   Very glad I made a reservation, because it was very busy. The staff was very friendly and helpful. One friend had veal parmigiana with pasta (the veal was excellent.) One friend had chicken Marsala and said it was the best she’s ever had. I had the carbonara and it did not disappoint. Would recommend this place if you want a taste of Italy.

   Table service waiter was slow and uninterested almost disconnected from the dining experience. The deep dish lasagna pizza had no taste and the crust was burnt (not dark brown but black). I wouldn’t go back.

   Found this to be very disappointing from food and service. I’ve had much better at my local Italian restaurant in Royal Oak Michigan. Not the meal I was looking for on our last night of vacation.

   Food was good but there are a lot of great Italian options on the strip if you don't mind paying more. Pricing here is better than most, but the red sauce is very sweet and just okay. Meatballs were good and the caprese salad is really well done. Service is just okay as they're trying to push bodies through. Overall a decent place to eat but I wouldn't expect a great dining experience.

   The best part about this restaurant was the bread. The location was nice however. Dined with 2 other colleagues and none of us liked our meal. The salmon was way over cooked, the eggplant parm tasted like it was a frozen meal re-heated and I got the linguine and clams. Tasted like linguine and pasta water. Absolutely no flavor, the shelled clams were undercooked and had minced, canned clams. The worst linguine and clams I’ve ever had. I would 100% not dine at this restaurant again. No wonder they were one of the only Italian restaurants with availability.

    Overall food was fantastic, the service on the other hand was slow and sporadic, we were always waiting for the waitress to come around to ask for a bread refill and the cocktails always sat empty way to long before she came back around. Also while the hostess recognized the birthday note, we never received any birthday desert. The calamari was so yummy as was the tri color capresse salad with the best bacon topping. I could not finish my papardelle with a great meatball in the meat sauce. Uriels lasagna was just so so, nothing special, but, ignacio was super happy with his seafood linguini. We are landrys club members so we both redeemed a couple rewards and received points for our meal.

    When traveling to Las Vegas for business every year, Trevi is one of our "must visit" dining experiences. First-time visitors always appreciate the scenery and the food which is reasonably priced ( especially when we turn in the receipts to management ). The staff are always friendly and eager to make every guest feel welcome. Using Open Table to make the reservations could not be easier.

    We ate here our first night in Las Vegas. It is one of my favorites because I love Italy and it always takes me back. The ambiance, food and our server were all top notch. We enjoyed everything about our experience.

    Food was amazing and service was excellent. The Caprese salad was the best I ever had, such great flavors! Warm bread served with olive oil with hint of garlic and Mussel's appetizer made the evening wonderful. Will definitely return.

    Carla our server was great. Food came fast. The host was a little off putting when I showed up early for the reservation and wouldn’t just sit me as a walk in. So I edited my reservation and bumped the time up. Idk why he couldn’t have done that.

    Had the salmon salad, the salmon was dry and the dressing was too tart. Our waitress was very sweet but she was very busy which resulted in a slower service. Ambiance on the patio was great as well as the bread and oil.

    Everything was perfect. Our reservation was honored within a minute, and we were seated in a great booth! Our server was Raphael (or close to that name) and he deserves a special shoutout! What a friendly, generous and efficient guy! A delightful personality! The food and drinks were terrific! A wonderful start to our “evening with Adele” … thank you so much!!

    UPDATE: customer service issue resolved!! Trevi’s customer service reached out to me immediately after leaving this review and apologized. I’m really impressed with how quick they took action. A class act! Previous: It took the server 40 minutes to realize the kitchen lost our order and he was to busy to help find it. Manager finally came over and retook our order. Short staffed? Kitchen manager issue? Not sure.

    We chose the “outdoor seating” option, so we were right next to The Fountain of the Gods. If you don’t mind the noise of the fountain like we didn’t, it is such a picturesque setting! The food and service were great!

    Trevi is a safe bet for every day dining at Caesars Palace. There’s something for everyone. The appetizers are OK to very good. I liked the fried artichokes, but the kids meatballs were so dry that one was enough. Mozzarella en carroza was more like cheese sticks, but with a really good sauce. Crispy skin salmon had crispy skin and tasted fine but it was also dry. We had three other pasta, dishes, which were fine. The short ribs were tasty. Service was friendly and attentive.

    Good fun although fountains keep it a bit noisy but you want the atmosphere. Food very good. Table a bit small for the large plates but was fine when a few small ones were removed. All dishes well prepared and very adequate portions.

    Wow!! Blown away by Trevi…a trip to Italy without leaving Las Vegas! We were served by Arturo . He served us on our last visit to Trevi. Truly a professional and customer focused server. Arturo makes the visit to Trevi one of the best in Vegas. The meatballs are so very good….the sauce is amazing. Woodfired pizza is a favorite for us.

    We were seated at our reserved table right away. Service was excellent. Everyone's meal was very good, but short of outstanding. Given the price paid, the meal and experience was an excellent value. A very nice dinner with great service. Would not hesitate to dine again at Trevi next time in town.

    Service was average. Food was not great. My wife’s veal marsalla was not tasty. The spinach was flat boiled. My chicken pizza was a good choice but nothing special and I was sick all night.

    Outdoor seating means you are outside the restaurant, still inside the hotel/mall and next to the very loud fountain. Food is good although selection is limited, home made sangria is tasty. Overall OK, won't go again.
