very high. Everyone speaking above the others. The service, while the staff was very friendly, was poor in that the staff did not seem to be properly trained. They put the appetizer on the table and immediately left without asking if we needed plates, which we did. The main courses were served and again they immediately left the table -- one of the orders was a hamburger, no ketchup at the table or on the plate -- without asking if we needed anything else.

Little disappointed with the drinks. None of ours taste right. When I told the waiter he just took it away, didn’t ask if we wanted something else and left the cost of it on my bill some thing to be mindful in the future. The food was good.

I’d skip Tres Palms if I were you. Forgot one of our appetizers. Entrees were brought out about 15 minutes apart, seemed like the cooks forgot three of our six entrees. Portions were super small in relation to the price. One of the busboys told us he was going to Popeyes after his shift was over, I totally understand why. If you like to get drunk and eat duck wings, this is the place for you. Not again.

Salads always my favorites there ! The Tres Palms salad is light and satisfying. Add grilled shrimp and it’s divine. Really friendly servers with. Key West atmosphere .

My family and I went to Tres Palms on Tuesday, July 11th for dinner. We have been there a few times before, and the services is always very mediocre, but this visit was the worst. I understand that there are young kids taking on the wait staff role, but the manager/owner did not help at all. Upon arrival, we were given warm/hot water to drink. We (and another table who overheard us) had to ask for cold water. Drinks took forever to come out. We had to ask for a nutcracker for lobster. We had to ask for horseradish for oysters. We had to ask for ketchup. Things that should automatically come with the dishes we ordered. A member of our party's drink never came. We asked for boxes for our leftovers, and they took 10-15 minutes to arrive. The young kids were doing their best, but it was the manager/owner's attitude and response to our feedback is what deterred us: My husband went up to him to tell him that everything has been super off (everything mentioned above). Before my husband even began to mention what was wrong, the manager/owner replied with, "Let me guess...." and rattled off "the drinks took a long time, food is slow to come out..." In other words, he knew what was wrong, but isn't looking into why and how to fix it. His attitude and response was extremely off-putting. I believe his name was Dave. We will not be returning - take pride in your restaurant.

We had the lobster nachos. Outstanding!! Our dinners were all excelled. We especially loved the skirt steak and the coconut crusted cod. It was a tad warm in the place as the windows were open and there was no AC. But other than that it was a good time.

The food choices and presentation needs to get better. I felt like I was eating chicken in a Mac and cheese soup. I love coming here, it’s a nice place to spend a nice evening so close to home. Just wish the food dishes were a bit more appetizing.

The food was basically cold when it got to our table, the runners who brought us our food brought the wrong order which had nuts on it and we had someone severely allergic to nuts at our table, and made it aware when we ordered. The entrees were just okay, and one of those came out wrong as well, it was on the menu as lobster mac and cheese and it came out without the lobster. I would not recommend.
