I was offered to select inside or outside and I chose outside yet when we arrived I was told outside was unavailable because of a party. Very disappointed. A call or text could have been done. Seemed like they didn’t really care. Just not very happy or impressed with the hospitality.

We enjoyed our dinner at True Kitchen, they always have healthy choices which we appreciate. Tasty imaginative appetizers were really good and the vegan pizza. It would be great to offer whole wheat or multi-grain pasta and pita to fit in with your healthy choices. We had good service as well from our server Dillon. Also, some interesting wine selections (it helped with the promotion of course).

Most of our group was pleased with their meal selections, and an overall good experience. Time between appetizers and meals was a bit long. Difficult to carry on conversations because of the noise level. Overall good experience.

Our server Gabriel was warm, friendly, and knowledgeable. The food was fantastic! Everyone was very nice. Only complaint is that it was noisy which made it difficult to hold a conversation. Will definitely patronize again.

I have always been a big fan of True Food, but last night might be my last time there. I typically get the Gouda turkey burger with a lettuce bun and a side of kale salad. Well, I did so last night and the turkey burger was significantly smaller as was the kale salad and prices increased. Quite disappointing since I was looking forward to the meal/ambiance all day!

Sam our server was excellent. The watermelon starter was delicious. We’ve been here several times and love the food. My husband’s favorite is the kale salad and turkey burger while I’ve never had a bowl I didn’t like. Love the half price wines on the weekends.

For starters, I'll say the noise level was good because we sat outside which was nice. Inside it seemed loud with an echo, which is why I sat outside. The service was extremely slow, most of the meal was just in waiting. The salad I ordered was extremely disappointing. It was billed as an "heirloom tomato and watermelon salad" so I expected big delicious slices of heirloom tomatoes, what I got were some ordinary cherry tomatoes sliced in half. There was mostly watermelon, the only good part of the salad though. Not enough of the tiny cucumber slices, and the avocado mousse was unpleasant. The main courses were ok, a decent hamburger, and the Idaho trout I ordered was good but the bed of quinoa was very bland. We ordered a "pitcher of watermelon lemonade" but got a small "milk bottle" which contained about 3 glasses of the beverage, so I guess we saved a dollar. The best part of the meal was a cheerful smiling hostess, but it went downhill from there. I won't be going back.

Enjoyed our dinner on the nice patio. Healthy choices make this a good choice for lunch/dinner. The chopped salad is really good and always like the mushroom-spinach pizza. Server was very good and special on wine prices was nice. Nearby parking and nice area to walk around in spring/summer.

My friends and I loved everything about this restaurant and we will DEFINATELY be returning. The food was absolutely AMAZING!!! Very clean and the waitress was so helpful in describing what items were on the menu. I will be recommending this restaurant to many people.

I’ve been to True Foods many many times. This time the food was not good at all. We sent both items back. It didn’t taste at all like I was use too. The waitress admitted that they hired 5 new people.

This restaurant is so consistently good, healthy, and clean. I love and hate the seasonal menu because some things we’d love aren’t there all year, but the food choices are fantastic quality. Outdoor seating ambiance is much preferred over indoor.

Cool place! My niece and I grabbed a quick bite and greatly enjoyed the edamame guacamole, ancient grains bowl, and curry bowl. Our waitress Sarah was lovely. Will be back to try more. Felt good to be full without feeling guilty because everything was so healthy.

An hour long wait for the food to reach the table....I don't think I can afford that kind of time. Besides, for the prices the restaurant charges, it needs to raise the bar on the plate. The hostess was awesome, btw, warm and knowledgeable. But the final proof is on the plate! I would visit other restaurants and offer them a chance to meet or beat my expectations, before I return to True Food.

Our waitress was fantastic and very accommodating to our needs. The ambiance was also really nice to have as well. However, the food was bland and overcooked. Don't think it is worth the price that they charge for poor quality food.

Kimchi fried rice had balanced flavors and textures with crunch, a bit of sweetness and tang. I added shrimp and they were spiced well, a nice addition. The egg was perfectly cooked. The pink lemonade was refreshing and not too sweet. We will be back.

Dined on a Friday evening for our birthdays. After being seated, it was about 10 minutes before a server appeared. We received the appetizer before we even had glasses of water. We were disappointed to discover that the menu did not list all of the ingredients in a specific dish, which had to be re-made due to a dietary restriction. When we needed more water, we couldn’t get our server’s attention. The final disappointment came when we learned that they were out of the dessert we were looking forward to having for our birthdays (pink lime tart). Service seemed slow and disorganized, however everyone was friendly.

True Food Kitchen was such a great place! We were looking for a place to have brunch before a wedding dress shopping appointment. We didn't plan very well, so stumbled upon this place on the open table app (because they took reservations and had a time that worked perfectly for us). It was REALLY yummy food - all fresh and tasty. We had 7 in our party and everyone enjoyed their meals (6 breakfast/brunch items and one lunch item). I HIGHLY recommend.
