   The area and restaurant were beautiful. Staff was excellent. We did however become extremely sick the following day. During our visit we noticed them topping off the main dishes several times instead of replacing old food.

   We love tughill! Always excellent customer service, lots of friendly faces, & delicious food. The food is never boring or “plain”. Lots of drink selections! We love the many opportunities available as events or just for a little outing, or for our own special occasions.

   We went for Sunday Brunch and would definitely do it again. The food was outstanding, especially the praline pecan french toast made with bagels. Everything was very tasty, well presented, and stayed hot. The room is spacious, so you don't feel like you're being crowded. The service was excellent & very friendly.

   Not a single bad item on the brunch buffet but the blueberry cream cheese French toast, Applewood bacon, rustic potatoes, and pina colada shrimp were especially good. Whenever we have out-of-town guests, this is where I'll bring them.

   The food was amazing, I noted lots of G/F options available. Views were fantastic, ambience with the fireplace and wood beams was wonderful and cozy. Highly recommend!

    We always enjoy spending time at Tug Hill Estates. The food,wine, and atmosphere are usually spot on.The owners are welcoming-Mrs.Karen is just lovely. This past dinner though our meal was unfortunately cold.My salmon and asparagus was cold,my husband's entire meal was chilled.The pairing was spot on though.Coffee was cold ,but was explained. We will be back.The Schwinds

    First visit to Tug Hill Estate and we will definitely be back. It was so pretty! The only reason for 4 stars for ambience was the porch was very cold. Not really for winter dining but overall it was wonderful! Thank you so much.

    Very nice brunch with great selection. Had an amazing view over the valley on a glassed in porch. The clouds broke after the rain bringing a double rainbow into view. Stopped after brunch to the tasting room. Very knowledgeable staff. I strongly encourage you to view the brunch menu each week as it varies.

    We met up with friends and had an enjoyable meal. There was plenty to eat for a non gluten diet,which doesn’t always happen. First time with the full windows on porch very nice for sitting. On thing We really missed the liqueurs in the rectangle type bottles. This was one reason we came back . We had planned to get more. Hope they return. Thanks for all your work.

    We got there just as brunch was starting and food was barely warm. Obviously they did not set up the heating units early enough to keep the food hot. It was ok good but a beautiful space and location

    As usual food was delicious and service impeccable. The only suggestion I can make is to serve the food hotter. My appetizer and main meal were room temperature. We will be back

    Sunday breakfast buffet was poor quality food at best. Buffet table dirty, food luke warm and not very good at all. Great atmosphere but Sunday Buffet was a major disappointment.

We appreciate your feedback and will look into this. The food, on the other hand, is not low quality and is, to the contrary, cooked from scratch using high quality ingredients.     The buffet was not well maintained. There were no scrambled eggs left in the dish and the hash browned potatoes were also in need of refilling. The ham was exceptionally tasty and moist. The dessert table had some very good options as far as selection. My husband had the frosted gingerbread square but said it was bland and very little flavor and the same for the trifle. I chose the apple crisp cupcake. The filling and topping was good but the cupcake itself was extremely dry. Our hostess and server were very accommodating and checked on us several times. We love the ambiance of the Vinyard but were disappointed in the availability and quality of the food for the price.

    We came here last year and we’re completely disappointed..we decided to give it another try and were extremely pleasantly surprised. Food was prepared well, creative and tasty. Service attentive and friendly and lovely ambience. Will definitely return

    This was my first brunch at Tug Hill. The buffet was really good, but the service was not. Our waitress was really put off by having to get refills on drinks (my empty coffee sat there with cream for 30 mins) and asking for anything more was responded with a “it will be a minute. I am busy.” For the price. I expect a higher level of service considering they aren’t delivering food— only drinks. I’d give it another try but wouldn’t sit in this ladies section again.

    Overall great brunch for all involved. Kids each had breakfast foods, were not interested in lunch food but deserts they enjoyed greatly. We will definitely be back again

    Always love Wine Down. The band was great and good selection of songs. However, they were too loud for any talking while they were playing. Next time, I will check that the music is of a lower volume.
