Worst experience I’ve ever had going to any restaurant / lounge! Waitress came and asked for our order just to not serve us! Waited a whole hour for our drinks to be served to still not receive anything. And to make things worse a fight broke out ! The place is a aesthetically nice and has good music but customer service is horrible!

Poor service from the door, seating, ordering, and the food. Not rude, actually very nice, just very poor. The poor standards stand out because the pricing is equivalent to very good restaurants. But the service and food quality are close to a dive bar. Steak was dry, beef filet looked like a brownie, calamari was over chewy and over breaded, they loaded my tea with a lot of sugar without even asking if I wanted sugar. They even forgot our order which they had recommended to us. The only good thing was the music. I see myself going again for the music/drinks. But definitely not for dinner. Honestly feel bad writing this because it’s a cool looking spot with potential. But it’s just very disappointing for dinner. Haven’t tried the shisha and cocktails so can’t comment on that.

Pros : In overall the maghrebin brunch was very delicious. The ambiance was excellent and it’s really confortable. The waiters and waitresses are very polite and helpful. Constructive cons : 1- The « bricks » were too small. I mean I wished I had 2 medium size bricks than 4 tiny bricks for 21$. 2- We waited quite long to be served. It’s understandable sometimes when there are plenty of clients. 3- When I booked through opentable (link on your Instagram), I requested a special demand (Algerian and Senegalese flags) but I didn’t see anything of it once arrived in Trône Restaurant :-(

Il y avait une bonne ambiance les choix de musique aurait pu être meilleure, la nourriture était bonne mais le service était vraiment long, j’avais demandé un plat mais j’en ai reçu un autre à la place, j’ai eu à demander pour un remplissage d’eau et j’en ai plus eu au cours de la soirée. Si j’aurais à y retourner je sais pas mais c’était pas mal.

St-Valentin Ambiance très agréable, nourriture excellente, mais le service extrêmement long. Depuis le moment où nous avons commandé, il s’est écoulé 3h jusqu’au dessert. D’ailleurs nous avons dû prendre notre dessert pour emporter tellement ca l’a pris du temps.

Very nice spot well located in the Old Port. Excellent shishas (Quasar @ 50$) & music (even if it's a little bit too loud). Definitely recommend the spot.

The food was nice and large portions but the appetizers came 3 min before the main course. No time to enjoy them at all. Also took 30 min to get a glass of wine. Seems like they don’t really sell any wine bunt the glass. Wait staff was very distracted with taking orders but they were very friendly. But would not go there again.

Faites-vous un avis par vous même !! au vu des commentaires j'étais sceptique sur l'endroit. Puis grande SURPRISE !! L'endroit est magnifiquement bien décorée et très bien situé a 500m (un vrai 500m) de la grande roue. Concernant la carte vous avez du choix les produits sont bons, de qualité et la quantité est suffisante. les prix sont élevés mais au vu de la qualité, du service, de l'emplacement et des services proposée cela est justifier. JE RECOMMANDE ET JE REVIENDRAIS MERCI. Une mention aux personnels de la réception au service bravo a vous.

Worst experience we have had in a very long time. The menu advertised was nowhere to be seen and replaced with total garbage. On one of the busiest and most popular weekends in Montreal this place effectively scammed tables. Service was also terrible - slow to order, incomplete orders, food cold and bad. We tried to go elsewhere but being such a busy weekend there weren't any other options. We felt totally conned. Book anywhere else and you would do better.
