   Benoit and his team always impress with a Michelin-star quality experience. We visit every time we are in town. Highly recommend the tasting menu with paired wines.

   Once again, Trio was fabulous. Innovative, exciting and flavors abound and that’s our jam. We dine all over the world and this is up there with expertise, presentation, spot on wine pairings and friendly, warm service. Bravo team, our daughters birthday celebration was memorable and they are Raving about the entire experience 👏👏👏👏

   Benoit served us at Trio and we had a fabulous time! He was extremely attentive, helpful with food and wine pairings and his humour provided a funny and light hearted experience. The food was cooked to perfection with delicious flavours. Thank you for the fantastic evening out!

   Hands down the best fine dining experience in KW. Exquisite food and world-class service. I am glad Waterloo finally has a restaurant that matches and even exceeds some of the best in Toronto. The staff truly cares about their customers and it shows in their excellence.

   An outstanding dinner experience. Benoit is incredibly knowledgeable. He knows exactly the service a diner needs and is always there, but not for too long. The food was excellent. One of the best meals we have had. It is definitely pricey, but well worth it.

   A fantastic evening with amazing food. The manager Benoit went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for us. Quality of food was excellent and they paired it nicely with a bottle of wine.

    Always such a wonderful experience. The service is always above and beyond - you’re never waiting on anything and they have excellent recommendations. The food is always top notch and they have a terrific selection. I always recommend Trio and will continue to do so!

    Trio is always top notch. The thought behind menu selections, ingredients and presentation is evident. Its one of the best high end dining spots in KW in my opinion. Our waiter was excellent as well. He had tons of personality and loved what he was doing.

    This is our favourite restaurant in the KW area! The food is always excellent. Pick any item on the menu and it’s guaranteed to be delicious! The servers are always fantastic, and the owner might very well be the nicest man in the industry! If you haven’t tried Trio yet, correct that and thank me later!

    If you love great food Trio is a must! Our Group experienced their tasting menu and OMG the food was beyond amazing! The attention to detail with every course that came out was incredible. Every course that came out made your mouth water and crave more. The service staff at Trio would rival any top restaurant in the GTA for fun!

    This place is outstanding!!! Food is over the top delicious you can tell the chef is extremely well trained in not only the thought of putting tastes together but also the effort put into the presentation! Service was exceptional. Everyone had a job and the whole service routine worked like clockwork. Highly recommend this gem!

    Our experience at Trio was fantastic! Everything was done with such care and the food was absolutely amazing. The tasting menu with wine pairings was brilliantly done and I would highly recommend to anyone wanting a gastronomic experience. This was the perfect way to celebrate my husband’s birthday. Special thanks to Alex our server, Benoit for the amazing wine pairings, Chef Kyle for the stunning food, and all the staff for making it such a memorable experience. Trio has definitely made it into my top 5 restaurants.

    High end fine dining in a laid back environment. This is not a place I can afford to go more than once a year but it is worth saving for. The tasting course was spectacular. Dinner for 2 with drinks was about $450.
