Way, way too long of a wait for receiving food. When you make a reservation and don't get your food for an hour after you sit - that is too long. I understand the kitchen can't keep up b/c of post-covid staffing, but then you need to clearly state this when making reservations and/or when checking it.

Disappointing experience. Took 40 minutes to receive food. Server never checked with us or apologized for wait. Food was good when we received it. Restaurant did not seem that busy. Unlikely to return.

We usually go to Tupelo Honey for lunch so it has been a while since we have had dinner there. We were pleasantly surprised with the menu offerings. Our group enjoyed the pimiento dip and chips, mahi mahi, steakhouse salad and smash burger. Food was excellent. Service by Max was great. We will go back and recommend TH to others.

The food was fabulous and the chicken lived up to its Southern reputation. The service by our waitress and the greeting staff was marvelous and they made my wife and I feel welcomed.

Our first visit to this Tupelo Honey location and it was great! From the host who sat us at table, he was very energetic, to the very friendly server. Of course food was really good too. Would definitely return whenever I'm in the area.

We were not greeted upon arriving for at least five minutes. And they failed to make note of my reservation. Too noisy and dark in main dining room. We asked to be seated in the bar area at a high top near the windows

Seated at a table in the bar area where the bartender was the server and he was far to busy to be waiting on tables and tending bar. Food took 90 minutes to get at 12:30 on a Thursday, luckily we weren't on our lunch hour and needed to get back to work or we would have been in trouble!

The food was good, our waitress was good. The protein added to a salad comes at a premium price. Just be aware of that prior to ordering. It tasted really good. It was just on the pricier side for a salad.

Jill was amazing! Food was really good. We chose the restaurant last minute as we all got hungry. They accommodate Gluten Free with ease as well as special accommodations for my family. Will definitely return when we are in the area again.

Food was great! Service good! Biscuits and blueberry jam were great! Really enjoyed our first time. Young daughter enjoyed the grits. The fried green tomatoes had a slight spice taste to them and the coating was thick making them not as “melt-in- your- mouth”. We plan to return.

I thought several times the wait staff had forgotten about us. Said he would be right back but did not show. The fried green tomatoes had no taste to them at all. The grits they laid on were good and the sauce around the grits was extremely spice, not to my liking. The fried chicken and gravy were both good. Only thing not up to par was the fried green tomatoes.

Not sure what was going on this day as I gave eaten at Tupelo Honey before. But we had lunch reservations at 12 due to a tight time frame to return to our conference. We arrived approx 10 minutes early and were seated. Took almost 10 minutes for anyone to come to our table. When he finally ddi arrive he was very nice but we placed food and drink order all together since we had a small window. We all ordered salads, soup and a "bowl". 35 minutes later still no food. The waiter did bring us some biscuits at that time . He asked if we were under any time constraints because it was going to take a "bit longer". We said yes and he said he would have our meals packed up. Another 15 minutes and we got our Togo bags. 50 minutes to get food. We got back to our conference just in time and opened our food. One meal, the "bowl" was entirely charred and even smelled burnt. One salad with chicken, the fried chicken was cold. Like it had been sitting somewhere not even under a warmer. It wasn't supposed to be cold. No one ate anything. It was all terrible. Our ticket was over $100.00 with tip. We all have bad days but to box up that "food" after we waited 50 minutes was unacceptable.

Michael was our server today and made our experience delightful and personal. Sadly most restaurants have become indifferent to their customers, it was refreshing to feel valued! And the food was delicious to top it off!

The hostess was amazing and let us move to a table out of the sun. The food and drinks were delicious. Portions Were very large. We loved the biscuits and jam as an app. The service was fairly poor but I think they were just very busy. They also need to add a fan outside bc the bugs were attacking our drinks throughout the meal.
