   Delicious food, portion size left us satisfied and able to taste things from all of the menu without being over stuffed. Wines from all over were creatively described and delicious. But the music and noise left us all yelling at the table. For a small cafe, with great wine and cheese…put on some jazz and leave the other music for restaurants with less ambiance. Also, the fabric on the bench seats looks goss with stains. Time for a change! Overall, great restaurant!

   Tria at Rittenhouse is exactly what you'd expect from the online reviews and the locale - trendy, tasty, and pricey. It's obviously not a family gathering or comfort food restaurant. But the food is quite good... the selections are good, the service is absolutely excellent. If my partner and I want a special restaurant night or if I'm on an expense account - absolutely. If I'm going with my buddies for a meal, good food, and prices that won't break the bank, I'll look elsewhere. All and all, a great place to visit/dine, as you don't forget yourself: trendy, tasty, and pricy.

   Had a great time celebrating my birthday. The food and service were great. I am on a GF diet and they were very accommodating, making sure there was no cross-contamination. Definitely going back.

   The selection of wines, beers and cheese is always excellent. They have a small, but tasty list of cocktails, too. The food selection is simple, but always delicious and pairs well with the drinks.

    We love Tria - the charcuterie and cheese boards are amazing and their wine and beer selections are well curated and interesting. We always visit Tria when we visit Philadelphia. Last night, the food and service were excellent as usual but the noise level was off the charts loud. We still enjoyed our visit but it did kind of put a damper on our conversation.

    The food and wine were excellent. I loved the figs with Gorgonzola and the fontina with lemon spinach. My friend and I went on a Sunday evening. There was a long wait between courses but we did not mind.

    Wish I could give it five stars, but when the check came and there was a 20% gratuity added - for a table of three - it ruined what was otherwise an exceptional experience. We typically tip 20% these days, but to be forced into it this way was beyond acceptable.

    Tria Rittenhouse is one of my go-to spots when traveling to Philadelphia for work with colleagues. It's small on space, but big on friendliness and ambience. The staff is always accommodating and the food is just different enough, and goes well with the vast wine selection.

    I usually have the mission fig salad. This time the dressing was too vinegary and it made me cough. Also not many figs in it. The tuna sandwich was delicious. Server was courteous.

    Love this restaurant for the food and atmosphere. But when you make a reservation, you expect to get a table. We sat at the window counter waiting for a table that never became available, so we ate at the counter, which is very shallow. I hope this isn’t typical but fear it is because the staff was rather blasé about it. I want to return but don’t want this to happen again.

    Great vibe, excellent wine, very good food. Sampled several dishes and enjoyed an exceptional cheese plate. Dined frequently in Center City over the years and somehow missed this terrific place. Can’t wait to go back with friends.

    Was very dark, I’d forgotten my phone, which I usually use the torch to see, menu small writing, asked for a light to be able to see. We had a tiny candle on the table, they brought 2 more, which really didn’t help. My date had to go outside to be able to read the menu on a very cold January evening. The food was fine overall but I ended up guessing at a couple of dishes because I couldn’t read the menu. Definitely my fault forgetting my phone. Yet I can’t help thinking they could have done more, it wasn’t full!

    Waited longer than usual for the reservation. Host was very specific on where we had to be seated when there were over 4 tables available that were not reserved based off my inquiry. The area has a designated server but she made us wait for a high top table, which made me late to an appointment after lunch.

    I always love coming here. I picked this restaurant to have a birthday lunch since it’s probably my favorite place in the city. The food and menu is impeccable in my opinion since it’s exactly my taste. Servers are always knowledgeable and educated about the menu, always trust their recommendations. Drinks are superb. I have nothing negative to say about Tria. If you’re looking for somewhere quaint, relaxed and classy to experience with your friends, this is the place!

    We ate lunch at an outside table on a cold day but the heating lamp cut the chill. Our waiter was helpful and cheerful throughout the meal. The food was delicious and the wines were wonderful. We especially liked the sparkling wine, a Mexican cava, which we tried on a whim. It was delightful. We thoroughly enjoyed the afternoon and plan to go back.
