   The food is fresh and flavorful. You will want to eat here again and again. The edaname dumplings are my fav. The vegan burger is delicious! They make it right in house. The poke bowl is filled with different flavors in every bite.

    We came in for a special occasion with a reservation that I said at least 3 weeks ago. The service was embarrassingly slow and I ended up having to speak with the manager who did comp our meal. Grateful for the manager, wish it didn't happen that way on a special day.

    We are regulars at True Foods and usually love the food and our entire experience. However, this time the service was the worst I have ever experienced. Our service was so slow dinner lasted over two hours. Our waitress would disappear for extended periods. We asked questions about the menu and were given In accurate information so would ask another server and would be told the correct information and would apologize for our server. We had drinks and food added to our bill that were never delivered so had to get a manager to correct the bill. It was a debacle from beginning to end. The only saving grace was the food was delicious as always which is the only reason we will go back!

    Was ok. Breakfast. Lunch. Basic salads and bowls that were not particularly noteworthy. Service was odd. Probably just the person not the training. Cobb salad. Thai bowl was a little oily.

    New friend and I met at 10 am for brunch. We were seated right on time. The waiter started out telling us all about the new menu. We both ordered off the brunch menu. I had traditional breakfast and my pal the scramble bowl. She is gluten sensitive. She ordered coffee and cream. Waiter brought the coffee but then told her they don’t have cream. Bizarre. She had to settle for almond milk. They didn’t even have whole milk. We were also served water. Breakfast came. I asked for jelly or jam. Nope they didn’t have any. She asked for salt and pepper. Eventually he brought it to the table. I requested butter for the two large pieces of sour dough toast. He brought one tiny sliver of butter. One pat! The sausage and scramble eggs were good. The potatoes were raw. Crunchy raw sweet potatoes. Bizarre. Eventually our water glasses were refilled. Only two other tables were full out on the patio. Waiter was not interested in us. Food was simply okay. Service not even okay. Don’t eat brunch at TRUE FOOD.

    True Food used to be my go-to place. However, recently, the portions have been getting significantly smaller (e.g., cauliflower appetizer), but the prices continue to increase. This place used to be a better value. It's no longer my go-to, even if the food it tasty.

    We were surprised to see True Foods had taken the Vegan burger off the list but the waitress, Nisha informed us that due to popular demand they still had the Vegan burger. So I ordered it with the trimmings of the sautéed onions and mushrooms. She specifically asked me if I still wanted the double Vegan cheese and I said yes. When the meal was delivered there was no vegan cheese and the patties were really hard. This had happened before and when I asked mgmt about it they said it sometimes happen when the patties are left too long in the Sous Vis. So she quickly offered to have it remade. It came back with the double cheese but no mushrooms or onions and the patties were rock hard. YIKES!! Couldn't eat it. Since we were others I decided to not make a fuss but damn True Foods, when you get that burger right it's soooo good. Please get it together!!

    New menu was not as good as before. Took off some of they key items. Umbrella fell on my head due to wind, they need to be more Aware .

    When I made the reservation for 10 I didn't realize that you could make requests to be inside or outside etc. At first we were not happy to be at the side of the restaurant and outside(it was a little warm out). It was not possible for the staff to relocate us, so we reluctantly stayed at that location. The staff sensing that we were not happy sent some complimentary appetizers, as well as a birthday dessert for our son that was celebrating his birthday. We didn't expect them to go the extra mile, but it really made our evening. The food was good and the service was very attentive.

    We were served by a very attentive and friendly young woman named Brooke. She made our lunch enjoyable without hovering. Also a gentleman named Brandon checked on us a couple of times and told us about some special foods that are coming for Summer. Such a pleasure.

    Menu has changed since a lot since Dr Weil is no longer a part of the establishment. Gums & fillers on multiple items on the menu. Some of these are linked to intestinal inflammation & cancer in studies. Construction going on in the Biltmore location so our table was directly against a translucent construction divide which felt awkward. The service was fantastic, our waitress made every effort to accommodate our needs. But overall I just feel like the quality of the food has changed in the last 5 to 10 years.

    I have enjoyed going to True Food in many states for years. This particular day was such a disappointment. The service was very slow. The Ancient Grains bowl was very small, but not only that, after telling 5 in our party to order, the dish was uncharacteristically spicy. I couldn't eat mine, with salmon, as it was too spicy. The manager apologized, but it was too late, we had been there so long, as we didn't have time to order new meals. It's one of my favorite restaurants. I hope it was just a bad day for The Biltmore TF.

    We brought our foodie friends from Boston in for their first time to TFK. They had the exact same experience as my husband and I did on our first visit… we were all blown away by the quality, freshness, and great energy of the servers. Keep expanding across the country. Please look at coming to Boston, your concept would SOAR with their demographics!!!

    Food is sometimes inconsistent. Too salty or burned, which is not healthy. Nutritious food has nutrients, not charcoal.
