It was our 9th anniversary. They had our table setup to reflect the anniversary. They gave us the best waitress Rose who we had the last time there. The food and service was the best. The anniversary dessert was the baked Alaska. The piano player had a new repertoire that includes more than Elliot John. My GF and I had a great time.

Food and drink were both amazing, the server was good to bring us extra plates so we could eat family style. The Parmesan rolls are perfection. Scallops and stuffed lobster dinners delicious and baked Alaska so fun. The restaurant is loud and my friend and I had to sit very close to chat, if we had been a larger party it would have been impossible to hear each other.

Truluck's service and food are always the best! The sign on the front door explains their dress code, which is "polished yet comfortable". However, they continue to let people come into the restaurant that are not dressed properly. Our last time there, we saw a guy in a plain white T-shirt with shorts and no socks and filthy sneakers. On just about every visit, we have seen similar attire, even on women. I don't care if these violators are millionaires, these types of patrons should not be allowed to enter the restaurant. If other customers respect the dress code, why should we have to dine with these low class bums?

Enjoyed an amazing Thanksgiving lunch! Everything was so very good. The cauliflower soup was rich and flavorful. There was so much food we had tons of leftovers including the piece of carrot cake that was big enough to serve two people. Still one of my favorite places to dine. Thank you for a great memory !

Truluck's is a great spot for a business meal or an intimate rendezvous. On our most visit, we saw quite a few of both types guests, and with top notch food, service, and ambience, it is a great choice for a Galleria area meal. Its well worth a drive in from the suburbs and has always been a destination stop for us.

Wait staff recommended a wine they were out of. Botched the birthday surprise for my date and Never mentioned it for dessert even though it was noted in the reservation. I was over charged for the all you can eat crab. And my waitress was very slow to refill drinks. The food quality and presentation was great.

I had flowers delivered and the whole team handled that process perfectly. We had an intimate booth to celebrate our birthdays and the flowers on the table really completed the scene when we walked up. Art was our waiter and he was amazing. Personable, funny and the service was incredible.

In this visit we observed a birthday and the host and all waitstaff were eager to greet us noting this special celebration. We were gifted a delicious complimentary dessert which was truly special and delicious. All in our party went with seafood and a were happy with our selections. Wine prices are high but a few values can be found if you avoid the classic choices a go with something a bit off the beaten path. We'll be back.

Rose our server was amazing. Great recommends and they all were great. We had the meatballs as the appetizer, and they were the right combination of sweet and tangy. Then for main course, I had the lobster linguine, which is like nothing else I’ve ever had an amazing. We finished with the carrot cake, which was to die for!!

We both like the food at Trulucks and the ambiance. The food we usually order is above par and the service by Rose this week was above par. I ordered the Lobster Thernador and it was not like any Thermador I f have eaten. All Thermador I have eaten to date had some cream in the lobster starting in SF and through the country. Trulucks lobster only had bread crumbs on top. Do not recommend that one dish.
