   Estuve visitando el restaurante y el trato fue espectacular. Los empleados junto con la manger Noemí Falcon estuvieron siempre al pendiente de la mesa. Nuestra mesera Maria espectacular con un servicio al cliente inigualable 100%. :)

   El lugar esta hermoso, el Brunch estuvo bien, las mimosas súper ricas! El mesero fue excelente. Lo único que si la promoción dice q los menores 11+ eran a 15$ es desagradable que primero me lo cargaran regular y luego cuando les muestro lo q decía la promoción y mi reservación confirmada la cual te da el total cambia el precio de los menores a $19. Nunca entendimos porqué pero como el servicio fue bueno y la pasamos bien decidimos pagarlo y no preguntar. Sin embargo si promocionan algo que nos es el precio real se podría tomar como un anuncio engañoso. El restaurante es excelente y sería una pena que se viera afectado por esto!

   We’ve had an excellent dinner at Trova in the past. Unfortunately the Mother’s Day brunch missed the mark. Food was sub-par for this special event. Food bar started by the entrance, too congested as people trying to get in the restaurant and get in the food line in the same space. Seemed to be understaffed for the amount of patrons.

    Service by Marisol was outstanding!! Food was good, there were good options for vegetarians. Coffee and mimosas were also really good. We had brunch outside, since we had our dog, and it was nice but the birds were out of control.

    Fui con amigas a celebrar mi cumpleaños y nos encantó. Para mi lo único que me faltó fui un poco de sal en las comidas pero tenían buen sabor. Los cocktails nos encantaron. La mesera nos hizo buenas sugerencias. El precio un poco alto para el tipo de comida como los hamburgers y pizzas.

    We were supposed to be a party of 8 and we ended up being 12…they gladly accommodated us (separately but still did!) The service was a bit slow at first, but the food was AMAZING! We had a very good experience!

    The restaurant is lovely but the food was not at the same level. I ordered churrasco and that was good although the sides should have been better. A second diner had a rice dish with shrimp which was insipid and the third and fourth diners had a Mahi Scampi dish. The fish was overdone, the portion was small and there were no sides. When the restaurant was full the noise level was so high that it was difficult to have a conversation. I have to give the restaurant credit for not charging for the insipid rice and shrimp meal. They did want to please the customers.

    The decoration of the restaurant is beautiful and it goes on hand with the new style and decoration style of the hotel lobby. The staff is very nice but in strong need of proper training and supervision. The menu of Trova is very low end for a principal restaurant of a hotel. The menu consisted of different sandwiches and other simple dishes that you normally expect for a pool side bar or grill. As a seasonal resident of Palmas del Mar I was very excited about the opening of Trova but it was very disappointing. I would love Trova to become a must visit gastronomic experience were sophisticated dishes meets with excellent service.

    Sunday brunch is great here! The mimosas just kept coming. Wow!! Just before we finished our lovely waitress would bring another. The food was warm and fresh. Not a huge selection as a typical buffet we are used to but they will make you anything you want in the kitchen. Just ask :-)

    Overall our dining experience was excellent. I felt the cost was a bit high for the food served but the ambiance and the service was delightful. Everyone tried to assure a positive experience and they succeeded quite nicely. We are all looking forward to a return trip. It is important for Wyndham to interact with the community and they are aware of this.

    -Food selection was good, although egg selection (huevos rancheros) didn't seem like a good idea to me, and the lack of some kind of rice diminished my experience. -Some items that were supposed to be hot were at room temp at best. -Service was good, not great. One recommendation to management, supervise more; at one point there where about 10 employees all gathering around the buffet, eating and chatting, and we had to wait to get a waiter's attention.

    We had brunch about half way through their serving period. Food was not refreshed. One station outside had birds landing on the food. Wait staff was not very attentive. Had to ask several times to get another mimosa when I paid for the bottomless mimosas

    We enjoyed easter brunch and were treated to an excellent buffet with ceviche, eggs, fresh pastries, potatoes, and a large variety of house specialties such as beet hummus, curry rice and more. Absolutely delicious and an amazing selection of items.

    Pulled in to vacation and had a good dinner. Place was empty when we arrived at 7, but packed when we left. The octopus was the best thing, the mashed plaintains second best. Mahi was also great. Kids enjoyed the fries.

    The food was great, the best it’s ever been since the hotel opened and later re-opened. The new decor and lighting makes for great ambience. The servers are well trained and so friendly! The bartender, Vidiana, is amazing! Thank you for a great meal and a great time!

    The ticket was for the Paint & Sip event. For $45, this was to include paint supplies, a bottle of wine, and appetizers. 18% Gratuity is added to the ticket cost, making it almost $60 per ticket. 1. Ticket holders were given a choice between red or white wine. We chose white. Then we saw Rose wine being poured. We asked for that instead because that was not given as an option to us, and the waiter said "No, you have the stay with your bottle." However, ticket holders were not given a bottle, just servers refilling glasses. Doesn't make any sense. 2. The appetizers were not appetizers; they were canapés, essentially a cracker with a topping. The group was super hungry at the end. 3. One of our group asked for more white paint. The person going around with paint looked at her paint plate, and actually said "You still have some." My friend literally had a light swipe of white paint on the bottom of her plate! I know the hotel's new management is trying to change its past reputation, and they are really trying. The new decor is beautiful. However, they need to step it up in communication and review policies with serving and front end staff, so as not to nickel and dime customers that would otherwise come back if they had a good experience - it's called a loss leader.

    We had a wonderful evening at a Paint and Sip night.The appetizers were delicious but not enough and the ticket stated a bottle of wine and only some tables received a bottle and others only received small amounts.Otherwise it was a very nice time

    The service was excellent. Even the chef came out to ask us how we enjoyed our experience. The food while good, wasn’t our liking and the prefix menu we tried was just cherry picked off the regular menu. I’d go again to eat off the regular menu but would most likely not do their special experience again.
