    Just wasn’t the same as our last visit. We were seated by a door that people kept going in and out and it would slam every time- one thing if restaurant full but many open tables. Service was slow and things asked for had to be repeated a few times. Food was ok- not at the level we expect from truluck. The front desk service however, was amazing as usual.

    The front desk was friendly. The table was decorated for the birthday and where we asked for. Food was excellent! The server, Anthony was so good. He was friendly and made great recommendations! I will go back!

    The ambience was wonderful as was the service and main courses. The sides were average unfortunately Carrot cake dessert was truly great but the coffee was probably the weakest I’ve ever had. We will be back however and hope they improved the sides and coffee.

    Fast fast fast. Sit down, within 30 sec boom do you want drinks, apps. Asked them to slow down. Ordered a steak dish and fish dish. They came out in 4 min. Steak and fish precooked. No flavor, steak had no juice. Very disappointing

    It was a truly great evening and dining experience celebrating two family birthdays. From the warm host/hostess greeting at our arrival, to our very professional and personable waiter, delicious food and drink (great Old Fashioneds!), two Baked Alaskas flamed at the table, small gold stars on our table commemorating our special occasion, and authentic (decaf) cappuccinos to end the evening, it was more than we could have ever expected. We have never dined at a Trulucks before but will return many times over as we travel the US. We hope all of them are as customer service oriented, professional and delicious as the Naples location. Oh yes, they even called us a day later to see how we enjoyed our evening. Wow!

    We love dining at Truluck’s. The atmosphere is energetic and the food and service are always impeccable. It is unfortunately for other restaurants that this is the standard to which I hold them accountable. Most restaurants cannot stand up against them. It is always a staple in our Naples dining experiences. We will be back in season multiple times! Great job everyone. Treat yourself and enjoy dining here!

    We celebrated our anniversary in Naples and decided to try Trulucks for a special dinner. Best choice ever. Edwin our server was amazing. We felt he went above and beyond however I think that is just Trulucks way. We had the sea bass and filet and both were delicious. The ambiance was perfect for our special dinner. Dessert did not disappoint. First time we had a Baked Alaska. We really enjoyed the atmosphere there we decided to sit at the bar and have an after dinner drink. We had a later reservation so we missed the gentleman playing the piano. Overall a perfect dinner. Thank you Edwin’s and team!

    Truluck’s once was our favorite restaurant in Naples. Haven’t visited in a while. Recently had dinner there. The service was not the best. At one time the servers had a lot of showmanship and polished. You felt so you were fine dining. Not anymore. They don’t offer the display presentation of the crab legs, stone, crab claws, and even the dessert tray, showing the beautiful desserts. All of that showmanship adds up to a fine dining experience. One would expect when paying the prices of Trulucks. Our server made us feel like we were dining at just any ordinary restaurant in town. Seemed rushed, overall poor service. I must say the food was good, but when dining out the service is equally as important. Mention something about the slow service to the manager and he really didn’t seem too concerned about it. In a town like Naples there’s way too many restaurants that offer a fine dining experience. It’s sad to say the Trulucks is no longer one of these.

    As always, a fantastic experience at Trulucks. My wife and I were celebrating our wedding anniversary. Obviously the staff were well briefed on our celebration. Our server, Anthony, is fantastic.
