   The overall restaurant is nice. I broken up into different areas which I think makes it less loud. Our waiter was nice and efficient. Food is overly priced like all other places in Vegas but overall not terrible for the quality. Portions are small. Was ok for me but my husband was walked away a bit hungry. Our food was slow to arrive and the restaurant was not even 1/2 full.

    Had never been to True Food Kitchen before. Can easily say that I will be bringing my family back. Great food, great service, and a great vibe! Really can’t ask for much more in a restaurant. Fresh ingredients make a huge difference and if you aren’t aware of that, then this is the spot for you to become aware!

    Spent our evening dinner at True Food Kitchen before heading back home in the morning. We sat at the bar and Justin (our bartender) took great care of us. Very knowledgeable about the menu as well as many different wine selections. My wife had the kale salad (I know—yuck). She loved it. It was a good-sized salad and she did her best but could not finish it. I had the Thai tuna tartare. Excellent! We split a margherita pizza which was also excellent! Justin made a couple of suggestions and n wine choices after or first glass and did not steer us wrong. Very good bang for your buck with a nice vibe in the restaurant (located in the Forum Shops at Caesars). Do yourself a favor and give it a try (go to the bar if Justin is working).

    The perfect spot to celebrate my 21st birthday with health conscious friends. Servers were super sweet and outgoing, made the experience great on top of delicious food. The pesto pasta is a must-order!! Also ask for some of their cookies at the end, soft and chewy chocolate chip (so yummy).

    Nice restaurant, but needs to improve service. Seated quickly, but service took over an hour. Drinks took 20 minutes. The food was overcooked and bland. They did offer a wide selection of Vegan options.

    Server was absolutely terrible. Tried upselling everything on the menu. Including an old fashion “double”, when I simply ordered an old fashion. Drinks were all delayed and a spicy margarita that was ordered came out super sweet, not spicy at all.

    Staff was very attentive and as usual great wine & food. The sea bass was terrific. Plus the new strawberry dessert and the return of the Farmers Market Crudités rounded out our great meals. We would definitely come here again.

    A very nice selection of menu options that sound more exotic than the really are. Nicely sized proportions with a stylist presentation. The flavors are complementary but not over the top making for a very enjoyable lunch. The minimalist decor is pleasant, although the seating is not that comfortable. Being in the corner of the forum Shops hallway leaves one feeling a bit exposed but there's enough space to not feel cramped on bothered by passing crowds. The waitress was extremely pleasant and knowledgeable and quite fun.

    Husband’s sweet potato hash came out cold as his side. Charred cauliflower was good but very small portion. Margarita pizza was just ok. Very nice server, but I don’t think we will be back.

    Came here for our first dinner of our trip, true Food Kitchen did not disappoint. The Korean beef was seasoned perfectly. The spaghetti squash had a comfort food type of vibe. BUT the star of the show was the burrata appetizer with these tiny red sweet and tangy peppers that packed a punch of flavor. So good. Will definitely be back!

    We had the edamame guacamole and it was very fresh tasting and amazing! I ordered the mushroom spinach pizza but it was cold and the cashew ricotta had no flavor at all but I am vegan and I was just excited to have vegan options! Husband got the turkey burger and it was awesome!

    Service from James great, represents the theme of farm to table. Amazing drinks. The brunch was really good. From the amazing sweet potato hash to the chicken sausage with such great flavor. Had to finish with the lemon muffins. Value incredible for being at large hotel. No grease here.

    During our last Vegas stay, this restaurant came up on Open Table and I’m so glad we booked a table. The location and service (Kelly) and food were phenomenal. The food was healthy in a delicious way; moreover, the menu changes seasonally. We were ecstatic that this restaurant is apart of a chain that is growing in the US.
